Knowledge and level of effort that are worth worth 4x what he charges. The guy worked twice as hard as my last attorney that literally changed me a retainer 4x what Mr Castle charged me. I can't say enough good things about this group of professionals. I know some will read this glowing review and think it to be a shill or fake review, but I dont care. I wont give this review any less than Mr Castle gave me in court.
I consulted with several attorneys before choosing The Castle Law firm. Mr. Castle was the only one that was willing to do the extra work and go the extra mile to get all the charges before I turned myself in. So I knew what I was facing before hand, to properly be prepared. That set the tone for the kind of service I received through out the entire case. Because of his effort he got me bail so cheap I could pay the bond without even going to the atm, then he got me a really great deal from the ADA. But I was dead set on clearing my name so we went to trial. The staff was always helpful keeping me updated and were easy to deal with. When the trial started I was able to see why Castle is known as the best damn trial lawyer in 3 county's. He stayed cool under pressure when the pretrial motions started. All the while I'm losing faith in the justice system with every motion the judge gives the prosecution. And the jury selection didnt make it look any better. By the time the ADA was done presenting the first witness I felt beaten. But not Castle. He reminded me, in not so many words, that it's not the luck of the draw the matters it's the way you play your cards, that count.
Once the state rested their case, Mr Castle began to slowly present his facts. Strategically shining a light on the holes in their case. With every question he asked you started to see a whole new picture coming to light. It was not long after that, I felt the tide begin to turn in our favor. As the fact pattern developed you could see he was in total control of everyone's attention in that court room, it was like a general leading the army to battle. The closing argument brought the different pieces together the way a conductor brings together the instruments of an orchestra. He gave the jury a chance to see and hear past the smoke and mirrors presented by a prosecutor that seemed to care more about winning than he cared about truth... the only thing I remember after that is hearing the judge say "Not Guilty"

I hired Mr. Hudspeth as a Divorce lawyer. He explained everything in detail. He promptly took action. Kept in touch through email. My case took longer than planned but to no fault of Mr. Hudspeth. The Coronavirus closed the courts around the time I should have had my hearing. As soon as the the court system opened my case was pushed forward. I am very pleased with the outcome. Mr. Shanahan was always very professional and caring. He listened to all my concerns about my case and answered every question I had. He was very quick with all his responses either via phone call or email. If I ever wanted to meet with him he was usually avaible that same week to sit down and discuss my case. His paralegal Suzanne was extremely nice and polite. They both made this experience less daunting. 1. Mr. Shanahan was instrumental in helping me to work through complicated, multi-sated guardianship issues successfully. His staff, especially Suzanne, kept me informed every step of the way and arranged for meetings at my convenience. Mr. Shanahan and staff were always professional, understanding and very kind. I was referred to Eric Kopka by my brother-in-law, whose wife, a lawyer, highly recommended him as the best attorney in town for Marine Corps defense matters. At the time, I was facing legal issues but had no idea of the charges or the situation I was up against. Mr. Kopka guided me through the entire process, explaining what to expect and keeping both my wife and me well-informed, even before the charges were officially revealed.
Once I learned that I was being falsely accused, Mr. Kopka and his paralegal acted swiftly, helping me gather all the necessary information to build my defense. On the day of my hearing, Mr. Kopka's performance at the administrative separation board was nothing short of impressive. He demonstrated extensive knowledge of my case and the legal process, and within 15 minutes of the closing statements, I was unanimously vindicated and retained, with the board finding no basis for the charges against me.
I couldn't have asked for a better attorney. Even before the verdict was announced, I felt confident and at peace, knowing that Mr. Kopka had delivered a stellar defense. My only regret is not being able to give him more than five stars. Thank you, Mr. Kopka, for everything.

My really good friend was falsely accused and convicted at a court martial because he had poor legal representation from the military. I encouraged him to seek a civilian lawyer who specializes in military law.
Eric Kopka and his firm was highly recommended by another good military friend of mine who had used him and had a favorable outcome.
My friend hired Eric and his team to represent him at his administrative separation board. Eric and his team had three months to prepare for the board in hopes that they could appeal to the members for a possible favorable discharge or best case, retention of service in the USMC.
Eric’s preparedness, attention to every detail and superior military wisdom not only proved my friend was innocent on all accounts but was able to be retained for service even after the conviction.
I highly recommend Eric and his firm. It was the best decision made to hire him. If you’re looking for military representation there is no doubt in my mind that Eric is the best candidate.

Absolutely fantastic! Super easy to work with and very reassuring. After speaking with her, I gave her a few documents from my insurance company. She left no questions or worries as I waited for my court date where she would appear for me. Nikol got my traffic ticket dismissed outright so I had no court costs or fines to pay. She kept me updated on what to expect and was prompt in letting me know the outcome of court. Without her I would have had to take a vacation day to appear in court and pay a sizeable fine while battling my insurance rates skyrocketing. Could not be happier and thankful for all her work.

We have had to call upon Vickie numerous times in order to fight the public school system to provide what is required by law for our two boys with learning disabilities. Vickie was driven, empathetic to our situation and persistent with the school staff and county attorney, so much so that the school board had to call an attorney from the NC State Board of Education. This attorney conceded that the county was egregiously non compliant and ruling in our favor. Our oldest son eventually received a full academic scholarship to college years later and we credit this success to Vickie for her steadfast determination! She is unbelievable.

For very unfortunate reasons, I was in need of representation. I was appointed Mr. Castle to represent me in my case. I don't want to go into too much detail, but my case was a result from domestic assault that ended up with someone I love passing away. My team was extensive and excellent. I was lucky to have a fantastic private Investigator (Andrew Wolfe)and psychologist as well. The specialists were all acquired by my lawyer (Paul castle) and they worked hard to help me get through this horrific experience. I appreciate all their hard work and the effort they put into my case.

Mr. Peterson is a no non-sense Attorney who does not sugarcoat the situation you are facing, providing you with realistic possibilities as well as a plan of action. He doesn’t cascade you with lawyer lingo that will go over your head, he’s down to earth and will explain things to make sense. Alyssa was phenomenal when it came to communication and providing any necessary updates or changes. She was always very helpful and welcoming! I been calling this office for almost a year and haven’t been able to contact him yet.. it’s like his office doesn’t exist.. and now my brother might have to spend more time then he supposed to in jail because of the lack of interest or energy this attorney Andrew snow has shown.. very very sad.. Mr. Sabbah was recommended to me through another law firm because my case involved DSS, which I was told Mr. Sabbah had experience in. From the time I met with Mr. Sabbah to when I was scheduled to attend court he had maybe a day to review my case, but thankfully took it with no hesitation. It was a very messy custoday case. So many outside parties were involved. I attended court no more than four days, two of which were from a continuation due to limited time. Mr. Sabbah kept it out of trial and handled it through just the judge and other attorney. It was obvious he was certainly looking out for the best interest of my autistic daughter. He made sure we understood and agreed to any decisions made; and he went over different scenarios and options with us. Mr. Sabbah was very professional and knowledgeable, and he never backed down when the opposing party tried to ask for a continuance. I was very impressed with Mr. Sabbah. I would certainly recommend him to anyone!

He knowledge and his expertise in and out of Court was wonderful. He explains all of your options in great details and provides solid legal advice. He will defend your case like it’s his own. We won our case because of Mr. Sabbah’s strong representation and knowledge of the law (the other side had no clue). We also hired him for a property dispute which was very complex.
