I was pulled over for peculiar reasons and then cited for narcotics in my back seat that I didn't know were there. As a recent college graduate looking for jobs and graduate schools this was the worst thing I could have on my record, and it was overwhelmingly stressful. Aaron's professionalism is what kept me sane. He constantly informed me as to the status of my case. He always gave me an accurate prediction of where the case would go from there, staying realistic but giving comforting optimism. If I was ever unsure about something he was always willing to answer his phone or meet in person as long as he was available and help explain it to me. All of this, combined with Aaron being a former Public Defender, thereby knowing the prosecutors and the system in general, led to settlements that resulted in my charges being dropped. Aaron is the reason I wasn't punished the rest of my life for one stupid mistake; the reason I can continue my education and get a professional job. I can not recommend Aaron Price enough.

I wasn't sure if I had a warrant from an unpaid speeding ticket, and Aaron was able to look it up. Sure enough I had a bench warrant. Aaron was able to take care of my problem in less than 24 hours. He was amazing, and he gave me frequent updates on my case until my issue was resolved.

Aaron was hands down the best lawyer that I've worked with. His hard work, attention to detail, and in depth knowledge of the law helped get my wife's speeding ticket (20 mph over, in a school zone) dropped down to lesser and less costly charges. I think his prior experience as a public defender really helped since it seemed like he knew our prosecutor really well. I'd definitely go to him again.

Mr. O'Brien was extremely thorough when going over the requests and questions I had concerning my will. I am divorced, no living children, lots of nieces and nephews some of whom have indicated they expected to receive my estate. This needed to be handled delicately and Mr. O'Brien worded my will so no one can expect but what I chose to leave to specific relatives. I truly appreciate him making certain all of my requests meet legal requirements .

Without hesitation I highly recommend Erwin Roberts as an attorney who knows his law and will go the extra mile for you. The basic outline of my story is this: I live in Cincinnati, was cited in Kentucky for a traffic violation, decided to seek counsel, found Joe Suhre in Cincinnati but was referred to Mr. Roberts in Louisville. With Mr. Roberts representing me, I pled guilty to the charges in Kentucky, paid a fine, attended a DIP and assumed all was well. But the Ohio BMV then threatened to take action on my KY violation, up to possibly suspending my right to drive. As a novice in these types of things, it struck me as odd and perhaps naively assumed that, of course, this was double jeopardy and that they could not do this. But the warning from the OH BMV meant, at a minimum, that I was going to be spending more of my personal time in court and, at worse, a suspended license. I informed Mr. Roberts of this and he immediately referred me back to Mr. Suhre. Joe wrote a letter to the Ohio BMV and the matter was cleared up, literally, within a few days. Not only did Joe Suhre handle this promptly but, as I had already compensated his colleague Mr. Roberts in Louisville, there was no additional fee! Throughout my dealings with both Mr. Roberts and Mr. Suhre, I was treated with great respect and genuine consideration for my well being. For the peace of mind that came with working with both of these gentlemen, the fee was modest indeed.

In the end, Donna accomplished exactly what we sought out to do. She was able to guide our family through the (often terrifying) maze of attaining custody and ultimately not only keeping my son safe, but also changing his life forever. My son's entire life has flourished properly, the way it should have from birth but was unable to. Grades are up in school, friendships in a solid, safe neighborhood are popping up more than I count, and most importantly, we can raise my son with the security and love that only Donna could allow us. Even so our final court date was quite a ways back, Donna still keeps in close contact to our family. She's so important to us; she has invested so much of her time in our family all for the good of a young boy who was stuck in a dangerous living situation. Donna never performed any work that was less than 5 star worthy. Her attention to detail and diligence in filing her necessary court documents was certainly noticed by my wife and I. Accessible. I've only had one other lawyer and my first laywer took days, weeks to get back to me even when something extremely urgent was shaking out. I was involved in an automobile accident in December of 2013. While sitting at a stop light on my way to work, I was hit from behind and I was left with a debilitating neck injury and mounting medical bills. The idea of retaining counsel was new to me, as I had never been involved in an accident of this nature, and I was completely unaware of how the insurance company (the responsible party's insurance company) would make every attempt they could to not compensate me fairly for my injuries AND even go so far as to try to hold me responsible for the actions of the driver at fault. Joel is absolutely amazing. I got rear ended last year, and it wasn’t until after I was hurt and realized that it wasn’t going away that I decided to take action. I had called Issac’s and Issac’s first and hated the way that I was treated like I was just a number instead of a human being. Joel immediately made me feel welcome, and relaxed. He definitely took the stress and pressure off that arises out of these situations. I had never experienced anything like this kind of accident, being hurt from an accident, or any of other stuff that comes with it (ie: chiropractors, specialists, physical therapy, etc.) from the beginning me made sure I had complete understanding and support from medical to legal. Mr. May, while young, is clearly on the right path toward great success in Louisville. Following my accident, I contacted his firm in hopes of finding someone who could get me back to work and pay my bills.
Mr. May was suggested and I am glad he was. He got me back to work and taught me some secrets in regards to who is really here to help you (HINT: Its not the insurance company).
I was able to get a settlement that was designed to pay my accident bills in full, as well as the time off work. The best part was that this settlement covered all these bills AFTER attorney fees were paid out.

Mrs. Buchenberger is amazing! My father was a steel worker who traveled the nation working construction projects and was severely injured on a job in a sourhern state while employed by an Indiana corporation.
