Stephanie E. DiVittore is incompetent. Retain her if you'd like to lose. She will charge you 3 times what other attorneys cost and lose the case for you. Before she loses though, she will offer to represent you for free when the inevitable loss occurs. I can only recommend you work with these guys if you're interested in losing. Have a great day folks.

He barely fought for a custody battle between my girlfriend and her abusive, mentally sick, and drug addicted ex. He refused to look at any pictures of my girlfriend when she was beat up by him, allowed the other lawyers to take over the conversations in court proceedings, and didn’t make any changes fo the court agreement when her ex missed TWO drug tests and failed ONE. He passed one drug test after three failed attempts and now, with ZERO concern about his mental health and well-being, he is allowed to have her unsupervised. Katz is allowing a four year older girl to spend time with a mentally unstable, manipulative man who has been in and out of prison and rehab multiple times, with little care or concern. He was hired to make sure her ex stays clean and gets the help he needs. He didn’t do anything on the three failed attempts at a drug test. He’s spineless, careless, and overall, useless.

Negative reviews aren’t my thing. However this is just ridiculous. I hired Katz 3 years ago, for a custody case that I already filed for. As time went on he insisted I forfeit some of my time in favor of the mother; who was agreeing to just end the whole thing and continue what we did for 11 years without the courts. Katz reasoning was I might possibly have to forfeit time in the remaining years of our sons childhood (which was 5 years). Needless to say I dropped the case anyway, retained my 50/50 and everything’s been golden. What receives this negative review is him avoiding my calls over the past 3 years to finish an overdue divorce which she filed during the custody battle. He advised I not sign a paper and if need be sign it a month later. 3 years pass and every few months I call to see if we can do anything. Talked to him once and I offered to pay double. He said money wasn’t an issue and would call me back. Never did. I call back, no answer, no reply. I wait it out try again in a few months and no answer, no replies, nothing. I left another voicemail saying I’d pay whatever he needs. Same old, same old. So I’m stuck in limbo until this divorce case expires. Waiting to adopt another son from a guy that’s practically begging me to. And this review is literally my only option left. Do not hire Katz!

Attorney Mr. Richard A. Katz represented me regarding my divorce and bankruptcy. During a doubly difficult time in my life, I can honestly say, I was truly blessed to have such a superior attorney! It was Mr. Katz's level of compassion, professionalism, efficiency, swiftness, and consistent care that made a difficult time turn brighter. I was very pleased with not only Mr. Katz but with the overall warmth and care from his office. They are a true team! I'm grateful for the positive experiences and outcomes!

Yes, there is a reason he is free... He has been licensed for over 46 years, he's done everything. This is just one aspect that makes him great. When I reached out to Mike I was in a desperate state, I knew I needed representation, otherwise my employer would have ran over me like they do everyone else. Mike alleviated me of all the stress pertaining to this situation on the first call. He knew how to speak to me (if you do not like direct communication and unadulterated honesty, then get a different attorney). Mike didn't waste his time, he did the research, he worked with unemployment, he stood up for me at my appeal hearing. He won me the case. He's amazing, I've never had a man ever work for me like he did, and he was free.

This has got to be the most backwards, uncaring lawyer I've ever worked with. He doesn't contact you for MONTHS, and oftentimes when he does contact you, it's to tell you he has something AGAINST you and not FOR you, then he disappears for a few more months as time ticks away with the statute of limitations. He managed to answer his phone about 5% of the time he was called, and never called back when asked to in voicemails. He eventually sent a letter with a bunch of bunk he got from the opposition lawyer, and believed every single word they sent, while in the same letter dropping us because the opposition lawyer tried to make the car accident victim look crazy. Seriously! He promised to send some papers to review, but they never came, until 3 months after the promise, when he sent the letter of dropping of the case. To recap: No contact for months, rarely answers, and seemingly works with the opposition lawyers and not you. I hope he changes, and the person reading this has a better experience than me.

our case been the first and a complicated one. This review will be base only in the first part of the case or let's call it first case PH 1 . I am grateful how it ended up since we did not know what to expect from it. We've been holding on prayers and the attorney's knowledge on the law to help my family member. Brian was very communicative, always answered our calls or called us back as soon as he was available. For this reason I give a 5 star here.

