I was facing TWO allegations in my Command which are 112a and 93. With 16 years in the Navy, I knew the Navy has ZERO tolerance when it comes to illegal drugs and I take it very seriously. I got so worried that my 16 long years I spent my life in the Navy would just flush thru a drain like waste. Mr. Fox agreed to represent me in a custody case at a point that I was already served, confused, and helpless. My wife had an attorney but I did not. Chris came highly recommend and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the outcome. I came to Chris with a divorce case involving tricky financial issues and student loan debt. Chris found the case law to reinforce my position, and consulted outside sources to make sure all the bases were covered.
The process lasted a year and through it all Chris was honest and straightforward about the challenges of our case. He’s a great lawyer because he never promised an outcome or inflated expectations. He understands the legal and emotional issues that arise. He kept my expectations realistic at every move and he was right every time.
My case was resolved in a settlement hearing luckily and not a trial. I credit Chris’ steadfast preparation of arguments and case law that showed the other side a settlement would be best.
Chris was constantly evaluating and adjusting our strategy during the case which was great because the demands of the other side morphed. Chris was prompt at communicating, whether it was a phone call, text, or e-mail. He was a staunch, ethical advocate and I recommend him highly.

I've dealt with other attorneys with my previous auto accident cases and my experience with attorney Ed Harper has been absolutely great. Previously, dealt with attorneys who's best interests were to claim what they can and get their cut and not much of sincere concern when it comes to client. Also when the case is not big enough, they would simply close the case rapidly without much concerns of client's well-being. Attorney Harper was not one of them. Him and his team guided me with care and advised based on client's interest. I am glad that I've resolved my case with attorney Harper and his team.

Jeremy Bartels was wonderful to work with. I was in a car accident a couple of years ago and needed an attorney to handle the settlement after years of physical therapy for my injuries. Once Jeremy took over my case, things progressed successfully with his diligence and attention to me as a client and to the case itself. Even when things were not progressing due to waiting on responses from medical providers or the at fault driver’s insurance company, Jeremy kept me informed on what was happening. I am a licensed mental health counselor, a therapist in private practice for over 30 years, and recently retained Jonathan on the advice of another attorney that I regard quite highly but was unavailable. His high praise for Jonathan proved true, as he was both very professional and personable in his representation of my case, which was basically a delusional ex-client claiming that I and members of my family were stalking her. She was able to use the state to get a domestic violence restraining order against me and my son, who did not know her, and the assistance of a "victim's" advocate at taxpayer expense as the state has written these laws to "protect" the "victim" even if everything they say is utterly fallacious. Jonathan put together an excellent defense (you have to basically prove you are innocent as the state is quite willing to assume otherwise) demonstrating that dates and times she said she was being "stalked" were times when I was out of state, along with other impossible scenarios she contrived. This has made a deep impression up me that there are a lot of very deeply disturbed individuals out there who are even worse off than you might detect or imagine in a counseling session. And should you come across one who wants to mess with your life for their own insanely self-indulgent motives, it is good to know an effective, kind, skillful and reasonably-priced lawyer to protect and vindicate you. Jonathan is one such attorney and I will be referring all of my clients who need legal consultation to him from now on, knowing they will be well served. He also gives a one hour free consultation to fully understand your situation and assess what can be done to help you.

James helped me through a very difficult time in my life from Feb. 2018 and into early 2021. I was involved in a serious accident that hampered my ability to provide opportunities my then high school golfer who graduated in 2019 and thankfully has been able to move into the college golf world.

A person contacted me, without the use of an attorney, to accuse me of infringing on their patent. I was definitely not infringing, but
I consulted with Ms. Oemig about the best course of action I could take to protect my business from that person.
The person was threatening to contact a company I do business with to notify them of patent infringement. I hired Ms. Oemig to proactively contact that company so that my business relationship with the company would not be jeopardized.
Everything worked out fine in the end thanks to Ms. Oemig's work.
Ms. Oemig is knowledgeable, reliable, and timely.
