I hired this office to evict a family member. I specifically told them I was in the middle of a divorce and that my soon to be ex was not in the house but is on the deed. I asked if that would be a problem. They told me no. They said it would take 6 weeks. At 6 weeks, I get a call from one of the lawyers claiming I did not tell them about the divorce or that soon to be ex is on the deed. That they cannot do anything about the eviction because of it. Then said they talked to the main attorney and that he said he’s willing to get involved in my divorce for a fee of $3500. They got $800 from me for doing nothing and then wanted to try and get me for another $3500? Yeah, no. I would not use them or recommend them. And by the way, they have evidence that I told them everything in the consultation as they told me it was being recorded.

Thank goodness my real defense with the FAA was handled by my son. My son Casey does not have a law degree but he managed to put together a defense for myself and my small company and we received a dismissal from the FAA. Jeff sent documents in black and white instead of color to the FAA. Had those documents been sent in color the FAA would more likely than not have never brought the charges against my company that they did. After we hand carried the color photo to Atlanta to the FAA several of the allegations that Jim Stein (another attorney) brought against my company were dropped. In color the photo clearly shows the areas that Ryan Patanaphan's office had a misconception about. Yes the FAA has "misconceptions" just like the rest of us. Jeff pays no attention to detail. He failed to spell my name correctly and sometimes I was Kathy other times I was Cathy. This went on for about a year! He advised us to continue to operate onto a federally funded airport after the police had shut us down. (Jeff did not understand that we had property right next to the airport and approval to use that property.) My concern is that an attorney can incorrectly advise his client and then the client is forced to retain more legal assistance. The only reason we stayed with Jeff is I did not think that AOPA legal would cover us if we moved to another law firm.
AOPA's Mike Yodice has advised us that Jeff agreed when he signed up with AOPA to only charge what AOPA is willing to pay. Jeff charged an extra $3132.00 that he is unwilling to give back to a client that was living out of her car while he defended us. Repeatedly he advised me to take whatever "settlement" the FAA offered. Just prior to our dismissal Jeff wrote me an email advising me that it he would require a $10,000 retainer if we took our case to the next level. Once again advising his client to admit to something we did not do while he chose to charge us $100.00 more an hour than his agreement with AOPA legal. Jeff Ludwig is everything that is wrong with the American Judicial system today.

I know lawyers. I think that I could have been a good lawyer, but I could not have been as good as Mr. Tipping. He is straight forward. I don't know if everyone appreciates that about him. He says what is on his mind. He reviews contracts faster than anyone I've ever seen. He is amazing. If you need a contract reviewed, he'll get it back to you in less than a week. He is also an unrelenting debt collector. I think he enjoys collecting debt and that is hard to find. I would recommend him to anyone!

Susannah Collins is a biased “investigator”. She will bully your witnesses if she is not on your side, which shouldn’t be possible as she is supposed to be an unbiased party, she is always late and she has incredibly poor judgement. She involves herself in parts of the divorce/litigation that has nothing to do with her work as an investigator. She sided with a person who owes more than 2 years of child support, and no they did not support their children in any way during that time . Who hit the car his children were riding in out of anger. Who stalked and harassed his children, ex-wife, and her family for years. He has been arrested multiple times and this is who her “social investigation” stated as being an amazing Dad.

