I was very pleased working with Oresta on our IR1 immigration visa for my husband. In my profession (Police Detective Seattle Police) its sometimes hard to find legal advice that you can really trust. I did not hire John as he was able to assist me without retaining him. He spent a few hours on the phone with me which he did not have to do, and was able to coach me through the problem I was having. He went above anything I expected and yet wont let me buy him a beer. John and his staff were great! They settled my case with more money than I had hoped for. My case was difficult to begin with since it was at a four way intersection and I was t-boned. I sat on his office and told my story, he listened and ask me questions.
He got up, called the prosecutor, went to his computer check my record,
Called the prosecutor again.... And I thought , he is doing this for me and I have not even hire him.
I am from another country , so, he also called a Inmigration lawyer a request a info. In how would this case would affect my Inmigration status..
It was till next day when I signed a contract with his firm.
Best choice ever made. Did I also mention that he was very affordable ?

If I could give more stars I would. He truly is a genuinely good lawyer and works with their clients and the courts how every lawyer should. He is not a "money shark" that is out for your money and will not tell you false hopes or information that leads you to paying him more. He guides you and tells you what you need to hear, not what you want to. His prices are very reasonable and every penny was more than earned with the amount of work he did for my case. His attention to detail is phenomenal, he exceeded my expectations. He took my very messy and misdirected case a month before trial and read through all the 300 documents of heavy litagation and was able to present what my previous lawyers didn't and what I tried to do pro se, but was drowned out because I'm a father. He truly is a life saver and has passion for the cases he takes. I plan to recommend him as long as he is taking clients! Don't get thrown off by the casual wear like I did the first time, he's amazing!

I found myself between a rock and a hard place. After talking to Cameron during our first consultation he told me I would have a hard time winning the contempt charge I was facing and he was right. Even though I was facing a losing battle he fought for me with what he had to work, which impressed me a lot. There's no BS with him and he's not going to nickel-and-dime you. I've had attorneys charge me a quarter-hour for a five-minute phone call. He's very easy to work with and his hourly rate is extremely reasonable. You won't be disappointed calling him.

My hope is that no one would ever need an attorney but if you are in a position that you need one, Bill is by far one of the best. I wanted to update my review for Mr. Lutz as I didn't include his Paralegal. Jill Conner as an aboslute superior performer. Her attention to detail, knowledge, and experience was unsurpassed. She really poised David Lutz for success. Here's my original review with updates. Mr. Lutz was amazing and he packs premium performance in a budget price.I had a fraudulent DVPO filed against me. My wife’s claims were untrue. She was attempting to use this as the common “silver bullet” technique used to get the upper hand in a divorce. Mr. Lutz helped explain what I needed to do in order to prove my innocence. I provided my evidence to him and his amazing paralegal. He helped me feel confident by explaining the process and what was to come. He went to court with me and calmly incapacitated the opposing counsel. He calmly told the commissioner my wife’s claims didn’t at all meet the definition of domestic violence. I probably didn't even need an attorney. My ex wife's attorney Bryan Murry was a bumbling, ever failing attorney. He was often scrambling for reference documents, and seemingly perpetually unorganized. To me, his performance indicated he obtained his education at a low-tier community college. I really hope he can get a new job and get trained by the best so he can succeed, as he was unscrupulous and unethically proceeded to talk bad about me after the commissioner had dismissed his case and publicity asked why he had brought this to the court. I fear until he gets help from a mentor, he will let down, and disappoint any client he takes on. He will willingly take money even though the case is not winnable, so I guess that's a good think. Using Mr. Lutz and Ms. Morfitt against him was like using a tactical nuclear weapon against Popsicle stand. The judge dismissed the case after agreeing with my explanations in my documents and concurring with Mr. Lutz. He’s still helping my divorce case and I’m hoping for another victory while keeping cost to a minimum. Mr. Lutz has been great to work with so far. He knows how what he’s doing and does his best to keep costs as low as possible. Mr Lutz, Ms. Morfitt, and Jill Conner were fantastic and I highly recommend paying them to help you succeed and the truth come out.

We engaged with Alma to get an adjustment of status for me based on the fact that I married my same-gender partner. We were so blessed to finally get Katy as our representation in Washington. We had a lawyer before Katy and he was not responsive and did not make the time for our very time sensitive case. My ex and I had reverse roles in the home: I was the one who worked outside the home, while he stayed at home with our children. Julie and Nicole let me know up front that it would be an uphill battle to win custody of my children, but they did everything they could to help me try and win that battle. Julie is very knowledgeable and will give it all she's got every time you are in court with her. Although the outcome of my case wasn't as I had hoped, I would still consider it a win because I got as close to 50/50 custody as is possible when you live 35+ miles from your ex. I lost my son in a car accident do to my ex-husband driving under drugs and alcohol. I recently sold my house and the buyer recommended that we have Julie Christenson act as escrow agent. I must admit that I had a bit of trepidation at first about accepting a buyer recommended attorney. However, Julie has done a truly excellent job for me as seller and I believe for the buyer as well. An unexpected complication arose during my home sale; there was an unknown 29 year old lien against my property by a credit union that no longer existed under its original name. Julie helped discover their present identity and the lien was quickly released. I needed a one week 'delayed possession' beyond the closing date to finish clearing my personal property. For this there was a $5000 holdback. After that week I was out and Julie saw to it that the holdback money was returned very expeditiously.
