Attorney Hallac is by far the best Attorney I have ever had to hire. She was explained everything to me every step of the way. This was a very difficult case for me emotionally and she was there to reassure me every time. She made sure she had everything needed to move forward. She was so patient and kind to me even when I was overwhelmed and needed assurance. She lsitened to everything i had to say amd truly cared. At the end of everything she was there to get what was needed to protect my grandson and make sure he was going to stay with me. I am so grateful for her. I highly recommend her and the firm. I was very hopeful to get a favorable resolution in my case. I was advised that my outcome wouldn't be that bad. Well, guess again, my experience was horrible. None the less Aileen isn't very responsive while assisting you with your situation.
She'll take your money and drag her feet to justify why she taxed so much to handle your case.
Before you decide to use Aileen. Do your due diligence on other qualified candidates in the kenosha area.
She preys on people who don't have a clue or defend those who don't have money to pay,so clearly they are ok with any outcome.
I paid a substantial amount to be deceived. Don't fall for the BS. It's not worth the frustration. I'm still dealing with the negative effects of this entire situation. 😒

I would recommend Debt Advisors for anybody who is going through a financial struggle and have no other alternative but to file bankruptcy. Attorney Georg Michael was especially attentive to my needs, and patient with my many questions. He was empathetic and non judgmental. He made what was an extremely stressful & embarrassing situation smooth & seamless. The process from beginning to end was quick & efficient. Attorney Beddigs was upfront and honest about the challenges I faced in my custody case. Everyone I spoke to told me that it was virtually impossible to change primary placement from a mother to a father in the state of WI (especially since said father resided in another state). Attorney Beddigs and her staff were always available whenever any questions or concerns came up. I always received a response in a reasonable time. I could not have asked for a better representative inside and outside the courtroom. Nicole is sharp, knowledgeable, well-informed, compassionate and TOUGH. Because of Nicole and staff's diligence I, the father, was awarded primary placement. The children now reside with me several states away. I know this nearly impossible feat would not have been possible without Nicole and her staff. I cannot recommend Attorney Beddigs enough. Is she an inexpensive attorney? No. Was she worth every penny? Absolutely. I did not feel nickeled and dimed and was well-informed how funds were being used. I am thankful that I found Nicole and her staff, I feel certain my case could have gone a completely different way without them. If you need a divorce/child custody attorney, do yourself a favor: hire Attorney Beddigs.

Nicole is the first lawyer I've ever had. I hired Nicole honestly because I thought she was nice and friendly and not because I did research and read reviews. Lesson learned. A few papers filed and one court appearance later all of my $1500 retainer is used up. Really? She charged me $50 every time I called the office and other than the free consultation I never spoke to her personally again just office assistants. I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone and advise people to do better research than what I did. I would rather have a tenacious troll represent me any day than a pretty face with an empty head.

I read the one review and was worried because she was so super nice when we talked to her, but WOW was she tough in court! We knew she would tell it like it is to us and not waste our money but she totally fought like crazy in court but was so helpful the whole way. Answered all our questions and we never felt rushed, and we knew exactly what to expect once we were in trial. So happy we found her!

Denis Hertz-McGrath takes State Public Defender cases like mine because no one will hire her privately, and for good reason...she is a terrible attorney.
I was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Battery. I was laid off from my construction job and needed a Public Defender. The Public Defender gave my case to Denise Hertz-McGrath. This attorney did absolutely nothing on my case. She never spoke to a witness. She met with me once for 12 minutes, after calling her office over 6 times without even the courtesy of a return call from her. During this 12 minute meeting we had it seemed her only goal was to get me to hire her privately, though the State was paying her the "State rate", which she stated wasn't enough for her to really dedicate the resources I needed. I think it all boiled down to a greedy attorney trying to take my money after getting the Public Defenders money for taking my case.
In court she actually was talking about the wrong case and had to be stopped by the Judge. I ended up doing county jail time because she upset and argued with the DA.
If Denise Hertz-McGrath was the last Attorney in Wisconsin, I'd suggest you represent yourself.

McGrath is one among very few Kenosha attorneys that invests herself 110% for your criminal case. She pulls no punches; our experience was that she represented us as if we were her own family. She does not hesitate to challenge or clarify the judge's statements and/or rulings when necessary (and we found it to definitely be necessary). She is one intelligent, matter-of-fact attorney worthy of her retainer fee !!

Retained this attorney to resolve a real estate foreclosure issue. He stressed "fast action" was necessary and then wasted almost one month doing nothing. He did not keep me informed. I had to get the Wisconsin State Bar Association involved to get back my retainer, which he did not earn. In short, he was a complete waste of time and ruined our chances for successful resolution of this issue..

Called for a consultation regarding a tenant landlord situation and before I could get to what the issues were he kept talking over me. Telling me as if I was a child what I should and shouldn’t be doing “you’re responsible for .... “ and here I didn’t even get to the reason WHY I was calling. It’s not as if we paid rent late or were withholding rent or that we damanged anything. Called to see if what the company was trying to do to us was even legal. I felt like he was already representing the other side! It was a CLC referral which offers a FREE 30 minute consultation and then the option of retaining them at a discounted rate not sure is perhaps that is why he seemed like he had very little interest in helping. He was very rude and demeaning. My husband and I are very well educated and responsible people (Nurse Practitioner and Police Officer) so for him to speak to a potential client like he did was appalling! Would NEVER recommend this law firm as Ronald Diersen was the one I spoke with! HORRIBLE!!!

I hired Steve Clubb to help me navigate a very difficult situation and depended on his knowledge as an Elder Care attorney. He was hired to do three specific jobs and he didn't finish a single task. Left me in the lurch and made my husband and my situation worse off than it was. He also lied about doing certain things that the court requested and left me to have to follow through on filing paperwork. He sat in a meeting with his boss and myself and lied straight to our faces. I would say find another lawyer and law firm altogether as the firm did nothing to help us even after we showed proof of his incompetence.

Unfortunately Stephen Clubb did not keep his word on several occasions. To begin with I hired Stephen for a 3-4 hour job (his estimate) that was supposed to be a smooth process. Instead I received countless runarounds and no follow up.
It was next to impossible to have Stephen contact me with any progress or even basic communication, after over three months of waiting I realized his word meant very little. In the end I had to hire another attorney that completed the project in less than three days.
I highly do NOT recommend.

She charges people she disagrees with politically as a Democrat trying to get ahead. Her prosecution of Kyle Rittenhouse is grossly overcharged due to her political beliefs. Ample video footage and witness statements show self-defense and retreat on the part of Rittenhouse.
The person who should be charged w 1st degree intentional homicide is Gaige Grosskreutz who showed intent and premeditation. She colludes with nepotistic lead Detective Ben Ataramian whose brother is the Mayor of Kenosha and a Democrat as well to drag their feet, not arresting the first shooter, Zeminski, despite me giving them his name and identity, not subpoening Grosskreutz's phone despitrle me providing footage live streamed from it which shows kyle saying he is going to the police. Not interviewing Regg Inkagnedo to see who pulled a gun at Car Source 3 minutes prior to Kyle being there. The Kenosha PD, Gabriele, and Mayor are all colluding to convict a 17 year old kid to make a political statement.