I employed Susannah Colins for a social investigation. Below is how it went:
-Susannah was late for my initial interview with her, our home visit and every witness interview on my side. Not 5 minutes, or 10 minutes, like 20 + every time. That’s how much respect she had for me, the people willing to vouch for me, and the fact that she had been entrusted with such a job for my children.
-Before she left my home she told my children they should love their dad, because a step dad would not be their REAL dad, they only have one real dad; and she shared her story of being orphaned through a car accident and how much she would’ve liked to have her dad growing up. Showing that she is unable to separate her feelings and personal experience from her work as an IMPARTIAL judge of character for the well-being of children.
-She collected information but did not investigate. My ex made whatever claims he wanted and it was added to the report without investigating. He claimed to over pay child support (two years later he still has paid none), that he was not given the kids’ SS numbers so he could make a savings account for the children directly (in the process of the divorce that information was available to him), that I was mentally unstable and unable to take care of my children because I had been in a mental health facility for a month (this never happened. It is a complete lie), among other lies. Lies that could have easily been disproven, which could have lead to a report informing the judge of his comfort in lying during a legal process.
-The relationship between his witnesses and my children was never shared in the report. One of my ex’s witnesses had been around him and our children maybe 5 times for a couple of hours each time, in the entire 10 years we had children. This witness’ minimal exposure to my children and him as a parent was never even mentioned in the report. The second witness my ex had was a family friend that moved out of the state of Florida about 8 years before this investigation took place. This man has never even met our youngest child which was 6 years old at the time of the investigation. This witness’ minimal exposure to my children and him as a parent was not taken into account either. His third witness was my best friend. When I shared with my friend what Susannah wrote up for her interview, my friend told me that a lot of what she said was left out, that she felt bullied during the interview, and that a lot of what she shared Susannah would call hear say and disregard.
-I mentioned to her his racially insensitive comments and my concern about this for my children. A few days later my ex emailed me telling me he was not racist. I only shared this with Susannah.
-At some point in this investigation I had to consider stopping the divorce process because of financial constraints. I told her about it. Days later my ex emailed me telling me he heard about me considering stopping the divorce process and if I was having a hard time, I should've reached out to him for help. I only shared this with Susannah.
-Susannah completely overstepped her realm of expertise as an attorney and investigator by labeling my children as having the mental health condition of parental alienation. She is not a mental health professional.
-My ex who represented himself in court (pro se) kept submitting his pleadings to Susannah. Susannah is/has been a board member of the Missing Link of Jacksonville. An organization helping people complete pro se divorce paperwork. Impartiality?
-Save yourself the 5 thousand+ it costs to get a social investigation done and collect your evidence for your attorney.

I wish I had heeded the warning in this review before hiring Mr. Britton, but I didn't - much to my own detriment (please see below). I believe it sums up my own experience with this attorney verbatim, therefore I don't have much more to add myself. Overall I learned an important and expensive lesson: Pay close attention to warnings of poor reviews.

I was so glad that I had Henry, and my case manager Allison with me during a very rough and traumatic time in my life. I did not have a clue as to what I needed, or could do as far as my WC issue.
Henry told me from the start that if I needed to contact him about anything to just call, and I did a few times, and he always responded in good time. Henry called me every month to keep me up to date as to what was going on with my case.
And he talked with me to help ease some of the stress I was going through. And they were quick to get me all doctors, and any medical equipment I needed.
Allison was always just an email or phone call away, and never made me feel stupid for any of the many questions I had for her. She helped me with my sometimes overwhelming fears, and depression.
I know that the case loads they have must be overwhelming for them, but they never made me feel like just a number. They were always patient, kind, and helpful.
Henry got me what I needed to try to get through my future.

I fell down stairs while at work. I hired Henry as my attorney. I truly can not say enough good things about him. He was professional, yet very empathetic to my situation. He was so kind and very patient. His assistant, Alison,was absolutely wonderful. We corresponded via e-mail and they both responded immediately.!!! When many would have given up, Henry and his team continued the fight for my WC case. His team made me feel like a part of Morgan and Morgan. I was injured in a car accident several years ago. I met Kevin at McGrath Gibson in conjunction with being represented by Brad Gibson. Julia got me in a far worse jam than I started out in. I got 2 traffic citations for one stop and didnt want to pay the fine plus receive the points on my license. I hired Julia and said the most important thing to me is not receiving any points on my license. She set a hearing 2 months out and didn't even notify me of the result. I had to track her down (she does not communicate) until I finally got a hold of her and she told me I had to pay the court fees and attend a 12 hour IN-PERSON driving school. I asked if that meant I wouldnt get any points and she had NO IDEA. She is either playing me or very inept. I have kept trying to call her and she does not respond.
So instead of paying the fine and getting points I now...

This is a little story from a few years back.
I came to Julia in a jam regarding an issued criminal citation from Georgia. Julia guided me through the process from start to finish. She communicated well and got all of the information she needed from me. As a result, she convinced the prosecutor to drop the charges.

I am not being facetious when I wrote the title to my review. I mean it with every fiber of my being. Dec. 10, 2014 is a day I will never be able to forget for the rest of my life. I died that night. I was in a near fatal Jeep accident that left with me with devastating life altering injuries. The doctors tell us I am a miracle because they didn't think I would make it. Curry came to see me in the hospital as I lay in the traction device to keep my left hip & leg straight. I remember he had the calmest voice I had heard since that night. I remember him asking me questions and I started crying and told him "please don't let me die" Curry held onto my arm and said " I am going to take care of you". That is exactly that this man did. My life was forever changed, Curry led me through the most challenging, heart breaking, painful battle of my life. We had to fight for my life and Curry never wavered, never doubted, never gave up but most of all... he made me fight to live and not give up. One time during a dark time he sent me a book called When the Angels are silent. That book sits on my dresser to this day. Curry never let the opposing counsel demean me, disrespect me even when they tried to downgrade my critical injuries. He remained calm and would always fight for me.
Curry gave me the life I have now!! He has cried over me, prayed over me, held my hand, adopted me into his family and circle and literally fought my battles for me. If you have any doubts about this man and his character as a lawyer or human being, then look just here at me. Let me help you understand how he held me up when I couldn't anymore. I am living, walking, talking proof that this man will do everything he can as well as his team behind him to help you. Don't second guess him and his abilities. I believe the Lord walks beside Curry daily and there is not enough Thank You's or praise I can give this man for what he did. Call him, sit down with him, talk with him and you will understand exactly what I mean.

