Lance always expressed care and concern patiently and with great understanding. He was reliable, responsive, and effective. He was honest with me all along through a painful divorce and I always felt he genuninly had my best intrests at heart, even if I was resistant to his wise council. I was being sued for a debt that I allegedly owed, but did not receive notice of the lawsuit for a long time. When contacting Emanuel the first thing he did was obtain a stipulation for an extension of time to answer to protect me from a default judgment, as he informed me that we are responding to this lawsuit very late. After obtaining that, the next thing He did was file a motion to dismiss in lieu of an answer for failure to properly serve me and because of the statute of limitations. He did such a good job with the motion to dismiss that the plaintiff decided to withdraw the complaint and agreed to allow the court to dismiss the case with prejudice, and I was informed that the plaintiff can no longer bother me. The process was very painless and Emanuel was very informative through it all.
