After the child support laws were changed this year. I came to Family Law Solutions to have Josh do a review of my divorce decree and advise as to how the changes may be affecting my agreement in the future. He also assisted in the final IRA transfer of assets that had been outlined in my QDRO but on which I had no idea how to complete the final paperwork. Most law firms will leave you to sort this part out on your own, and if you are not incredibly financial savvy it can make the frustration of wrapping up the financial aspects of a divorce a lot like assembling Ikea furniture in the original Swedish manual. Josh is very knowledgeable and empathetic and simplified the complex terminology into everyday language. Very grateful that I came here on a lawyer friend's recommendation!

Bud and his firm made our acquisition process the best it could be. It was apparent that he‘s done a ton of asset purchase agreements. At our initial consultation, we talked about what I wanted to see in the agreement and Bud suggested changes that would protect us as individuals and shareholders.
As we exchanged drafts with the buyer’s counsel, Bud caught several mistakes and regressions. He was on time and prepared for every call and meeting we had. Any time we met in person, copies of the agreements were on the conference table when we walked in, marked up and flagged with the items we were there to talk about. Verizon called me for four years about someone else's unpaid bill. Although I kept telling Verizon they had the wrong number, both by phone and using Verizon's own online contact system, the calls kept coming. Verizon insisted they did not make calls like that and that the calls were not originating from them. When the calls increased (numerous calls in one day), I turned to Kim. She explained the federal statutes that cover this and I called Verizon again, mentioning key words. I was transferred to someone who found my number was incorrectly listed as an alternate contact number and the calls stopped! However, that was the last piece of the puzzle we needed and Kim went after Verizon and negotiated a very nice settlement. THANK YOU, KIM! No more calls AND a nice payoff.

I was injured in a Las Vegas casino. The casino denied all responsibility and concealed video coverage of my incident.
Martin Little went to war for me. After many depositions and court battles with the casino's hired guns, he proved the casino destroyed evidence and got sanctions against them.
He then got me a significant 7 figure recovery.

I switched from another attorney because of lack of communication. I have both of my attorneys personal cell phone numbers and can contact them anytime, this makes me feel very involved in my case.They got me to a Dr. who has a upstanding reputation, and will not only help my case but actually care how I want to handle my medical treatment. When they took my case they also took my 3 childrens cases over from the other law office because it was already settled but we had been waiting more than 2 months to set up their accounts. The Palmer law office not only set up the accounts without a fee, they found that there was over $2000, that was unaccounted for in all the court documents the other office did, so my kids got a lot more than we had agreed on. You tell me, where WOULD that money had gone?
When you speak to them they are so personable yet professional, but that makes me feel so good about having them on my side is it's so obvious they have three things that we do not see enough of... An amazing work ethic, values and morels. I carry their cards everywhere because after dealing with the other attorneys office, I want everyone to get the genuine treatment I get!

Before I relate the excellent legal representation in a Civil/DV matter I was provided by Mr. Ellis, I think it is important that I first say that aside from the legal issues, I have not met an attorney who so genuinely listened and understood my predicament. As if it was he himself who was facing the legal challenges I presented to him, with all the emergency and dire consequences at his door.
The otherside had an attorney. I thought I could represent myself, my case facts and rights were clear cut, then I found myself in front of a judge who clearly allowed WIDE discretion to the oppossing counsel, I was about to get steam rolled not by the facts but by legal precedures. I was granted a 2 day continuance by the judge, barely. Mr. Ellis despite having been hired with only 2 days time to prepare for my case, successfully represented me in court and rescued me from my lack of knowledge about how the system and the the courts can be not the easyest of places to navigate by oneself. Most people instinctively know when an attorney is personally invested in their client, I knew that within the first 10 minutes of meeting Mr. Ellis. I was recommended by a friend of mine to Ryan earlier this year. I set up a consultation, discussed my business issues with him, and got a quote. He was very friendly, expressed his knowledge about my issues, and really knew what he was talking about. The meeting was great and i didnt feel pressured at all, like some of the other attorneys I visited with. Aer meeting with him, I did some research, called around, and found that he was a reputable attorney and respected by his colleagues.
I decided to hire Mr. Ellis. He walked. Me through the retainer agreement, took all of the documents I had with me and made copies, and asked me a few other questions regarding issues he brought up (that I didn't even I know I needed to talk about). He told me he would begin immediately and I left the office with a smile on my face.
I received an email from Mr. Ellis the next day with a copy of a letter he sent to the people who owed me money. Later that week, I got a call from Mr. Ellis to notify me that my case was settled and and I could either pick up the money I was owed or he could mail a check to me.
I have been trying to collect this money owed to me for so long, and it took Ryan around a week. He was always very professional and courteous to me, carried out all of his promises.
If any of you out there are looking for an attorney, I highly recommend Mr. Ryan Ellis. He is very knowledgeable, and if I ever need another attorney, I will absolutely be hiring Mr. Ellis again.

