I endured a vicious dog attack and was immediately left wondering what I should do. I didn’t know the next steps, but what I did know, was that everything my dogs and I endured that day, was not fair. I barely had enough money to pay for the vet bill, but had to pay in order for my dog to live. Renee helped us with a couple of custody cases and an adoption. Everyone in her office was easy to work with and very responsive.
Renee was referred to us by a number of friends and professionals. The only people I spoke to that did not like her were individuals that were on the opposing side of a case. Which is exactly what we needed. She is thorough, and having her on our side really made us feel much better about a difficult experience.

Renee represented me during a rough time in my life while I was attempting to obtain a restraining order.
She took her time to get to know the details of my case prior to the court date and answered all of my questions. I never felt like I was rushed during our meetings or that I had to re-explain myself. She just "got it". Her staff was also helpful and organized with their paperwork/email communication.

I live in Mt. Pleasant Wisc. and decided to run for Trustee . I submitted my nomination papers and then that next meeting of the public board, in which the public has 3 mins to talk. i was going to state my opinion on an issued. i was told I could not speak, because I turned in my nomination papers . It was an ordinance. This violated my freedom of speak. the First Amendment.Walter helped over turn this. The person who told my I could not speak, Mr. Degroot is now President in Mt. Pleasant of the trustees. Unreal. At least citizens can speak . thanks only to Walter. Note: this was on the books for 13 yrs.

In 2017 I hired Jacqueline as my divorce attorney. Jacqueline was the 2nd divorce attorney I hired. Shortly into the divorce process I realized my divorce was going to be complicated and messy. I had a very tuff case! I needed the very best Attorney Kenosha had to offer! As I searched the name John Caviale kept coming up. So after 3 meetings with high profile attorneys!! I just didn't feel confident, I had one more appointment set up with attorney John Caviale. From the moment I entered J.Caviales office I felt comfortable, I was treated with the utmost respect! Mr. Caviale not only gave me an hour & 1/2 of his time, he was very helpful in making sure I understood the charges I was facing! @ no point did J. Caviale try to pressure me into retaining him ASAP. All 3 earlier meetings that was the 2nd thing said after hello. Needless to say I hired John Caviale that day! After moving from Michigan to Wisconsin in late 2019, one of my top priorities was to revisit my Estate Planning Documents that were completed in Michigan with my family attorney there. My goal was to ensure that my documents complied with Wisconsin law.
This project was a special priority for me since my wife had passed away in March of 2019, and my intent was to locate a competent attorney who specialized in Estate Planning. So I started making telephone calls to numerous attorneys in this area listed in the Yellow Pages. I had many questions for them. Finally, I found the Frozena Law Firm. After asking the receptionist several questions, I made an appointment.
After my first appointment and having a very informative and productive meeting with Angela Frozena, who was very congenial and very knowledgeable. She briefed me regarding what additional information I must provide her, so we setup a future appointment for after I returned from vacation in Europe in three weeks.
Upon returning from Europe, I returned to Frozena Law Firm for my second appointment. At this appointment, Angela had already received the documents from my former attorney in Michigan, and had the draft of my new estate plan prepared, and sent the documents via encrypted email to my home in Racine. After reviewing the draft documents, I returned them to the firm for finalization.
At my final appointment, everything was organized and Angela had already made arrangements for the witnesses to be present. Everything went so smoothly, and I was impressed with Angela's knowledge, efficiency, sincerity and her positive attitude. Her professionalism is second to none. And along the way, Angela and I communicated via telephone and email.
I was so impressed with the courtesy and respect shown to me, that I am happy to share my experiences with Angela, and to highly recommend the Frozena Law Firm to anyone in need of competent, efficient estate planning services.

Andrew and his paralegal were incredibly understanding, compassionate, helpful, and knowledgeable about what I should do when I called them with my accident situation. Dana was very confident in navigating a collaborative divorce. She worked well with the opposing lawyer on my behalf to speed the process, at all times keeping our original goal in mind: make the kids well-being 1st priority. When it got to sticky discussions, Dana was the one to bring all parties back to the table to push forward and accomplish what needed to be done. Mr Santarelli (my second ATTY in the case) handled my case in the best way possible and with superior restraint and professionalism. Our opposition handled their case Pro Se.
He was very knowledgeable in an area that is not his specialty.
A case that should have been done in one or two visits to court took 3 1/2 years. Once Mr Santarelli came on board, he dealt with mistakes prior to his serivce and things became streamlined and went much quicker and more stuctured.

I would very highly recommend attorney Christopher Rose to anyone in need of legal services. I hired him to represent my son when he was facing a few very serious felonies. My son admittedly denied he wasn't guilty and after meeting with two other attorneys that told my son to take a plea deal, Attorney Rose listened to the whole case and hired an investigator to PROVE my son was innocent. The evidence didn't lie and thanks to him my son is back home with his family.

Tony was a very sunny disposition and has the expertise at learning and conveying his clients spoken and unspoken needs during this tedious process. His constant pursuit of remaining knowledgeable on past and current Bankruptcy laws is what impressed me and knew from our first meeting he was a true advocate during our difficult descison but he is a true advocate for you and your family and involves you in all aspects of the process and helps you understand and gets an idea of which Bankruotcy is best for you and your family given your sensitive situation. Filing Bankruotcy is a hard decision, and this is his chose profession but it this is what he specializes in but he wants to get a sense of every client singe came help you find what works best for you, regardless if he represents u or not he didn't allow you to leave his office unaware of your basic rights and laid them out for you and let you decide this is how you want to go and Though Bankruptcy is his expertise, he still allowed you to drive the car but he sat in the passenger giving advice as needed. If you left with nothing else, you left with knowledge and a sense that if he was represting you, you had his full dedication and kept you informed in all filings, dates,times of meetings, what needs to happen in ur end to show froth from this process and commit to plan better at all cost. He is vey professional and on time for every meeting and always answers questions, returned voicemails and showed his dedication to the work of making you feel and be the " new" best you can be with some burdens lifted. Us know he allowed us to breathe and we will forever be Thankful!
He may not look, at first sight to be as seasoned as most in this field but your first consultation or meetings with him, he erases all that doubt. He does his homework and works when he probably should be at home with his family and i think sometimes, he may of had his line forwarded (lol) he was returned all phone calls and answered questions out the blue because this was new to me and he held our hand a guided us threw the whole process. Now that is what I call true Leadership and commitment to Excellence. I i know right that when I called his Ofc, you pretty much got him and not a secretary. Not sure what traffic is like now but I want I believe he stil believes in hands on with each case, because not all cases are the same. Kudos to You Tony cause you told us if he did our part and went through our classes and debt counseling and Certification, he'd do his part for sure. Everyone left in a win-win situation and the main thing was he never brushed off a call o question, nor were you charged for everything he did like, over the phone question answering, helped you get your documentation to present to the Trustee to show that you are just as dedicated as the Advocate for you.
