Brittany MEHL was amazing thru my discrimination lawsuit. I am a African American and had some issues with my ex employer. I wasn't for sure if I had a good case are not but she gave me hope and we settled the case for more than I expected. I would highly recommend her if you are dealing with any discrimination case.

Kirk was an extremely great attorney.Kirk won the case for me.I could not have had any better representation in my case. The only problem was the jury selection was not good, the jury didn't understand the clear directions they received from the Judge. I believe that false accusations of racism swayed the jury against awarding damages due to me.The City of KCMO which were the defendants have never addressed the acts of retaliation against me and continue to look away from any of their problems in Management.

Michael was always thinking ahead for us cause we were dealing with a defendant who clearly knew the legal system and had done this before. Michael would communicate with us and keep us posted at all times and he would explain everything so we could understand it, many times attorneys will talk in their own language and you don;'t understand anything......not the case with Michael.
I really appreciate him breaking things down so we couls understand what was happening with the case.
He also does NOT drag on the case he does everything he can to wrap it up which is very refreshing. I've had many attorneys that seem to keep filing paperwork that just extends the case and I just keep paying lawyer fees, Michael is NOT that guy.

I had an automobile accident which was my fault. The policeman that gave me the citation told me I was looking at a fairly large fine, probable points on my license and possibly driving school classes. To make matters worse, I totaled my car and knew my insurance rates would skyrocket. I was surprised that my court date fell on a Saturday, but Mr. O'Conner was in court with me early on a Saturday morning. I ended up paying a lowered fine, no points off my license and my insurance rates didn't go up very much. Mr. O'Connor has worked for the DA's office, so knows the system and how it works, from the inside out. He is always professional but is also a very kind and caring person. He was real with us from the start. Other lawyers told us they didn't know how to handle our case. Or that I didn't have enough evidence to go forward. But he knew there was a shot at it and when we dug further we knew that the risk was worth the shot and we could win big time. This lawyer knows his stuff. And he's humane meaning if he helps you, it's because he knows he can. If he can't he will let you know from the start and not just take your money. Every case is different. My case was a little complicated at the beginning and no lawyer wanted to help me except him. Even the 777-7777 lawyers turned me down. Famous ones on tv. But this lawyer tried to dig in and see if there was a chance instead of asking a couple questions and immediately declining. Everything you could want and more in an accident personal injury lawyer, he has.
