Trupti truly was a lifesaver throughout this whole process and for that I will forever be thankful.
Trupti took my case for an “Artist with extraordinary ability” visa application, something that I had been working on and preparing towards for quite some time, but I still had to get a lot of work done to be ready, and a lot of it would have been in vain if it wasn’t for Trupti. She was great as a lawyer and counselor, she didn’t only help me with organizing and prepping my application, but more importantly, she helped me make my case the strongest it could be. She guided me to find amazing opportunities to strengthen my application and also advised me legally to achieve successful negotiations with my references, employers and sponsors.
She was very clear with what we needed to do and would always make sure that I was fully aware of the process and the reasons to why we were doing very specific things. Trupti was always available and we had multiple meetings to plan out timelines, evidence, options, etc. and especially for me, something I was very thankful for, was that Trupti always tried her hardest to fully grasp what my professional experiences were. She fully researched my resume and found the strongest points to put in the application. In the end, my application truly had no weak spots.
Some bits of this process were pretty stressful, but Trupti always reminded me that this was all to make my request undeniable, not just “okay”, and so it turned out be. For any international artist that is looking for good legal representation, I strongly recommend Trupti! Her work ethic, charisma, and passion shines through every page of the application, and that is something that brings a lot of comfort and support in this scary process. I contacted the Darvish firm at the recommendation of several organizations and individuals in the Pasadena area. My uncle had passed and I was the successor trustee and not from the LA area myself. The situation was complicated by the fact that my uncle had been acting as the executor of his partners probate case at the time of his death.
We met and Elan Darvish explained clearly what the firm could do for us and the expected fees. Their hourly rates were significantly lower than other firms that we had contacted and we entered into a contract with them.
The situation became more complicated than we originally anticipated as the trust left by my uncle had not been funded appropriately. Several complications with overlap between my uncles' trust and his partners probate. We ended up filing a Heggstad petition to move assets into the trust and the initial ruling was not in our favor until Elan made oral arguments and we got the outcome we needed to move forward with implementing the trust with all the assets.
Elan was always available for my questions and explained everything clearly. It has been a frustrating process as I am a farmer and not familiar with legal terminology nor processes. However, when all was completed, everyone mentioned in the trust was very pleased with the outcome.

First of all if any one is ever involved in an accident dont let your insurance deal with the other insurance for a compensation for you, the best thing you can do is definetely let a professional handle it and who better than Wilshire Law Firm they helped me with a motorcycle accident i was riding from work to get a haircut and go home and who would've known i never made it to that appointment a Pick up Truck from a Tow company was lurking in a drive way with my motorcycle experience i knew he was going to totally ignore me turn right and drive down the road so i went to the farest lane but little did i know he had other plans he did ignore me but instead of making a right turn he went forward and then made a left turn when i noticed that it was already too late crashed against the side of the truck i flew almost 20 feet straight over the truck broke both my wrists, femur, toe and bruised my back. I had to decline the ambulance because i know how much they cost went to emergency and the next morning called Wilshire Law Firm they came within 1 to 2 hours a representative showed up to my door explained me everything and just a couple signatures later i was in good hands they made my appointments with the Drs. I was rear-ended while stopped at a light. I had a headache from the impact but after exchanging information, I was able to drive away and considered myself very lucky... Tried to shake it off but in additional to headaches, the dull aches and pains in my back refused to heal, and then a few weeks after the accident, I was informed by the insurance company that my car was being declared 'a total loss'. The other party had admitted fault but I was unable to afford proper treatment or even a comprehensive exam since I had no health insurance, was unable to work, and had limited cash. I had still not retained a lawyer since I'd had a bad experience in the past. Unable to cope, I finally started calling lawyers and that led me to Nick. I am so glad I found him.
