Most people hire attorneys to represent them in a bankruptcy situation only to realize later that they are not well versed in bankruptcy nuances. In my instance I hired someone who claimed to know bankruptcy law and almost lost the entire case. I then hired Gary Ginsburg who salvaged my case from complete disaster to total success.

Paul answered my every call. If for some reason he couldn’t speak to me immediately he always arranged a specific time to call me back. He is transparent and yet discreet. This woman abuser has been refusing a 'Get' (Jewish divorce) to his wife since 2019. Leaving her chained to him and unable to remarry, under Jewish law.
He has been officially ostracised and blacklisted by the rabbinical courts in an effort to make him free his wife, but is refusing refusing to doso.

Go to guy if you need a ticket fixed in Lawrence or Cedarhurst. Also seems politically well connected in Nassau county local courts. A little hard to communicate with since he doesn't have an office or a telephone and desen't know how to use email. The only way to contact Goldman is throgh a beeper, which he may or may not answer. Not the kind of guy to go to for complex or sophisticated work. While generally a nice fellow, he can be tempermental and doesn't seem to display much client loyalty.
