I was recommended to Mr. Bliss by the father of a child I coached on my soccer team. I was ill, in the hospital, at the time; and had to go on his advice. It was the best advice I ever have taken. Homer got me through my first divorce in excellent stance, and we have been friends ever since. At the time of my unfortunate circumstance, my 8 children and I became homeless, and had to live in a motel for about 3 years, however, because I fell financially short, Mrs. Papa decided to do my case pro bono. I had only been able to give her 50 bucks on a 15 hundred dollar case. I am looking forward to paying her this year
shortly. I an currently awaiting for a 19,898.00 dollar child support arrears check to clear from DOR. Once it's cleared, I will pay her the remainder of what I owe [plus a lil extra just because she never left me hanging out to dry. She did this based on a mother such as herself. I love her and with out her and her assistant. I would have been doing 13 months for something that I was framed for. Thank you Kelly Papa and I will be in touch very soon!

I cannot thank Don Mairs enough for the guidance and kindness he provided me during a difficult time in my life. He was understanding, considerate toward my family, and didn't put money first. He took time out of his day to make sure everything was handled. Don was so nice to me in person -- I wondered if he would be an authority in the courtroom. He was just that! I hired Attorney Chafin to work on a deed of a property I bought one and a half years ago and which was not properly titled. Unbelievably this property was never titled correctly ever since the beginning. The legal description was wrong , according to the records department of Duval County .
It was really scary when I found out that the property I was buying was only a piece of land that was split from the property that I thought I was buying with the house on it.
It took me several months to have it all settled out with the help of the property records department and , of course , Attorney Chafin.
Attorney Chafin was very thorough the whole time he was working on my case. He had to dig through the original title of two generations ago to finally get the correct legal description of the property.

I used the firm Advocates for Justice to help me when I thought I was going to lose me house and Christy Greene was there every step of the way talking to the credit card companies and the lender to help me stay in my house. When I decided to move anyway I was afraid Christy would keep all of my retainer but she gave me back all of it! I know she had to have put in some hours but she didn't keep any of it. I was wrongly prosecuted by a local police department and faced serious criminal charges. I was referred by a close friend of mine to Ms. Bilbao. Although her specialty is Immigration law doesn’t mean she isn’t willing to help those in need, whatever the circumstances. Once she was able to obtain copy of the police report and she quickly realized I was wrongly arrested. Ms. Bilbao wasted no time to reach about to state and explained how I did not break the law. Throughout the whole process she was extremely responsive whenever I had questions or concerns. She was able to get the charges dismissed before my arraignment date. I cannot recommend Vilerka enough, she is the best.