After disappointing experiences with 2 other law firms, I was lucky to hear about Mr. Curry Pajcic. From the first meeting his intelligence, sharp mind and depth of his experience was obvious. He had a plan of action that made sense to me. His demand for compensation was 10 times more than the other 2 law firms.
As I continued to work with him and his amazing legal assistant Rose Kordeubrock, I was most impressed by Mr. Pajcic honesty and integrity. He concluded our case in our favor beyond our belief.

My wife & I went to Pajcic & Pajcic with a serious case involving a car accident in which the fault laid with the opposing driver, no dispute. Pajcic & Pajcic of Jacksonville Florida, reviewed the case over the phone with thurough questioning at which point a date was set for an office visit. At the office visit, we were questioned further about the accident and then contracts were brought out. The legal assistant reviewed each page of the contract completely. The entire process lasted over 2 hours with an additional 45 minutes on the origional phone interview. After the contracts were reviewed and signed, the legal assistant left and 20 minutes later, Curry Pajcic came in and introduced himself. He began to explain to us that we were not the type of case/clients they wanted. He said to my wife and I quote, " if you had lost an arm, we might be more intrested ion your case!" We had wasted literally hours on this law firm in preperation for acceptance and we were led on from beginning to end and even had signed contracts prior to Curry Pajcic walking in and treating us like pond scum. I have writting only the facts in this review and have not lied in any way, shape or form. People need to know about this firm & attorney Curry Pajcic. beware this firm! My wife is an emotional mess over the accidents and is now even more emotionally damaged due to the unprofessionalism and ruthlessness of Curry Pajcic.

I had my initial visit with Mr. Wolfe, and I paid $100.00, which was a fee. On 4.14.23, I made another payment to Mr. Wolfe in the amount of $375.00. I was making installments toward my bankruptcy. I actually, called prior to that last payment to pay the bankruptcy in full. But, I never could get Mr. Wolfe on the phone. When, I did speak with him, I only made a payment, instead of the full amount. Well, Mr. Wolfe went ghost on me after, taking my money and not providing me with any service. I've tried to reach out to him numerous times and have stopped by and left a message , No Call, and NO REFUND.

Mr Jubran cost myself and my family an exuberant amount of money with little to no resolution to my child custody case. Him and opposing council kept getting the case continued for over a year, but they didn’t care, because they were getting paid. Mr Jubran made many legal mistakes and refused to admit them in court. He filed a motion that had incorrect information on it, and never sent it to me, before filing it. This made me look like a liar in court. All he had to do was stand up and admit that was his mistake. He refused to do so. Mr Jubran assured me that it did not hurt my case, yet every time we were in court, opposing council would use it against me! He also assured me that I would not have to keep paying him while my case was being appealed, because all other motions would be put on hold. That was a lie and he continued to send me a bill every month. Mr Jubran would act like he cared but he doesn’t care about you or your kids, he only cares about the money!

We had moved to the Jacksonville FL area and still had our personal documents from two years ago in New Jersey. We needed them updated to Florida laws.
We researched attorneys in the area and chose Ms Rosenberry and we are glad we did! She was prompt with all communication and was able to update all our documents in a more than timely manner. Her rates were more than reasonable but more than that, her demeanor and the expectation we had was more than exceeded.

