Mr. Ayers was my attorney for the dissolution of my marriage of almost 20 years in 2010. To say I was one of his more challenging clients is an understatement. During the time he was my council, my now ex-husband was harassing me, stealing my mail, hacking into my email, and utilizing cell phone spyware to gain the upper hand in the out come of the divorce. I was hostile, frustrated, not very savvy with technology, and only heard about 1/3 of the good advice he was giving me. He and his wife exhibited an almost saintly amount of patience with all of my antics. Mr. Ayers did an excellent job on the final dissolution agreement. In fact, my ex-husband was not following through with what he agreed to, I took him to Court, and won. He did a solid job on my divorce and the Judge backed it up! Family Law is the worst of the worst. It takes an experienced, smart attorney to stay the course and do a good job with all the drama flying about. I am now on the other side, have surpassed my kids in the tech department, and am back to the person I should have been. If you are seeking a divorce, it is really important to remember that everyone is at their worst during that time. I am grateful I found Mr. Ayers (although I did not convey this at the time) who was pragmatic, smart, knew the law, and did not partake in all the drama.

I consulted Majid Foroozandeh on a credit card Hack by Wells Fargo Bank. I was only one of the many Wells Fargo abuse customers who had unauthorized advances taken from their credit card cash advance, transferred to their checking account ... allowing a tax agency to snatch a disputed tax claim.
Majid was extremely helpful in giving me sage advise on how best to handle my case. With his good advise I was able to beat Wells Fargo on the initial suit ... WF appealed... then I again won the Wells Fargo's Appeal suit***

I was in a dilemma with some renters in the private property that I help to manage. It was a very tricky situation with so many different variables that made it unclear as to the liabilities that were at stake as well as the proper way to go about protecting myself and whether I would need an attorney.

I had a hearing with the state board of nursing. The attorney I hired was a disappointment . He was totally unprepared, he kept asking for time during the hearing to review documents. I was not prepared, because I depended on my hired attorney. The few interactions we had prior to the hearing, he was more interested in if I wired his money, than on the evidence. The irony was is I had another attorney who was much less expensive, but I was not happy with the possible outcome.However Mr Khouri assured me he could do better, so I hired him. What a big mistake!!! After the disaster outcome, I called him about the follow up that the board wanted, he was quite uninterested. I have been a business owner for 15 years. In that time, I've dealt with the IRS, Treasury, HUD, FBI and PIS. I retained Michael for the newest government infringement and he has been nothing short of incredible. I've never had an attorney work so hard for me and so quickly. I do not mean he's fast with his work as in he doesn't take his time, I mean he is quick to act and ward off problems before they may begin to exist. In my first 3 days as a client, Attorney Khouri had sent several emails on my behalf, made several demands and had talked with me on the phone a dozen times and kept in constant contact between email and text messages. I was looking at 2 charges: Under the influence of a controlled substance & Domestic Violence (ex). Both were misdemeanor charges and this was the biggest trouble I've ever been in with the law - I was really scared about how this would end...
Bottom line, Both charges were dismissed completely. I had to attend some classes and that was it! In fact, I even missed my court dates and had a warrant out for my arrest which David was able to help me with. Awesome lawyer!
I went into this thinking that it'd be great if I could somehow just face only one misdemeanor at least. Nope... I couldn't have asked for anything better. I mean, I got all my charges DISMISSED and didn't have to pay a bunch of court fees either. In fact, the most expensive thing wasn't the court fees - it was the attorney fee. And that was only 50% of what a few other lawyers were asking for.
It helped so much that he was familiar with the court and the judge. In fact, I referred him to a couple people who didn't have a lawyer at the time and I'd do it again. He treated me respectfully and didn't make me feel ashamed or like a loser - his attitude was professional and optimistic but at the same time he didn't overly promise. Honestly, I have no idea why that person would leave a 1 star review.

She contacted me. first of all if someone contacts you after a ticket they are not following correct law practice. In personal injury cases this is called ambulance chasing. Anyways I had a red light ticket and I paid her 150 to go to court and then send me a letter saying I would still have to pay the ticket. This is after she told me it wouldn't be a problem to get me out of the ticket. Now I owe 550 plus her 150. I think this is a scam. Please do not trust her. Pay your ticket fight it yourself or choose an attorney that doesn't expect money upfront.

This is the worst family attorney I’ve had the misfortune of working with. I hired her to do three crucial tasks and she did nothing on my behalf for me or my child! One submit vital medical documents to the judge. Two help me debunk/ defend myself against false allegations. Three help me gain more custody and visitation of my child. Instead she surrendered my legal custody without my knowledge or consent, while I was not present. She set me and my child back years and burned through around 8K giving me the run around and playing both sides. She cannot be trusted and should have her legal license revoked. She’s a liar and by the time I caught wind she was helping the opposing party it was too late; and I lost legal custody. It took years and over 10K to get it back! So she actually wasted ~20 thousand and vital years for us while my child is struggling & suffering. All because she’s a greedy, crooked, con artist only interested in charging top dollar for empty promises to pay for her million dollar mortgage in Laguna.

My daughter passed away in an accident in October of 2017. I hired a lawyer who did absolutely nothing for me, so I found another lawyer and she also did nothing for me. I was already at my limitations less than a month away to close my case. I went to the court and they provided me a form with referrals for a lawyer. And that's how we found OUR GREATEST BLESSING DAVID SOLO! I called him he asked for us to come in and he did everything that needed to be done for us out of his heart and time. He didn't even charge us a dime! He definitely got the job done in not even a week!! We waited 2 years for a lawyer to do what he did for us in days.. and saved us thousands of dollars. Mr. Connolly did a great job for my wife and I back in 2021 in preparing a revocable trust and advanced healthcare directive, and we found his information through the ARAG legal community directory.
However, we have been unable to get in touch with him since 2022, as we need to update our trust (baby!) and several other matters. We have called, stopped by on a few different occasions, etc.

Hired a forensic accountant but failed to apply the findings to help my case. Lost a Million Dollars. Old case, but one that deserves remembering. He made over $50,000 but was more concerned about his fees than my case. All of my settlement was in retirement annuities when I had children to raise and retirement was over 20 years away.

And one case where they both come after me and take my baby away from me physically. She does work for the bar association. This is the worst family attorney I’ve had the misfortune of working with. I hired her to do three crucial tasks and she did nothing on my behalf for me or my child! One submit vital medical documents to the judge. Two help me debunk/ defend myself against false allegations. Three help me gain more custody and visitation of my child. Instead she surrendered my legal custody without my knowledge or consent, while I was not present. She set me and my child back years and burned through around 8K giving me the run around and playing both sides. She cannot be trusted and should have her legal license revoked. She’s a liar and by the time I caught wind she was helping the opposing party it was too late; and I lost legal custody. It took years and over 10K to get it back! So she actually wasted ~20 thousand and vital years for us while my child is struggling & suffering. All because she’s a greedy, crooked, con artist only interested in charging top dollar for empty promises to pay for her million dollar mortgage in Laguna.

Recently consulted w/ Mr. Geis. Planned to hire him and he then stated he took on 2 new cases so didn’t have time for us. Also stated he was going to be busy w/ his kids activities,. Instead of telling us this ASAP in the fee based consultation, he waited and was unresponsive to messages at the office and to track him done about 2 weeks later to find out this news. Very unprofessional behavior. Just sent us off w/ 3 other names of lawyers to try.
