Mr.Scalia didn't prepare for trial other than to tell the def to wear glasses. Didn't call any witnesses even though we had asked him to. Including a corrupt cop forced to resign. Didn't cross examine most of state's witnesses. In closing he told jury def had worn mask used in robbery just not on that day. Def proclaimed actual innocence and told attorney several times he never wore or had ever seen the mask. While waiting for a verdict Mr.Scalia voiced to us that he was worried he needed to give his dog his medication. Our lives were about to change and weren't interested in hearing that he didn't have someone to give his dog meds. We knew all week we would be in court until 9:30 pm on Friday. I would never want anyone else to lose their freedom due to an overworked and Overpaid lawyer.

Deborah, worked a family case for me where my she did NOTHING but submit basic paperwork to the court and if I did speak to her she would just say well I submitted paperwork but had no recollection about anything going on with my case or what my name even was. When arguing on “my behalf “ I could of sworn she was working for my ex. She did not fight for me and only seemed concerned with the money she was being paid. FIND ANOTHER LAWYER OR REPRESENT YOURSELF! YOU WILL BE BETTER OFF BOTH FINANCIALLY AND LEGALLY!
