Where does one even begin when trying to give thanks to a team that has helped during such an emotional, stressful, and difficult time? The lawyers and staff at The Law Offices of Lance Fryrear have been such a blessing. After the police were called and an arrest was made, it felt like my life was over. I felt so powerless during those initial days where the court process and legal battles seemed beyond hope. I am not sure how I would have made (and continue to be making it) through this legal process without Lance and his team. Everytime I called with a worry or concern, Rachel and Shannon would answer the phone, listen attentively and provide encouragement. They never made me feel like a burden or annoyance (even when I felt I was because of all the anxiety). Lance and Colleen worked to support me through a Civil PO that was filed in addition to my pre-charge criminal defense needs. Colleen went above and beyond, helping me reach out for my personal items, providing comfort and support, and always making me feel like a priority. Lance not only brought so much legal knowledge and experience (check out his Youtube), but his ability to understand the process and speak to the emotional side really was a game changer. Before agreeing to help with the Civil PO, he listened attentively to the situation. Lance and his team agreed to help me with the criminal defense matter, but only wanted to commit to helping with the Civil PO, if there was something they could actually do in my situation to help. His firm is not interested in saying “yes” to everything to get a paycheck. They actually care about YOU and YOUR SPECIFIC case. He felt based on my circumstances, that although filing a written response might not be wise in my case, there could be other avenues to explore, and thus agreed to help with that legal matter. If you work with Lance and his team, it is worth every penny. Make sure to listen to his advice! You, like me, will likely have to fight the urge to want things resolved yesterday. When hands-on experience combined with a deep knowledge of family law mattered Ms Van Hof demonstrated those skills and saw though potential problems swiftly and accurately. She knows the legal process very well and can arrive at a good course of action under tighter budget restrictions.
Our case involved children and Ms Van Hof's pleasant attitude and personal dedication made all the difference when times were rocky. Ms Van Hof also has children and has a well-developed sense of compassion and natural intuition about separation, divorce and custody issues. She can cut to the chase effectively and knows what will legally fly and what won't.
One last thing is that Ms Van Hof has a pronounced work ethic and is both fair-minded and affordable with her clients.

Victoria acted as my attorney for a custody battle,and divorce. She is a veteran in family law and was very supportive through the struggles! She encouraged me to persevere and do what was right for the children! She isn't overly aggressive, but won't be pushed around.. We got what we wanted...
In response to "Jamie" she was on the other end of the custody battle and was unhappy with the outcome. Victoria was working outside of King/Snohomish co. The allotted length for the declarations are different and the Judge did ask for the declaration to be shortened.

At the end of January 2020 I was involved in a car accident which damaged my neck. I started seeking treatment for my neck pain and was not really able to get a result then the pandemic happened and everything closed down. It took me several years of treatment. It was about a 2 which was enough and not back to normal but I still had residual pain. I was still riding my bicycle skiing and doing whatever I could to have fun so I wouldn’t remember pain, and in the course I got injured again on my lower leg and elbow.
This case was complicated enough on his own with just the COVID-19 restrictions, but adding additional injuries to my lower extremities, made it really complicated.
Jeff was recommended to me by a family member. I hired Jeff immediately at the beginning of the case and I could definitely say that Jeff was the best decision.
There were so many things which went wrong with this case the law firm was opposing us. Jeff’s brother worked at the firm then the apposing attorney in case died after depositions.
Finally, after three years, I was able to get relief from the court. Only because I had Jeff’s help without Jeff‘s help I could not have got the resolution with my case at all.
I recommend Jeff very highly.
