I said on this very sight months ago that I would follow up on what happened in my lawsuit . I can not go into detail for obvious reasons but I can't sing Mrs. Kashickey's praises enough !!! I am not proud to admit how long I have been in " the system " but let's say I have been " around the block ". Gerald L. Shargel is the best of the best and even he started somewhere. In the beginning of the year I was working for X restaurant, where i was accused of stealing a large amount of money, "grand theft on the 3rd degree", a Felony. My immigration status is not "legal" so, I hired Martha, BEST thing I've done for me.
She managed for the felony charges to go away, kept it away from trials, which could've resulted in my deportation.
Also, she worked with prosecutors to make my restitutions as low as possible and it all worked. I've now payed my restitutions and finished some community service days(5) and I do not have to worry about my immigration status being affected or in having a felony in my permanent records!

You can talk to ms. Kashickey for about two seconds and know that she is gifted. Certain people are taylormade for certain professions. If she is your lawyer, you are in the best of hands. You don't have to take my word for it, Google her. Ask yourself, " How much more could this person have done, to excel at her craft "? I am at the start of a civil rights case that Ms. Kasickey is counsel for. I could not ask for a better, more competent litigator... You should only be so lucky..

Got referred to Mr. O’ Sullivan by another great lawyer , once I reached out to him he told me that he would happily take care of my traffic infractions. When our court date was approaching he didn’t guarantee me anything but he was confident that we would come out of court with an awesome deal and on the day of court did. He got an unlicensed operator ticket and another ticket I had that was worth 4 points on my licensed both dropped down to 3
J walking tickets with low fines and no points so I was beyond happy and he is highly recommended for his professionalism all across the board

Mr. O'Sullivan did a great job for me and had a very reasonable fee. I had a speeding ticket in NYC worth 6 points and he was a tremendous help. He is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I immediately felt a great sense of relief, and was able to relax that night, as it felt that I found someone who will guide and be by my side me through the upcoming court battle. In the following weeks Ray, again gave me an additional hour and a half of free consultation, wherein I was perfectly settled in my quest as soneone who found a knowledgeable and caring attorney. Ray forgave me some payments, my final expenses were actually lower than initially we agreed. It was clear he was not a greedy person, as unfortunately is oftentimes the care with other attorneys.
