Stephen and his team - Ginamarie in particular - were wonderful helping us sell our apartment and buy a new one. We recently used Renee Giorgini as our real estate attorney for the sale of our home in Merrick. She covered all aspects of our transaction proficiently and professionally. When we ran into a problem with a lien on the house as the result of an unrecorded loan satisfaction document, she used her expertise to uncover the problem, expedite the resolution, and thus save us additional fees that the bank wanted to charge.
