Great experience with The Sexton Law Firm. I wanted a trust. Initially, I had a zoom meeting with Andrew, he answered all the questions I had at that time and was very friendly and patient. He then provided me with a packet I needed to complete. A few weeks later, I scheduled an in person appointment to sign off on all the documents. He told me in advance the cost of the processing fees, which was accurate. The office staff were friendly, welcoming and kind. Britni, the notary, also explained to me what I would be signing and provided me with instructions regarding who should be informed of the trust such as the bank etc… She was informative and answered all my questions. Both Andrew and Britni availed themselves should i have follow up questions. Overall it was a good, considering i was new to this experience. I’m not familiar with legal terms so they explained in layman’s terms. I would use this office again.

What could easily have been the most challenging times of my life wasn’t thanks to services provided by Eric and Blanca.
I was 3 months into a separation that led to a child custody case when I suffered an injury at work. Initially I was diagnosed with a contusion by Concentra, the clinic working for my employer, I was given Tylenol and released back to work. Anxiety took hold of me like never before. In one hand, the only thing in life I knew to do was work, thinking I have no choice but to return due to the expenses of my child custody case. On the other hand, I knew there was something wrong, so much more than a “contusion,” and I have a responsibility to keep myself healthy for my son/daughter. Days after I was referred to Eric Gritz, I made the call and kept my appointment. Soon after (one week or so) I began to receive temporary disability payouts from my employers insurance company and was referred to doctors who had my best interest in mind (turns out I had fractures in my lumbar). Thanks to Eric and Blanca I was able to focus on my recovery and remained financially stable to support my family and child custody case (in which I was granted custody of my children).
Needless to say, I recommend you call.

It seems there's a plethora of incompetent untrained attorneys serving the general public these days. Many of these bottom feeders try to scam and get as much out of vulnerable people as possible but not John Goodman. He's trustworthy and reasonable in his fee, I got great results for $800 at a hearing appearance I wasn't present for.
At the hearing Mr. Goodman thwarted the adversary nicely with a simple document filing that the opposing attorney flew up from Irvine to argue. Mr. Goodman spent significant amounts of time communicating with me in emails. He was patient and at no time did I feel he was putting me off. He gave me his full attention I appreciated during a stressful time. God bless Mr. Goodman, we need more attorneys like him.

I was involved in a motorcycle cycle accident and I chose a law firm that was supposed to specialize in motorcycle accidents.Itv turns out that was just a gimmick to bring in unsuspecting clients. I didn't hear from them for almost two weeks, they had some office person email me. I was speaking with a colleague explaining that i was going to fire this firm and he referred me to David Egan.
David was phenomenal in handling everything. I was immediately at ease after our initial meeting, from that moment on David handled everything and all I had to focus on was recovery.
Not only did he handle everything regarding the case he also made sure that I was always informed about the progress. David also through his knowledge of the insurance industry helped me in making sure my family and I had the best insurance we could get. Until that point I thought we were adequately covered, I had no idea. I am greatly appreciative of everything David had done for us. 5 stars isn't enough in my opinion.

Hired Mr.Mongan for a civil matter. Not only did he drag out what he claimed to file (he never filed)for 3 months but only gave me the run around giving every excuse as to why he hadn’t filed. I was forced to release him only for him to charge me for work he was never able to provide. I asked for a copy of my file which he was not able to provide. He did absolutely nothing and charged me to waste over 3 months of my time. I do NOT recommend Mr.Mongan whatsoever. Very unprofessional and a waste of time.

Hired Daniel as a company attorney and had a dispute with other owner, upon this happening Daniel told me to just sit at home and do nothing while he could figure it out…meanwhile he was opening another fictitious name with the other owner with the same name as our existing company to show the other person had all the shares, if we don’t catch wind of this and hire another lawyer he probably could have gotten away with it, luckily we had paperwork that he actually did for us showing our true percentages…he started saying we owned nothing and we were pretty much fired, turns out we were owed thousands of dollars plus reimbursements for tool purchases, if you need paper work filled out this is your man anything that has to do with actually law stay away

Genevieve has been my attorney for around 3 years now. She was signed on to 3 different cases in 3 different departments. She has failed on all 3, majorly! It is near to impossible to have a conversation with her. She attends court dates on my behalf but doesn't tell me anything about them! I spent 3 years trying to get away from my abusive husband. She has proof that he violated the restraining order and has done nothing about it. She failed to ever provide me with a copy of the newest guardianship order to protect the kids that were in my care. I signed the divorce papers (although not accurately done) months ago and still have yet to be divorced. I asked for absolutely nothing in the divorce just to get it done faster, too!

Ron Ellsworth was my lawyer in my triple level cervical spine injury which occurred at my job
For 5 yrs he made himself available to me for everything from getting physical therapy to getting 2nd opinions to receiving pain management psychotherapy which has allowed my to manage my pain w minimal medication
He fought hard for me every step of the way and in the end got me the highest settlement my rating allowed while more importantly getting me LIFETIME MEDICAL CARE which includes monthly trigger point injections which allow me to be able to continue to work & if I choose later on then surgery.

Mr. Ellsworth has by far been the most attentive attorney,he does not have a group of peralegals that give you the runaround, he works with you directly. I wanted to close my case and settle as quickly as possible which he did. He did not make any decision without consulting with me first. If you want your heirs to think you hated them use Larry McGill.
My father used Larry McGill to set up his trust. After he died all of my emails to Mr. McGill were ignored. All of my telephone calls to Mr. McGill were ignored. I received almost no accounting of my father's estate.
If you use Larry McGill and you die your heirs will receive whatever information Mr. McGill thinks they should get whenever Mr. McGill gets around to it. Eventually your heirs will receive a distribution of your estate with virtually no accounting and almost no information.
I hate my late father because he used Larry McGill.
