Bereliani Law Firm went beyond my expectations! Sanaz has a good team and thorough system to ensure your bankruptcy gets finalized. I am self employed, my case was more in depth. I interviewed several attorneys in San Diego and LA area and they were suggesting Chapter 13 and avoiding chapter 7 because of my equity in my home, they said I was limited on exemptions ie and my vehicle and personal property were at risk! Sanaz is very creative with creating and interpreting exemptions that the other attorneys NEVER mentioned and or understood, interpreting exemptions is very important, ie “Commercial Work Vehicle” (Truck) verses “vehicle”, that changed the game, the trustee wanted more money for my work truck and was also trying me on personal property and Sanaz put them in check! She got my Chapter 7 discharged, I kept my condo equity, I owed nothing for my commercial work truck and personal items. The other attorneys I interviewed were ok with having me agree to make an uncomfortable stressful payment plan to make it easy for them to file chapter 13…. Sanaz and her team tolerated all my calls and emails = STRESS and got me through it. Sanaz and her team are the ones you want to represent you!!! Worth every dollar!!! Thank you Sanaz!!!

Jefferson was able to help me get justice and a fair settlement from the at fault driver's insurance after being unsuccessful on my own. He was extremely communicative throughout the entire process which has not always been the case when dealing with law firms in the past. I felt as though I had a friend who really cared that justice was served. I would recommend him to anyone in the SoCal area that finds themselves in the unfortunate circumstance of a car accident.

When I first saw Sonia’s interview on YouTube, I got a very good energy from her. I called her office and made an appointment for consultation and I was eagerly waiting to talk to her. I had a one hour consultation with her and honestly that’s one of the best consultation I ever had with an immigration attorney. She gave me her full undivided attention and she answered all my questions in detail and gave me some additional helpful tips on my pending application with USCIS. I had consultation with many other lawyers which is completely useless and waste of money, most of the lawyers during the initial consultation do not answer any of your questions, they just try to convince you to hire them and they are the best lawyers for your case, but with Sonia it was different, despite the fact that I already have a lawyer who helped me to file my case and she knew that I am just reaching out to her for a consultation and possible way to help move my case, she did her best and provided me with best information. I wish I would have found her sooner before I hired my current lawyer. Also her office staff Nadia was very responsive and helpful. Definitely recommended.

I got in an accident and was pregnant and scared didn't know what to do or where to start I had a free consultation with Malosack and immediately felt that comfort in her and trust... from the start Malosack was upfront and very responsive when ever I had the littlest question no matter what it was I never expected to get the amount I ended up getting after everything was settled and I am very grateful for her I honestly could of walked away with nothing out of my situation but she really came through for me even though we live about almost 400 miles away from each other I had all my trust in her. I consulted Mr. Fox re: two unrelated, but concurrently proceeding cases, in which I thought appellate and/or writ relief might be an option, but my attorney did not do appeals. In the first matter, we had filed the appeal, but the defendants had brought a motion to dismiss it, and I was freaking out, not knowing what to do. There were number of confusing and concatenated procedural snafus that had taken place, and I always find that it's difficult to get people to understand them; further, I have severe anxiety and PTSD as a proximate result of what the tortfeasors put me through in the case. So, I am always fearful I'll not be listened to very long before being shunted aside by someone too busy or impatient. Mr. Fox e-mailed me to send a bunch of specific documents he required before our phone consult. Fortunately, I had kept good records, and I'm very good at writing. In the other matter, we had been denied due process, and I was admittedly somewhat emotional: I wanted to take a writ because I felt the trial court had done an end run around me and my lawyer by denying us notice and opportunity to be heard. Well, within only a day, Mr. Fox and his staff had reviewed the [rather voluminous] documents I'd provided. I then heard from him the next morning, and we had a really good conversation. Mr. Fox put me at ease instantly, and was able to speak in depth about both matters with me. I have not had many "free consultations" with attorneys, but I will say Mr. Fox was extremely generous with his time. It was clear to me he was never flippant or dismissive of the fact that I had learned a lot of things on my own about the law (unlike some attorneys I have seen who groan when I say I had to file some things as a pro per litigant in between being represented). We were able to chat freely about legal points and authorities without him saying "because I'm a lawyer and I said so." But, ultimately, I knew that with Mr. Fox, his 30+ years of experience were indeed a great deal of why he might feel one way or the other. He told me he wouldn't do the writ if I threw $25k in his face, but could help me with the appeal should I need it. He said I should file a paper and the Court would be >50% to grant it in the meantime. He was right, and they did. I am seriously thinking about consulting him further and possibly engaging him as my attorney, depending on certain other factors. He is also, of course, sharp as a tack, and that is obvious when you talk to him. I will not hesitate to refer him to any of my friends who need appellate specialists in the meantime. Thank you again, Mr. Fox.

I highly recommend Sana. She cared about my best interests and spent a lot of time with me explaining the process, getting information from me, listening, and helping me to be realistic. She has specialized in employment law for more than 20 years and was a partner at a prestigious law firm, so has the qualifications, knowledge, and experience that many others don’t have. Because she has been on both sides, she anticipated what my employer would do and was ready. She was thorough and spent a lot of time on my case. She was tough with the other side, but reasonable, which helped me in the end with a settlement. I was very happy with the experience and result. I cannot say enough good things about Sana Swe. She is a great lawyer and a great person. I got in touch with Sana based on a friend’s recommendation. I was caught completely off guard and needed legal help immediately. Sana was very easy to talk to on the phone. She was very patient with me and explained legal terms in a way that I could understand. She was sympathetic and empathetic. She was always available and always made time for me. My work schedule was intense and unpredictable, and Sana was extremely accommodating. We would talk early mornings, late evenings, and weekends. Sana is not only smart and knowledgeable, she is also intuitive—she knew exactly what questions to ask even if it involved technical details in a specialized field. I was really happy with the service provided by Daniel and Ayal. They always made themselves availablr to answer my questions without making me feel like a bother. Only putting 4 stars instead of 5 because Maria, the receptionist, was kind of rude. But I just spoke with Daniel for the first time since my wedding, and when I told him about my experience with Maria, he explained that she was only at the firm for a week until him and Ayal picked up on her less than friendly attitude and let her go. Very much respect that they saw the issue so quickly and fixed it.

Ms. Jenkins managed my retaliation and wrongful termination case. While I'm sure these are standard for her, I believe the defendant's attorney was perhaps one of the most difficult anyone has ever had to work with. In dealing with him, his clients and the matter, she handled it all well, without ever having to disturb my day-to-day life and work. This alone, was a feat in itself since the defendant's attorney was truly the most erratic, unreasonable, confusing and uncommunicative human being, much less professional, that anyone has had to work with. Although I did not receive the settlement amount that I felt was due, I also recognize that it was a better outcome than it could have been. All in all, it was an outcome that weighed more positively in my favor. While I hope never to have to use an employment attorney again, I would consult Genevieve again should a similar matter occur.

I had an excellent experience with Path to Immigration handling my immigration case. They were extremely knowledgeable and provided clear guidance throughout the process. One aspect that stood out was their fees, which were more reasonable compared to other attorneys I consulted. Despite the complexities of my case, they made everything manageable and stress-free. Only downside was it was 10 month until I received my Green Card, luckily I already had my work permit (which was included in the attorney fee) before.

He helped my family get a Green Card, because we had a couple of issues I was worried. Other lawyers made it sound so complicated (and expensive). He clearly explained the process and was fair and professional.
