Hire him…. I went to Garrett for a DUI charge. I did not have a low BAC by any means, and 100% thought I would be facing some serious consequences. Garret got me completely off! I now have 0 DUI on my record and only have a reckless. Of course I will never drink and drive again but the fact that I pretty much 0 consequences through the court was amazing. He works his magic. He was a bit more expensive than others I looked into but 100% worth the cost. No one else could have gotten me off the way he did. Don’t gyp yourself, and go ahead and spend the money on a bad ass attorney who WILL get the job done

Garrett, Garrett, Garrett. Oh boy what a disaster of a lawyer and a terrible person. From violating attorney client privilege multiple times, to poor communication by his office. He lies to you to get your money and more and more. He tried to charge me 5k for a misdemeanor citation which I went to court myself and got dismissed. Now imagine how unfair his pricing is for other cases. Please get a good lawyer who actually cares and shows up for you, not like Mr. Ogata who sells you out and only cares about payment. Please be careful for his tactics where you pay for the case. For example he will charge you at the start of the case and then charge you another one because he is “negotiating”. Not even trial “negotiations”.

Attorney Cristina Hinds is by far one of the most impressive attorneys I've ever known. She was able to have my entire case dismissed in just two days from the date of my court appearance. I had requested a couple of continuance dates to court. They granted those to me. Unfortunately, during these continuance requests, I couldn't find an attorney who could take on my case without charging me an absurd amount of money (plus their travel expenses). It was Monday, August 19 when I started searching through my web browser and came up with a few attorneys. I asked God to help me find the right attorney. I came across with Cristina Hinds. I called her office and she took my call that evening. She decided to take my case after listening to my desperation. She emailed the court the details of my case, then spoke with the District Attorney and explained my situation. The District Attorney agreed to drop the charges and dismiss the entire case! This case was based on a traffic violation for following a commercial vehicle "too close" (according to the officer). The officer decided to give me a citation with a Criminal Charge (as misdemeanor). Bottom line, attorney Cristina Hinds fought my case successfully and did not charge an absurd amount of money. She was fair and most importantly got my case dismissed without prejudice one day prior to my court date. I highly endorse attorney Cristina Hinds to anyone who is in need of legal aid. I went to this office for help with my will/estate planning. Huge mistake! This law office has ONE thing going for them, it's scamming their customers and high pressure sales tactics. Oh, and for a basic will/trust they will charge you more than $3500. That's their lowest price!! It's insane, take your business elsewhere!

My experience with Dawn Lozano was nothing short of a nightmare. I am compelled to share my story to help others avoid this attorney.
I initially hired Dawn during an incredibly difficult period, hoping for professional guidance and representation. Unfortunately, what I received was a series of unprofessional and unethical actions that left me not only without the support I desperately needed but also financially drained after spending $2,885 including a consultation fee she made me pay before getting any sort of advice which was reasonable because I respect others time.
I paid the agreed-upon full amount upfront, believing this was a necessary step to ensure a solid defense. However, this decision quickly proved to be a grave mistake. The attorney made only 2 court appearances on my behalf and then withdrew from the case with no clear explanation only to send a letter months later saying that the court had referred the matter back to the Public Defender’s office, but there was no further detail or clarification provided which confused me because she never told us this, and her assistant would only tell us that she would get back to us.
Despite numerous emails and messages, I received no response. I was left in the dark about the status of my case and any next steps I should take. Luckily my family found another attorney who represented me but I had to deal with months sitting in jail which I don't put that on her but if she couldn't of done anything or knew this was going to happened I would of just went with a different attorney.
In summary, my experience with Dawn was a complete disaster. She took my money, provided minimal service, and failed to follow through on her commitments. Her lack of communication and unprofessional conduct added immense stress to an already challenging situation. I strongly advise others to thoroughly research and consider alternative options before hiring this attorney to avoid similar distressing experiences because I would not want anyone else to go through this. I can care less about the money but more of so the distress I had to go through during the time. I attached photos of payments sent to her so no one thinks this is a fake review or false. I also attached the letter she sent asking for a review so here it is. Save your time and money, this lady should be ashamed of even having a law firm that operates the way she does.

Marathon law group. An awesome experience from the first day I called them to the last day and the last day is not the last day they check in on you even after the case is settled. Very family oriented and very knowledgeable.

The Aldrich Law Firm is a firm that will fight for you! John and his firm fought hard for me and my children. Their knowledge and ability to calm you during your “storm” is something I will always admire about them. John had to take my case all the way to the Supreme Court… where he won! Once my case was won it wasn’t like I didn’t hear from them anymore. I feel like they continue to be my guardian angels who check in time to time to make sure I’m making wise decisions lol. I consulted with Mr.Bach when I had been recently dismissed from my Physician Assistant program, without ever consulting a lawyer ever in my life before in my consultation with Mr.Bach he had always reviewed all my materials and had a very good understanding of my case before even talking so him for the first time with was a huge relief. He heard me out and gave me tips and advice on ways we can go about my case before I even hired him which was so beneficial. He has a calm and very kind aura which truly calmed me down as a student who had been recently dismissed and was feeling very on edge. The process from the consultation to hiring him was very smooth and easy. There was constant back and forth communication between myself, him, and his team which made the process very easy for myself. He worked very well with me to conduct a draft letter to send to my school and would always have me review before we sent them out and if I had any changes I wanted to make, so i loved how involved I was within my own case although I had film belief in him and his decisions. He executed everything very smoothly with my school and contacted them on his own during the appeal process and I had nothing to worry about. After I had agreed to the final settlement amount in 2023, I was told that the amount was incorrectly calculated and turned out to be significantly less. The attorney at that time reached out and offered to go another year to make back some of the difference, but in the end, she left the company and there was no extra compensation. With better communication from the beginning, this would not have happened. I was very frustrated during the entire first year because I would call the office, text, or leave messages, and would not hear back for months at a time.