My lawyer told me i had a deposition the day before, so it did not go well. Communication has been horrible an he has always been hard to reach, never did deposition against defendent, or mediation but let them have a deposition on me. I have emails where he not responding for weeks. Now my case is worth 35,000 an he wants 40 percent of that an have not shown any fight whatsoever. An there is a lot of other inconsistency but i can not put them on here. I really need help

He told me I would never get approved for Disability and he did almost nothing at all. I did all the work. I got all the med records. I arranged evals with specialists on my own and got them to prepare reports. I talked to retired SS Disability judges who told me I could go back 3-4 years. He told me I could not. AJ hearing. He said nothing. Did nothing. In presented my case, answered questions of judge. Was approved and got the 3-4 years or arrearage also. So my payout was quite large. Which meant he got a huge percent. Myself and fiancé hired him because his children’s biological mother is a drug addict and alcoholic who abuses her two young girls. Should be open and shut right? No it’s not. We made the huge mistake of paying Kelly Hampton 3500 deposit to do absolutely nothing. He has faked court dates, he has lead us on over 2 years now while these poor girls suffer and are starved/beaten when they’re at their bio moms. We can’t afford another attourney right now so this has literally ruined our life and theirs. Run away from this guy he is a complete fake

Pretends he has an assistant. He's the only one in his office. Has no help so when you call, you'll hear his "secretary" but there is none. He's not very knowledgeable in his field and will constantly ask you the same thing over and over that you have already answered and provided. He's more stressful to deal with than your soon to be ex. Definitely wish I had done more research before I gave him my money.

Bryan was very thorough in explaining the bankruptcy process. He even took the time to meet with me on a Saturday to fit my work schefule. Clear expectations were set, debt couseling courses were provided. Al Mickler was with me for my 341 meeting. He was very experienced and down to earth. Their receptionist Barbara was very warm and welcoming. Their fees were less than other attorneys in the area. And for the record, I like the cat in the office lol. I never thought filing for Chapter 7 bankruptcy would be so simple.

Therefore, this was a waste of a lot of money. This attorney charges exorbitant fees and does not deliver good counsel or follow through. Her associate, Sarah, is pitiful. Don't use this firm.

I was sued by a bankruptcy trustee in Chicago. He was trying sue for my rents collected on a Real Estate investment using the 90-day "claw back" provision in bankruptcy law. I hired Sean Dore to have the claim dismissed. Sean wrote one of the most brilliant responses to the plaintiffs' claims I have ever read. The trustee's attorneys obviously saw their client wasn't going to prevail and quickly settled for a small sum of money. If I wanted to drag the lawsuit out I am sure it would have been dismissed.
What impressed me most about Sean was his thorough grasp of the principles of this case and of bankruptcy law. Nothing was going to get by on his watch. He was also no-nonsense, focused and to the point. He and his staff were always responsive, prompt and friendly.
I would rehire Sean Dore in a "Chicago" minute should the need arise.

I recently hired Mr. Dore to defend me in a frivolous lawsuit. I've also hired his partner Mr. Duffin to handle a few real estate transactions for me over the years. I have been very pleased with them as well as their extremely friendly and helpful assistants Lisa and Kristi. They have very reasonable fees and constantly kept me updated with the legal proceedings. I practice law myself but currently work in a foreign country and so it was very comforting knowing that they were always on top of things without me even being in the country. Furthermore, I've always appreciated their clear and concise answers when I have any questions. Finally, they don't attempt to rack up unnecessary fees like other law firms might do. I definitely plan to keep using them in the future.

Based on reading the previous review, yes it is true that he wouldn't directly go to court for my issue, but it doesn't mean he's bad at what he does. He did help me out with a few issues (damages sought by a prior landlord, fence destroyed by a developer, new construction sending water onto my property.) He would not directly go to court with me, but he did write some great letters in my behalf which got me what I wanted and provided good advice on how to handle other things efficiently and cost effectively. Honestly the guy was a lifesaver and I have absolutely no idea what I would have done without him. He was very approachable and was a great help to me.

This lawyer lacks the courage to stand up for what is right for his client. He is about maintaining the status quo as well as his position within his law firm. He is not a trial attorney even though he may advertise it in his bio, so be prepared to settle with the opposing counsel even if it is not in your best interest. If the business side of the law ( i.e. his own self interest) conflicts in any way with the pursuit of justice, he will most likely choose the business side every time. He operated more or less solo within his firm, and did not have the adequate support staff in house to address all of the pertinent issues involved in our case - it was one of the reasons I felt the case was compromised. He was overwhelmed, un organized with papers everywhere, understaffed, did not have a good solid legal strategy. In the end, he failed to adequately represent me and his overall representation was poor.

Contacted Mr. Callender for a free consultation concerning filing an elective share claim for a spouse. We never discussed the reason for the free consultation because he became fixated on the method used to obtain legal guardianship of the spouse. He was reminded that the legal guardianship was not the issue. He advised if his questions on the legal guardianship were not answered he would not represent me and then ended the conversation. Seek an attorney who will listen to your legal problem and provide recommendations. Also, avoid attorneys who advertise flat or fixed fees on their website then only quote hourly fees like Mr. Callender does.
