Although I did have some dealings in the past with this firm. I'm not a bit happy right now. And the only reason that they got 1 star is because they won't let you give less than that. I'd give him a big fat 0. Not happy at all with Jamie Maswick would not e hear me out when asking for his health and representation. Cut me short and said find someone in Albany.
Thanks for nothing. Nice try to to save face ,but you didn't say anything about it not being your type of case or anything of the sort ! All you said was, not interested find someone from Albany and you hadn't even heard the most important points of the case !!

When we reached out to Jamey for help recovering money from a contractor we had high hopes but realistically we knew it was unlikely. Not only was Jamey and his team able to get ALL of our money back they also tracked down bank accounts to be able to recover lawyer fees. There fee for a service I needed was way above and way beyond the imagination! When I told my regular lawyer back home even he couldn't belive it. Never called us to let us know there were issues and it may cost more. There were no issues so we were clearly taken advantage of. No explanation either. The real estate transaction was black and white, so I'm baffled by the fee. Also received the cold shoulder too. P.T. Barnum was right.

I saw Mr Griffin and paid $250 for a one hour consultation. I thought he would be good for me but I guess he decided otherwise. I called 3 times to set up another appointment and he never returned my call. It's very unprofessional to not call and tell me he doesn't want to work with me. It makes me wonder how good a lawyer he is in a courtroom if he's afraid of confrontation.

Went to this guy based on a referral.
What a mistake.
My first clue should have been his desk - 6" of unorganized papers covered the top.
Without going in to details, he ended up throwing me under the bus pleading me guilty, in hopes of getting a better plea deal for one of his other clients facing much more serious charges.

I contacted Greg when I was charged with DWI during a holiday. What was a night out with friends turned into a very bad night. I called Greg on a weekend and left a message. Although it was the weekend he returned my call right away. I was greatly concerned about having a record from this event and Greg put my mind at ease and explained the best strategy going forward with the case. I listened to his advice and in the end the matter was resolved and I did not get a criminal record due to this event. Greg is a great guy who is understanding and also an excellent lawyer.

I had the misfortune of meeting John several years ago. First he misrepresented himself as a special prosecutor for the DA's office when he was privately representing a complainant. When his claims were dismissed in one court (city), he just moved over and filed virtually the same complaint in another court (county). He also somehow got a clueless magistrate judge to issue an order for a defendant to surrender property (a civil issue) based on false claims in a criminal harassment case.
