Mr. Scharf was straightforward with me about how he thought my divorce and alimony would end up from our first meeting. I felt that he gave me great advice and educated me on how the process worked. Even though I did not agree on how the system decides alimony, I knew in advance what to expect at our mediation. Mr. Scharf was able to settle my divorce with no surprises. On many occasions I got frustrated with the process of my divorce but Mr. Scharf eased my mind. He has a great knack for dealing with people. I could tell that when we walked through the court house together, he was well know and respected by the judges and other lawyers. I am confident he did the best possible job for me.

Teresa was great to work with. She asked specific questions about my life and then explained all of my different options (will vs estate). She provided me with examples of circumstances that may or may not work but ultimately left the decision up to me. Her information was current, clear and well referenced. To set up the trust, she came to my home, met me with friends to sign papers and then filled the property tax information for me. What I considered to be complicated process was seamless to her.

I recently was in need of an attorney to handle our grandparents custody case for our two grandsons. I was referred to Ms. Beller. Right from the start I had a good feeling towards her. She seemed genuine and honest. I am so glad that I followed my gut feelings. Ms. Beller not only won our case but she did it with extreme grace and compassion. She was always available to me. Her calm nature put me at ease during the hearing. I talked to many attorneys before hiring Ms. Beller and they all said they did not want the case because they could not win and it would affect their ratings. I hired Mr. Watson in 1998 for a work related auto accident with injury. The corporation wanted to get rid of me in order to make the problem go away. I was a very good emplyee with an outstanding work ethic. In one instant I was struck by a car running a red light. My life did a 180. In a time I needed support, and was suffering both physically and emotionally I found Mr. Watson and his team of staff. They handled me delicately, understood my needs, and fought to get my life back on track. When I was out of work Mr. Watson personally found work for me to do so I could continue to make a living during the legal process. Years later, just a month ago he repented me against an insurance company to recover work related income lost to their client wrecking our work vehicle which is our source of income. I would and do send any of my friends and family to him. He is ethically professional and morally sound on a personal level. Not only is he a fantastic attorney, I consider him a friend of about 20 Years. Thank you Mr. Watson.

If you are looking for a great attorney look no further. Mr. Watson was very professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of my case. He took the time to explain my rights as an employee in the workplace, and stood up for my rights as a worker. I was falsely accused by management of actions that I did not do. Mr. Watson provided excellent council making inroads and solving problems when the union was inept at providing me with proper representation. He not only protected my job record but was very thorough in proving their accusations to be false. To say that my case was unique might be an understatement. When I hired Logan, I had been to court several times already without representation in a civil claims trial. What made it different was the claims of the case brought against me by an ex boyfriend. With no knowledge of law and being pitted against someone who was more well-versed, I felt like I'd already lost. I reached out to Logan first for legal advice, and he went so much farther than I ever expected him to. He calmed my fears all the time, and helped me build a case. Logan was extremely professional during our conversations and remained even more so in the court room. Because he represented me, I was able to put the situation I was in in the past. I was in law enforcement for 21 years when I needed to find a reputable and knowledgeable attorney, due to a complex Worker's Comp issue. Attorney Amie DeGuzman from our first meeting the took the time to listen to my needs and issues and in my opinion treated me not as a client, but someone she sincerely wanted to help find justice.
My case was complex to say the least and Worker's Comp was not making it any easier during the process. Attorney DeGuzman immediately started dealing with Worker's Comp as well as my employer, who had all but left me in the wind after 21 years of service and really would not convey any reliable information. Amie would call to check on me during this time and give me periodic and detailed updates to my case. Attorney Deguzman was eventually able to get me what was owed when Worker's Comp was trying to use stall tactics and misinformation throughout the process to deny my claim.
At my 22 year mark in law enforcement the Florida Retirement System granted me an "In the Line of Duty" retirement. Although I would have loved to continue working; however my situation would not allow it, due to my overall health deteriorating. Amie not only represented me during my Worker's Comp case she was also there for my "Line of Duty Retirement."
I'm still in the process of dealing with Worker's Comp, but having Amie by my side and the law firm of "John J. Rahaim II @www.jaxlegalhelp.com" representing me helps ease the anxiety and stress which gives me a sense of relief while I endure this arduous process. To date; some 2 years later Amie still calls on a regular basis to give updates on my case and on a personal note to check on my overall health (what attorney would take the time out of their day to do that?)

An attorney with the knowledge and experience like Curtis Fallgatter brings to the table, helps level that playing field. Attorney Reeves works with the Justice League Law Group. They have been my attorney since they have opened. Mrs. Reeves although a new attorney continues to represent me and advise me on my on going child custody battle and other commercial business matters for my business.
When I feel things are getting rough, Attorney Reeves is my constant reminder things are going to be okay. Not only does she tell me things are going to be okay, but she stands up in court and gets my point across to the Judge and opposing counsel outside of court.
I was a bit apprehensive at first for her handling my matters, only because of her recently passing the bar, but she far surpassed my expectations and represents me the most professional way.

First thing first, I would like to thank my lawyer, Mr,Davis for his fine work on my case. As many of you probably already know, suing a insurance company is not as easy as u think, many insurance companies are prepared to give u the run around and or stall you out for as long as possible, which liberty mutual tried to do in my case, and I’ve had a couple lawyers in my time and none of them were as professional as Mr. Davis. He was persistent in his efforts to get my claim damages took care of along with my medical claim, which I would say was a tedious process to say the least. Hire Mr. Davis for criminal or personal injury cases, I can guarantee this him and his firm will give you a 110% percent effort to solving your case in a timely matter.
