I hired Heidi in 2020 based off of a recommendation and referral from a good friend. As a woman I feel comfortable with Heidi from the start because it's always easier to discuss domestic problems with someone you can relate to. Our lawyer advised us that in the eyes of the law we had a weak case since we did not have written documents (it was a verbal agreement) We strongly expressed that although we realized the weakness in the case, we knew what the truth was and felt we wanted to go forward. Once the decision was made to proceed legally, she handled everything professionally and on a timely basis. Any and all of questions or concerns were addressed, even if it was something we didn't want to hear. We always knew where we stood, what was next and other options if things didn't go as we had hoped. To me, her belief in the case and making things right for my Dad meant the world to me. We were able to agree on a very nice settlement due to our lawyer knowing how to handle the case legally with the appropriate court motions and tactful conversations with the opposing lawyer. We avoided a long drawn out court battle because our attorney made it be known that we were not going away easily. It worked! Very pleased with the outcome of our case given the odds were stacked against us in the eyes of the law.

Crysti Farra has specialized in SS Disability for years and thoroughly knows the ins and outs of it through both training and experience. I highly recommend her—it was worth paying her to handle my claim application.
I wasn't sure I would qualify for disability, and most people I spoke to told me to do it myself online and not pay a lawyer to file the claim, but when I had a question and had to call the 800#, it was a 5-hour wait. Fortunately another lawyer referred me to Ms. Farra. She spent a lot of time on the phone explaining things to me and answering my long list of questions. She filled out all the paperwork as I was unable to do it myself due to my disability, and she was patient and compassionate and pragmatic. My claim was approved and Crysti has continued to be there for me every time I have a question, and I've had lots of questions.
I really, really like her even though I've never met her in person. We have done everything by phone, email and US Mail.
I also called the regional bar association and did some research before contacting her. I found only positive reviews of her. Now I add my positive review.

I am so fortunate to have been recommended to Crysti Farra. I had been so anxious trying to literally figure out not only how I would get through all of my medical issues, but how I could possibly handle all of the paperwork and navigation required for the social security application process. Crysti was so knowledgable and organized about my options when we first spoke over the phone that I immediately felt put to ease. She offered to meet me at my apartment based on my limitations, and again was organized, but also so human and compassionate in a healthy professional way. When I was able to work, I always prided myself on taking good care of my clients and being detailed oriented, efficient, time sensitive, deadline driven, and proactive as well as making each client feel special as if they were my only client. I was fully present for my clients and that's what I found in Crysti. She walked me through the process, supported me along the way and was always available by phone or email (or there was a quick response). Classic company that over promises and under performs. Patti and the owner CJ both sold us that we had an open shut case and it was a guarantee that our account would be suspended for having an alleged multiple account. We presented the evidence to amazon sent their letter over and over again with proof and affidavit. Not only did amazon ignore us not even respond after several times escalating the appeal they kept our $15,000 in funds owing to us saying we did not pass identity verification. Vincent from amazon lawyers who works for CJ just kept stating submit the same plan over an over again. What a waste of time and energy. Not only did we get ignored amazon kept our funds. This company did nothing but waster our time and after CJ initial conversation with us he completely ghosted us. Please avoid this company like the plague.

Horrible! As his clients he never returned my phone calls and I had to hired another lawyer to get in touch with him for my divorced paper . He doesn’t answer my phone calls and called me to requested rest of the payment and he received the rest of the money and he still haven’t gotten back to me even in his own client. I would never recommend him to someone . I’m wondering all this good reviews it might be people he pay too or he asked friend to leave good review, because on my side bad experience and I still waiting for him to answer me or call me as his client.
