Very absurd experience, called them after a car accident because they have good reviews. They want to collect all the information just to ‘make a decided on if they will take our case or not’, they want everyone’s name, birthday, SSN, address, phone number, where we work, how much we make, our health insurance, criminal records etc. we had our whole family seating in the car during the accident, and they need the information of each one of us, just to ‘let the attorney review if they would take our case or not’.
After I spent almost 40 minutes on the call just to provide all our family’s personal information and not still not done, I doubted myself if it’s a good idea to go with them, because apparently their attorneys cannot decide if they will take our case or not if they don’t know where we work and how much we make.

Attorney McClain helped me get custody of my two small kids (3 & 5). Their Mom was making bad decisions and I felt my kids were being negatively affected. Their Mom told me I wouldn’t win custody. But Ms. McClain fought hard for me and my kids. The Judge gave me custody and ordered Mom to do somethings to get her life together. Now, I rest a lot easier knowing my babies are safe. Until meeting Will Adams, I completely abhorred lawyers---even to the extent of avoiding them socially. Unfortunately, a woman on her cell phone made me seek out a PI injury attorney. A referral led me to Will even though I thought Katy a bit far from my home. It is the best referral I have ever been given resulting in one of the best and most successful professional relationships and outcome I have ever encountered. My experience with Will Adams and the whole team at The Adams Law Firm was absolutely fantastic! I was injured in a major car accident and required surgery and several months of physical therapy to recover from my injuries. Emma was referred to me when I was filing for divorce. What I noticed immediately was that she was honest and to the point but delicate at the same time. She was very aware that this was a situation that called for compassion but I knew that she was going to fight for my Son and I. She kept me informed and if and when I needed her she was there. My wife and I hired Mrs. Haw to make out our wills. Her rates were clearly published on her website and everything was very straightforward. She had us complete a comprehensive information form covering what we wanted done in the event of our demise, and then she constructed all of the documents. We then met with her again to go over all of the documents and she explained, in plain English, what everything was, what it said, and what it meant. This also included durable powers of attorney and medical directives in the event of our incapacitation as well. She was very thorough and professional in our dealings.

I can’t say enough about Kelly Rizzo! She has a burning passion for family law and it shows when you talk to her. She is straightforward and very knowledgeable in her area of expertise. She does a great job of explaining everything to you and she is super transparent. This lady is a true powerhouse and has the support of the entire Hunts Law Firm if she should ever need some backup. I would not want to be the petitioner/respondent sitting across from Kelly Rizzo!

While no one wants to have to hire a family law attorney unfortunately sometimes it is necessary. If you find yourself in the position of needing a family law attorney I HIGHLY recommend Kelly Rizzo. I hired her back in December of 2016 for a custody dispute with my ex husband. She was absolutely amazing. Kelly was on top of everything at every turn. She always clearly explained my options to me before we proceeded with anything. The billing was fair and always very well documented. If I had any sort of question I could ask her through the online portal or call and she always made sure to answer my questions very efficiently. When I had a question on a Friday night I was absolutely shocked and thrilled that she took the time to answer me that same night. I really had planned to be waiting until Monday morning for a response. I truly cannot say enough good things about Kelly Rizzo and the Hunt Law firm. Custody disputes can be very mentally and emotionally draining. Kelly made sure to make the process as easy to understand and navigate as humanly possible.

Kelly Rizzo wasn't the first lawyer I contacted but she was my first consult which ultimately led to my hiring her. Our time together was always well spent and coordinated with every detail taken into account to insure the best possible outcome in my divorce. She was tactful and strategic in her approach to my case, being kind enough to listen to my ideas while being honest and direct about how to resolve the issues at hand. Although things didn't go 100% in my favor I am assured that Kelly lead me down the path of least resistance with the greatest return on investment. Having no prior experience dealing with divorce lawyers or legal battles overall the past 6 months were made less turbulent by Kelly. Her balance of professionalism and amicability with me truly made the difference and inspired confidence and hope in her. She provided me with a binder and online tools to make sure that I was always able to communicate and upload necessary documents for my case. She guided me step by step through this arduous process facilitating even the most strenuous tasks including mediation. By the end of it all it was almost painful to relinquish Ms. Rizzo and her expertise, as if saying goodbye to a caring friend. Although I hope to never require her services for another divorce I wouldn't want anyone else in my corner fighting for me.

I was refrred to Ms. Bachman by my sister who used to work with her. I wasn't sure if I wanted to proceed with my divorce now but I wanted answers to many questions so that I could make an informed decision. She treated my case as if it was her own, with every detail, while caring for me and my family, and I mean actually caring, she treated all of us as actual human beings, unlike other attorneys or even the judge. She will make every effort to win your case, and she will always advice you with your well being in mind. Not your average attorney. She has great attention to detail, just about when we thought we were gonna lose our case, she went back and found a small but very important detail that was missed by my previous 2 attorneys, it was even missed by the other side, it was great!!
I recommend her to anyone I meet.
Oh, and she speaks fluent Spanish, I think she speaks also Russian and other languages, she is very smart. She spoke to my parents in Spanish, and that made the whole difference to them, and to me. Well, that's how she also found very important information.

Mr. McDaniel was an excellent choice to handle my daughter’s speeding ticket. The situation was overwhelming (multiple violations plus no proof of insurance). Mr. McDaniel was highly engaged with us throughout the entire process. He showed a willingness to have every detail taken care of, sharing information with us along the way. He went out of his way to have conversations with the prosecutor, the judge and even the court clerks. He made sure we were informed and making the right choices to result in the best possible outcome. Even after the fact he confirmed with the court that the case was truly dismissed, and emailed the proof to us, saving us another trip down to the courthouse. Having him as our attorney was the most pleasant experience I’ve had in dealing with the law, and I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. McDaniel.