I hired a lawyer Mike Aisen from this firm and boy did he make it such an easy experience! I am out of state and had some old charges from when I lived in NV. From our phone consultation Mike sounded confident in my case and made me feel at ease. Not once did I have to show up for court and he took care of everything. He e-mailed me updates and even called me directly with the outcomes of my court dates. He was able to dismiss my possession charges and even get them sealed! My other case he was able to negotiate down to just minimal fees to the court. He did all of this at a fantastic rate too. He set up an easy payment plan I could afford and was flexible with the payments. All I can say is it was a fantastic experience all around and I would hire him in a second if I ever had something else come up.

Adam is truly passionate about defending his clients; he loves what he does and is very good at it, he has a direct but calming energy a bout him. I had several heavy charges and was extremely shook up before meeting Adam. I was referred by a friend to Adam but had met three other lawyers before our meeting-I left all three of those other offices feeling super discouraged and that the process could take well over a year or two, costing me an enormous undo-able amount of money. Adam was beyond reassuring but honest and upfront about the potential ways he could work my case. Adam worked with me on how to go about everything the right way to get the best case scenario and in a timely manner (8 months). I was facing 15 charges that could of put me away for a very long time and after Adam refused to accept the first couple plea offers, he got my case dropped to 2 felonies with no jail time recommended (I am freee). I’m not really sure where to begin with my review. I have so many good things to say about James. From a small business legal perspective he was outstanding in resolving some legal conflicts that arise when doing business. He handled everything quickly, cost effectively, and always provided options based on where I wanted to take the matter at hand. I appreciated the multi-angle approach t have options when dealing with some legal matters.
I also used him for a personal matter involving A federal labor lawsuit that was from other states. His knowledge and co-counsel was vital in getting the results needed to handle my case(s) with an outcome that was always very intricately considered and discussed as options before moving forward. Although my cases were completely new for me to go through, I felt that James and Liz couldn’t have been a better choice.
I HIGHLY recommend James Kwon as an attorney for anyone seeking services. i felt like he genuinely cared about my situation and getting them resolved within a timely manner and with my budget in mind.
Again, 5 stars aren’t enough.

I have on 2 occasions needed the service's of a good business (contracts) attorney and having been referred to James Kwon a few years ago by a trusted friend and associate and being very pleased the first time I hired him I naturally went back to him because "better the devil you know than the devil you don't"...lol and Mr Kwon did not do anything to disappoint, so after going 2 for 2 with respect to representing my interest in another deal I felt James is due some good word of mouth advertising. If I need a lawyer again in the future, I wouldn't call anyone else in the Las Vegas Valley and I couldn't give higher praise if I was being paid. For the record, I'm not. Mr. Kwon does the following very well. He returns calls in a very timely manner EVERY time I ever called. He made me feel like an equal and that my opinion's mattered and that my questions were intelligent, whether they were or were not, he never let on...lol it's been my experience in the past that many lawyers try to impress or intimidate and I for one don't appreciate that kind of "attitude" or arrogance. James never exudes that vibe. Confidence for sure, and well he should be. The guy knows his profession, has great people skills, is always well prepared and you can tell he's a straight shooter. Any normal client, lookin to do the right thing and who wants to make sure the right thing is done to or for them, would be wise to employ this attorney. I could go on & on because I think very highly of this guy and I appreciate all that he has done for my development business. If my words sway 1 or 2 people to use the services of this particular attorney, I have done a good deed for a couple of strangers and one very honest and excellent attorney at law.

I hired Mr. Riley, because my last attorney failed to negotiate a lawsuit on a real estate deal and actually cost me substantial losses. Mr. Riley was able to negotiate and fix some of the issues we had and was able to win what was lost.

I hired him as my attorney for an immigration issue. He was not only the most honest lawyer through out the whole process also, put a lot of efforts and time for my case. I hired Justin to handle a traffic citation that I had received in Dec 2017. He explained to me very clearly the actions he would take to get my legal matter resolved. He followed thru on everyone of them and kept me informed. It was resolved just the way that he had explained it to me - so, I was very happy with the final outcome of my case. He even texted me when he saw that I had paid the court fines a couple of days later - another example of how Justin stays focused on what's important.

Rachel Shelstad recently represented me in a real estate transaction. The deal was difficult and without Rachel's help it would not have closed. She tracked down a party to the transaction in a foreign country, found a notary in that country to prepare documents, and arranged for a certified translation of the those documents in order for my deal to close.
