Was referred to Ritu and her team at a time when I desperately needed legal counsel. Had a great experience interacting with the team who understood the details of my case and provided the best possible solutions, all things considered. They were always available and extremely professional and I would definitely go back to them.

My review is for Dawn Marie White. Is there a zero stars option? You should hire her if you like to be misunderstood, talked down to, and ignored, all while paying her handsomely. Dawn Marie is not competent for the position she is in. She is currently a court appointed parenting coordinator, to help with making timely decisions about parenting that would otherwise go to court. My ex and I pay her the price of a normal lawyer so that we don't clog up the court over something the judge sees as frivolous (A FATHER'S PARENTING TIME IS NOT FRIVOLOUS). That would also take forever and then there'd be no decision due to it being a moot point, water under the bridge. So far I've paid Dawn Marie White $5000 and literally all she's done is tell me what she's not going to do. My $5000 retainer is gone and there are zero court orders or official decisions that came of it. Now she wants me to pay her more and she's ignoring me until I do, I assume. When we first met, she wanted to meet via video call and then she made us turn our camera on but she left hers off. I should have known she'd be horrible from the first meeting. Since then I've just asked for equity in parenting time for things like dividing school holidays evenly. Currently, we go by the IPTG which does not divide the non-school days fairly between the two parents in my school district. There are administrative leave days and snow make up days that serve as holidays to the children, but those all go to the mother because the IPTG doesn't mention those days. When I asked Dawn Marie to do something about it and give me half the days that the children are out of school, she said she'd make decisions on a case by case basis (code for "I'm piecemealing your billable time so I can charge you more and deplete your retainer faster"). Then when I asked her at the time when the children were going to be out, she said it was too late and that I should have asked earlier. So yeah...buyer beware.

She has always been ultra professional, what I also love is that she has still provided counsel above and beyond any financial obligations. She makes you feel like family and doesn't judge you. The whole process from start to finish was virtually seamless. You will has to do some work which is normal. However she will walk you through the whole process. I highly recommend this young lady if your in need of a bankruptcy attorney. Hopefully I don't need her services but if I do. I most definitely would pick her again hands down.

Hello. My name is David E. Jacobson. I had a very unfortunate event w/drastic circumstances last year in late July of 2018. I was arrested for some Very serious charges and was booked into the Marion County jail. When I realized what had happened I was in a confused and in very timid condition as I am not used to jail conditions. Mr. Josh Moudy actually came to visit me while incarcerated. Mr. Moudy stated that he was hired by my mother to represent me as my defense lawyer. He was stern but he uplifted my hopes of being released from the Marion Co. jail, which is an extremely uncomfortable and scary place to be in. Josh Moudy told me I would probably be released on my own recognizance. Somehow the jail records got an error on my case as I had 2 cases but only one arrest. Mr. Moudy got the second case dismissed due to his outstanding abilities to speak w/the right people. I saw a judge and was released but still incarcerated. However due to Mr. Moudy's professionalism I was released from the jail which a terrible place to be and I do not fit in well there. Upon release I had a court date a month or so later. Josh got the prosecutor to arrange a plea agreement that consisted of zero time to serve in jail but a conviction. However I am going to hire Josh Moudy again to have my record reduced and or dismissed. Mr. Moudy sent a young lady named Grace Atwater to represent me. She was Fantastic. I was a free man w/extremely limited conditions on probation. If Anyone ever gets arrested in Marion Co. and or surrounding cities I Highly recommend Kammen and Moudy. Josh Moudy is FAR worth the $$$ as he is the Best defense attorney in My opinion. I thank Josh and Grace again for what you do as you do it w/extreme professionalism. A very honest and reasonably priced attorney! He is very very knowledgeable on the law and the best way to proceed with your case! I’ve used his service multiple times because his service has been second to none for me! I highly recommend him for all of his specialty services!

Travis handled a bankruptcy for me and was just excellent to work with. He returned calls and or text messages in a timely manner. I alway felt he was there for me when I need him. He really guides you through the process and makes you feel comfortable. Everything went smooth as I could ask for. Highly recommend him to any and all my friends and family.