She was a very kind and knowledgeable attorney at the beginning of my divorce. As it progressed and we were in negotiations she never returned a phone call or email. She charged me an hour of consultation when I was only there for 30 minutes. She told me she had another client. If I knew I was going to be charged for an hour I would have stayed. At the end of negotiations I could never get in touch with her. She never responded. Even when I met with her at the end I felt like she was so over my case. No I would not recommend her.

He fired me for looking for another job , and the reason I was looking for a new job is because James Clark promised health care benefits when hired and never followed through. This man also cannot make a decision with his marketing to save his life, he spent $7,500 on a new website but never had the website actually put into effect because he would much rather drink in his down time at work. Do not work for this many he will screw you over.

Nick is a terrible human being. He willingly entered into a relationship with a married young woman with two children while being married himself. He then advised this young woman to file a PFA against her loving husband on a Friday so that he would be served over the weekend and told her to leave with her children in the middle of the night. Anyone that has been sanctioned twice by the Bar Association and has two DUI's on his record is not someone that I would take legal advice from.

If this is the same person that practiced in Media PA I urge you to stay far far away! Our experience was abhorrent! Many promises were made and none were kept. Meetings and court dates were cancelled due to his "schedule conflicts" with no regard whatsoever for his client. We wasted so much vacation time and lost work time, all for naught! We were later assigned another lawyer from the firm who was no better; suggesting we settle for a minuscule fraction of what we were after. My wife finally "fired" him and represented herself, winning her case and receiving nearly the full amount of what she was seeking!

Melissa was appointed to me during my PFA....She was barely awake during the trial, very spacy and uninterested. I was to have witnesses and as we were walking out she said "O I forgot about your witnesses" Despite them being there. There was a lot of hard evidence I wanted used in court and she would not use any of it (police reports, text messages, emails etc) . When my husband was on the stand she questioned him for maybe 3 min were his lawyer questioned me for approx. 30 +min. We had to have our trial postponed due to time and I confronted Ms. Bleecher about not using my witness or all the hard evidence and she withdrew from my case leaving me with no one. I pleaded before the judge that she should not be able to abandon me mid trial all because I want her to use my witnesses and hard evidence and he said he (the judge) can do whatever he wants. So without reason she was allowed to abandon me mid trial. Even if she is given to you free as she was with me due to filing a PFA DON'T take her. While in the waiting room to go into trial she was rude and very flippant with me. When she left the room the other ladies waiting to go into their trial with Ms. Bleecher said they disliked her and she's rude and one of the ladies said "I actually had to tell her to start fighting for me and not my ex". Incompetent! This person has no business making legal decisions. She is unable to tell the difference between an abuser and a victim and she should know better given her background that she boasts on this site. She cant recognize a Narcissist when one is put in front of her face. For these reasons, she is incompetent. She lacks sound judgment and she abuses her discretion. I highly suggest that multiple Judicial agencies, colleagues, and individuals investigate her competency.

I am a former client of Woolford Law and I am not happy with the owner Tim Woolford or his firm. I retained Mr. Woolford's firm for an issue my company was having with a general contractor not paying his bills. The case was in limbo for a period of time and then I ended up settling. The issue I have with Mr. Woolford is that he and I had a 30 minute conversation where I agreed to settle the case and Mr. Woolford agreed that his fee to settle the case would be a flat fee of $5000. The case was settled and the money went into escrow at Woolford Law. I get an email with the bill of $6200 with a $500 reduction to $5700. This was a surprise to me and I had an email conversation with Mr. Woolford where he "claims" that our agreement never existed and he is taking his fee from the escrow monies and I will get the remainder and that is that. The conversation did happen, the agreement did exist and Mr. Woolford is very well of the conversation whether he "recollects" it or not. He is a master of spin when he needs to be and that is what makes him a an excellent attorney. The problem is he used his masterful spin tactics on his own client to gain $700. I am sure he will write a "spin filled" rebuttal to this post but that will not change the facts regardless of his words.

Hired him after my husband passed away to do my will and POA. He was so kind and made me feel so comfortable. He did not charge me for the office visit and phone calls. I cannot understand reviews not rating excellent. He also gave me a cd which he had made. Most beautiful voice I have ever heard. I feel blessed to know this wonderful man as my Attorney.

The worst experience with a lawyer. Pretended to be knowledgeable in his field, but did not know how to handle the case. Did not communicate appropriately. Sent emails to the wrong address. Did not bother to call. Overcharged.

How Much Does a Lawyer Cost?

The cost of hiring a lawyer varies widely based on several factors:
