Was referred to Atty. William Birardi by a co-worker and I am very pleased that I hired his professional services. Atty. Birardi gave my case his personal attention from start to finish. He has a lot of empathy, is very transparent and aggressive in fighting for my case. I believe I got a lot of lawyer for the money! I should know as I have family and friends who have hired advertised attorneys and they were kept in the dark as to the second party's insurance coverage, were not shown the actual insurance check and were charged exorbitant fees each time they get a hold of their attorneys. I hired McKay back in 2012 for an auto accident that totaled my car. The lady was 16 & she had no license. McKay took charge of everything and my car was reimbursed to me for cash value. He also had a settlement for all of my pain and suffering and medical bills. He also wrote a Cease & Desist letter to a company who was subrogating me. (Fraudulently)
Fast fwd: I was involved in a hit and run 2 days ago. I have the man's license plate and the LV Detectives are looking for this person. He had no insurance and no license. I'm hiring McKay for my pain and suffering and also to have my cars back bumper removed and fixed. Also, I need to reimburse the insurance for my emergency room visit for testing and constant pain after this man hit me.
I definitely recommend Mr. Whitney. He settles things quickly and very professionally. Definitely recommend him for any motor vehicle accident or personal injury matters!!!

I highly recommend anyone in need of an attorney to contact Geoffrey Hawkins. This is the second time that I needed representation from an attorney and quite frankly I was nervous because I had a horrible experience with my first attorney. Cynthia consistently approached our very complex bankruptcy case calmly and with a level head. With more than a dozen defendants (individuals and entities) and over 100 allegations in multiple actions leveled by an very aggressive creditors committee, Cynthia handled our case professionally at all times. This case was often frustrating to me, and Cynthia was patient in hearing my gripes and providing counsel within the bounds defined by the law. I learned so much from my involvement in this action, some from observation but much of it from discussions with Cynthia.
Bottom line for any review is "would you work with this person again?" I hope not, because I hope to never find myself in such a position again! Knock on wood, but if I do find myself in need of legal service again, I would be glad to work with Cynthia.

This Review is to recommend this man based on his genuine character and helpfulness via the phone. my slogan is " when you absolutely Need Him CALL Needham!" because Evan Took the time to call me back on two occasions and help me with some ideas with solution driven practical advice for a local issue regarding casino bi-law policy and trespass law. this is not even his area of practice but Evan took the time to help a local man who is really hurt by a situation. this guy Evan is first rate and i recommend anyone going to him based on his authentic character and willingness to listen to you when no one else may. Sometimes its worth the money just to have someone understand you to be honest. in this world it can really be hard when no one can understand your situation and Evan is patient and very helpful.

I contacted Mr. Needham regarding a real estate contract where the opposite party was not acting ethically and seemed to be breaking the rules. Mr. Needham was quick to point out the exact rules they were in violating. He was extremely helpful. His advice and knowledge of the real estate laws has probably saved myself and my client from a situation that could have caused a lot of problems. After fighting SSA for 7 years with a different, inept attorney, I received a fully favorable decision on my case only three weeks after my hearing. The entire staff at this firm were amazing! From my first call with Brian to hearing prep and brief with Martin to my actual hearing handled by Peter (who flew in to handle it), they worked so hard on my behalf. My hearing was on a Monday morning. Knowing how anxious I was, Peter called me on Sunday to offer last minute support.

I had an accident and I found them on line. The case was a personal injury case. I called the office and spoke to David Kohlmeier, Case Manager. He took action right away and set me up with a car service to pick me up because he was concerned about my accident. Like many in Las Vegas I was one of those who had bought a house at the wrong the time - 10 years ago! My house was so upside down and I had invested SO MUCH in it, it was hard just 'letting go' like many would tell me to do. One other lawyer I saw, asked me "What are you attached too? are you attached to stucco?! Just do a bankruptcy and start over" but I just couldn't accept the letting go of my home. Like many others, I tried doing loan modifications. Year after year with all the wrong people. I would wait so long to even be able to talk them about my process and at the end their offer would never benefit me in the long term - all i was doing was buying time. Eventually I got to a place where my house was going to be sold within a couple months. That letter really wrecked me.
That's when I found these guys. They were my last resort. I only found them right at the end and I probably had 30 days left before I would lose my home. At the time I sat down with Sean and he evaluated my situation. He was upfront about my options, and while doing so, he spoke and typed numbers in his calculator... while taking notes on paper and checking a million other things in his computer.. doing it all so fast.. his language was mostly 'numbers', and I was like "Who is this guy?!..." well this guy (together with their whole team) was right about everything he told me. The whole team working collectively, saved my home. And I got approved for a good loan modification. I was pretty happy and couldn't believe I still had that home. A couple of years later other loan mod programs came up and I thought, well, maybe I can try those. Once again we sat down and spoke numbers and facts and I said "I want to try again" Sean was a bit skeptical this time, he thought I already had a good loan (and I did) but my gut said "try again" and that's what we did. I not only got approved for a GREAT loan-mod, I was also one of the few, that got approved for a principal reduction. My loan was cut in half, and the new loan-mod reflected that change.
After all was done, I waited a year and I decided I wanted to settle my second mortgage. Well, guess who helped again and were extremely effective at it! I was then done with all!! :)
I referred them to everyone I knew that had a house and was going through similar situation. My friends did go to them and they also got approved for better loan modifications then what they had. I have no doubts in my mind (speaking from experience) that the Vohwinkel & Associates, are the best team in Las Vegas, when it comes to handling a bankruptcy or real state law.. they just have so much experience from doing it, year and after year. Go to the best, don't waste your time with the unexperienced!

I was amazed by this attorney. I was in a motor vehicle accident while on vacation in Las Vegas. After being rear ended and suffering a concussion I started to experience lots of medical issues. I am very leery of having to use an attorney for anything. I have been in many accidents that people recommended an attorney but luckily I have not had to use them. But for my recent incident only because of my outcome sustaining a TBI (tramatic Brain injury) along with other injuries to other extremities Tim Titolo was recommended to me by a trusted friend. After researching a few other attorneys my husband and I were confident with all the facts found on Mr. Titolo. I had a free consultation with Gary regarding setting up an estate plan. I was considering a "do-it-yourself" kit but I didn’t want to go the dollar store to protect my family.
