Mr. Ray came to visit me at the hospital and Kelly also did. Always kept in contact with us by phone or in person. No question was unanswered and was answered in a timely fashion. For something as stressful, daunting, and confusing as bankruptcy, Andrea and Mr. McMahan are the best people to have on your team.
They’re both honest, direct, no-nonsense kind of people. Poor Mr. McMahan had to give me a full lesson on equity as I wasn’t understanding but ensured we were on the same page by the end. He’ll tell you what he thinks the best option is for you, even if that means not hiring him.
Andrea is a superstar. She is incredibly kind, quick-witted, and was just downright lovely to work with. I felt extremely at ease knowing she was helping me get all my paperwork together and being able to keep my car felt like a win for both of us.
I don’t know why anyone would pick any other office to work with.

As a client who sought legal assistance from Eddie Valdez, I am compelled to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the services provided. My experience with Mr. Valdez was marked by a glaring lack of communication, exorbitant fees, and a complete disregard for my concerns and inquiries regarding my case.
From the outset, I entrusted Eddie Valdez with the task of representing me in a legal matter pertaining to matters involving my personal property. Despite assurances of diligent representation, the reality was starkly different. Throughout the duration of my legal proceedings, communication from Mr. Valdez was virtually nonexistent. Phone calls and texts went unanswered, leaving me in a state of perpetual uncertainty and anxiety regarding the progress of my case.
Compounding this egregious lack of communication was the exorbitant fee of $1700 charged by Eddie Valdez for my representation. Despite the hefty financial investment, the return on this investment was abysmal, to say the least. Eddie Valdez provided little to no substantive assistance in facilitating the return of my property, effectively rendering the exorbitant fee unjustifiable.
Moreover, Eddie Valdez demonstrated a shocking lack of professionalism by blatantly ignoring my attempts at correspondence and failing to address my direct inquiry regarding their continued representation. This disregard for basic client communication not only undermined the integrity of my case but also reflected poorly on Eddie Valdez's commitment to ethical and responsible legal practice.
In essence, my experience with Eddie Valdez can only be described as a gross misrepresentation of legal representation. The lack of communication, coupled with exorbitant fees and a blatant disregard for client concerns, has left me profoundly disillusioned with the legal profession as a whole.

The firm does not care about morals or ethics. I used Taylor Stein as my attorney for a couple of years and he did nothing to advance my case. He let the opposing counsel continuously set court dates for us then cancel them. The firm’s secretaries are no better, I have been talking to Amy for months concerning my money back due to no services being given, she will lie and even just not respond to you. I have contacted the BAR and KSWO to let people know how this firm operates. Your money will be “in the final stages of being refunded” for months. CROOKS!

Horrible horrible law firm & just horrible human beings in general. Not sure how they sleep at night, oh I know...in there multi-million dollar houses that there victims have paid for! These people truly disgust me. My daughter worked nights, doubles & weekends away from her family just to save enough retainer money for these crooks to just take it then pretty much throw it in our face! You are better off getting a court appointed lawyer or representing yourself because once they get your hard earned money you will never hear from them again. Please please do yourself a favor & stear clear! If I could of written a review without giving a star trust me I would have! They DO NOT care about anyone but themselves! My daughter was trying to regain custody of her daughter back after a family member took her & Leah and Toni totally took advantage of her vulnerability and desperation!

Hard to get a hold of, very expensive especially for someone who doesn’t take the time to talk to you about your case, doesn’t follow through the way she said she will., I would recommend talking to other lawyers in town. If I could give this guy negative stars I would! I went to him seeking help in a divorce from my ex and at the time had 3 very young children and very limited income with no child support coming in. I explained my financial situation to Walker and he agreed to let me make payments to get my divorce underway. One of my kids got sick so needless to say I had to call and let Walker know I wasn't going to be able to make my payment and that I we as needing to put things on hold until I could get my child treatment and catch up with my payments. Walker responded by taking me to small claims court around Christmas time and telling me that "you don't make much money" then ended up sending a garnishment into my job after I had explaine things that led me to get evicted from my home. I AM CASTING MY VOTE FOR ANYONE WHO RUNS AGAINST THIS GUY!

Said he was to busy, said we needed to schedule an appt but the girl at the desk said she didn’t schedule his appts he does and he will call us to get it scheduled. He never called.

I hired Toni in April 2022 to represent me in a divorce and custody case. I walked away with nothing (my choice)and it still took her till November to get me divorced and till March before in was finial and i got my decree. In that time she barely returned phone calls or emails. I took off work to show up for a court date that had been moved. Which she nor her assistant told me about. She had no less than 6 assistants in the 10 month period she represented me. She was always rude, careless and unhelpful to giving me any information regarding my case. I originally gave her $4,000.00 to start. She billed me 80$ for 5 minute phone calls. On top of other countless services that were never rendered or completely unnecessary. i continued to pay her on the additional 3,000.00 + she said i owed her to continue with a motion to modify child support after the divorce was final. Some how filing one motion warranted a bill that large. Then in April she stopped answering my calls and emails all together. In May i finally got an email response after many many failed attempts to reach her only to say she once again had no assistant. Then I received a letter at the end of last month saying she was dropping me for non payment. Like payment for what? She did nothing beyond be a legal go between for my case. Do not hire this woman. If I could go back in time I wouldn’t let this woman represent for free.

This woman provides a "results based" payment system. Fraud, lying, bribery, child endangerment, whatever it takes to win, then she gets paid.
