We are so pleased with Desert Law Group. We brought our four (4) Trust to Desert Law Group to review and help us update and simplify them. We first met with one of the lawyers (Joe) who was very knowledgeable and more importantly, easy to talk to and ask questions about our trusts. Later Kimberly came in and explained the Trusts distributions and the differences between revocable and non- revocable Trusts. We have both. We revised two Trust and left the other two Trust as they were. Office Staff is great! Very professional, willing to help where they can, and always greeted us at the door with a smile and a friendly hello. We recommend Desert Law Group.

We initially met with Lawyer Joe Capobianco and he was very personable, professional and he explained everything in simple terms in regard to putting together a Trust and Will and the huge advantages in doing so (and the headaches and huge costs in not doing so). We answered lots of questions initially and then got back to him a few weeks later with more specifics. The documents were prepared in a timely manner. We then met with Nathan Martinez who took us page by page through the documents so we could sign them (and they were highly organized in a leather binder)…and he explained everything and answered all our questions. Very impressed and we definitely highly recommend the Desert Law Group!

Ms. Burch enforced an oral contract for me and negotiated an out-of-court settlement. While opposing counsel(s) caused many unnecessary twists and turns, numerous delays and refusals to cooperate in depositions, Ms. Burch maintained a high level of integrity and never stooped to the tactics of other attorneys. I believe this resulted in a high level of respect from judges and mediators associated with my case, thus helping to support a fair out-of-court settlement.

Mr. Keane was my employer for over eleven years. He also assisted me with Arbitrations or any form of legal issue needed. In 2012/2013 Mr Welles handled a petition for conservator and contested probate matter for my wife and I. He appeared to underestimate his opposition and seemed to lack the ability to develop a coherent strategy which, we believe, contributed to the case being drug out over a significant period of time. We were ultimately forced to hire another attorney at additional cost who did a very could job and got the case settled in a short amount time. We cannot recommend this attorney.

From the first phone call Mr. Wells put my mind at ease. He went above and beyond what I asked of him. He had a sence about him, knowing every detail. He and his fellow attorneys made every other attorney we went up against look like first year law students. I had the sence he knew what they(Attorneys) were going to say or do before they did. When we went to the appellate court and won the decision the court used our argument in there written decision. The whole case lasted over 5 years, we went through 4 trials and never lost once. There are not words that can express how greatfull I am for having Mr. Wells on MY side.

She will ruin your life if she decides she likes the other parent better than you. I paid for her and she has turned two healthy children into basket cases. You can't get her removed once she is on your case. Make sure your the parent she likes. I have paid an attorney a lot of money to defend me against her. My ex is pro per. He doesn't even need to get one. He has Carol to lie for him. Watch out. She ruined my life and my reputation. She spoke to me for ten minutes two years ago. She let's the other parent sit on interviews to influence the children. My children tired to remove her and she won't let them. I have no words. She will lie and lie just because she can.

When first appointed by the Courts for my child, we were worried that Mrs. Adams was not going to have enough time to be thorough with the case. We were so wrong! She indeed has taken up an incredible amount of hours to ensure all facts and information was taken in account. She has taken time out of her personal life to fly across country to Georgia for investigation in this interstate case. She visited both parents home, interviewed several individuals, compiled hours of information and put it in reports, talked to us to get an insight of what was best for the child, her client. She has been a true resounding voice for the minor. Mrs. Adams was impartial, honest, remained non biased, and genuinely there to report facts with the child in mind, not the wants of the either parent. With the case still over, she has continued to check in on her client, and even give talks to him. She has the respect of the child and speaks with him in a manor to where he can understand and feels important. Mrs. Adams has been a blessing, and does not know it. Our child really feels like he had a voice and say in court because of Mrs. Adams.I appreciate her patience and time with this and completely value her opinion. Thank you for not treating our child like a number, but more like a real person with a voice.
