Kate is not trustworthy and if she doesn’t like other attractive females should probably avoid taking their cases. As u can see, I’m not the only women who left this sort of review. Stay away from this firm. I think she’s the reason why so many bad reviews now.

Rebecca and staff were wonderful handling my case. They seemed mindful of the billed time and I didn’t feel any was excessive. Her attention to detail brought me additional arrearages which a former attorney didn’t notice or enforce on prior filings. I’d definitely hire again if needed.

I was charged with a class 6 felony and a misdemeanor charge back in October 2018. The same day I was arrested 2 of my family members were arrested and received the same charges as me but we hired different lawyers. The lawyer they hired was only able to get one of the charges dropped while I got both dismissed thanks to David.

If you find yourself in a bad situation and need help getting out of trouble call David. I was charged with a class 2 felony (malicious wounding) facing 10 years in jail if convicted. He was able to work a deal and get me off with two misdemeanor charges. Which was the best outcome possible for my case. Don’t get offended if scolds you if you do something wrong because I did something stupid when I was on pre trial release. He just looking out for you he always responds and is helping me out again. If your looking for a good lawyer and have no way of beating the charge. He has ways of getting you the best ultimate outcome for your case. I have used the Daughtery law firm on three different occasions, so If your looking for the best law firm in Prince Willam look no farther call David. His prices are reasonable for what he can do for you.

JC Estevez and Nicole Naum are phenomenal attorneys. I was accused of a heinous crime that I did not commit at the age of 16. They were extremely professional throughout the entire process. JC and Nicole always gave me the pros and cons of every situation that arose along the way. They spent numerous hours of time preparing every little detail for trial. I recently retained Mr. Lindsey's service for a rather complicated traffic violation. Throughout the process, he was very attentive as well as empathetic to my situation. An amicable resolution could not be reached verbally, and we were forced to have a trial. Mr. Lindsey was professional and argued my case flawlessly. His ability to make an argument in the courtroom was very impressive. I must also add, since I am from Maryland and the citation was issued in Virginia, that Mr. Lindsey is very well versed in legal codes for both states, and with that knowledge, was able to negotiate an outcome that was beneficial to me. I am pleased that I selected him to assist me, and, though I hope I don't have a need for him again, I would not hesitate to retain his services again.

Ms. Yi follows up on a case that we believed the courts had closed. Come to find out, the case was still open.
She took time out her day to go to the clerk’s office and confirm the case should have been closed. Without her following up on this, there could have been a warrant issued.
She keeps the lines of communication open. I highly recommend her services!

Dave is knowledgeable and reliable. When one of the properties was placed in to redevelopment mode, Dave was instrumental in the termination of leases and the removal of holdover tenants. Vanessa and her team walked me through what was the most complicated circumstance of my life. When I shared the story of my circumstance, she asked many questions about home life behavior and immediately made recommendations to rule out other factors relevant to a divorce proceeding. The plan which was put in place uncovered information I was completely blind to and provided me the detail to begin the fight of my life... for my children.
She was responsive, timely and thoughtful. I found it also valuable that she looped in other members of the firm to assist in answering questions regarding criminal actions to help me take make decisions on actions to take.

I hired Mr. Simmons as my criminal defense lawyer. He was exceptional. He dealt with all my precedings from start to finish. From the beginning Mr. Simmons has always been straight forward and never pushed me to choose something I was not comfortable with given at hand. When I had questions Mr. Simmons always answered truthfully of what he knew. If I was not able to get in touch with Mr. Simmons, he always called back in a timely manner. He always kept me and my family informed of what was to come or what could happen. After doing my research and speaking with several legal firms I choose Bristle-Schulze for my divorce based on Anna's reputation and experience; but as importantly she was the only firm to have an in-person consultation. Right from the start I understood that I made the correct choice.
Anna and her team, Courtney and Krista where on top of it from day one. They patiently explain the process and where very upfront with what to except, answering every question I had. Communications were easy and it never took long to receive a call or answer back.
Their experience and expertise on the legal side was also impressive, keeping everything in order and on track but also understand and tactfully handling the stress and emotion that one goes through. More importantly, they actually pushed for and tried to ensure the clearest path that was most cost effect for all involved.
Their billing was very clear to understand and if I had any questions, they took their time to walk through the invoice with me to make sure my questions were answered.

Tim knows his stuff. I had three charges, 2 misdemeanors, 1 felony, I was founf not guilty of one of the misdemeanors and the other two charges were dismissed. He also made it so that after I am able to expunge the arrests, so it is as if the incident never happened. I hope that I never have to use a lawyer for criminal charges again, but if I do I know I will be calling Tim.

Don is a straight talker. He is the kind of attorney that you want in your corner. I appreciated Don's style a lot and I wish I could have hired him. I found her thru my company Group Legal program and boy am I glad I did. My case is interstate with me living in NC and the NCP in VA. Sadly my NCP is what they call a "runner", which made the case extremely difficult and time consuming. I hired Mrs. Hardy off our first phone call. I was out of sight and had never met her till our first hearing, but she was someone that I trusted off her knowledge and professionalism. I was not disappointed.
My case was about 7 mos long with a lot of motions and issues, but she was diligent and efficient. She didn't waste time or money and was always willing to find the time to talk and explain the legal issues of my case. I was not a good client because I thought I knew what I was doing, I was emotional and at times very hard to deal with. It didn't phase Mrs. Hardy at all. She listened and advised in the best manner for my child. She Won. She is a winner.. She changed my life and the life of my child. She made the difference and that's exactly what you want when you are dealing in Family matters. Its scary to go to court but having an experienced and professional attorney who is compassionate and patient, changes the whole process. Being out of state made it even more difficult and nerve racking and of course the court system is very slow. I was able to put my faith in her, while continuing my life in NC. I did not have the resources to go back and forth to court and I left it all in her capable hands and she lead me to Victory and an extremely excellent outcome. She got justice for my child and that has no price tag.
I plan to use her if my case is appealed. I highly recommend this lawyer.

Beth Chavez is not your typical attorney who i just out to make money. She is one of the few that actually cares about not just her clients but the people she speaks with. I recently had a child support modification that the other party wanted to do discovery and waste a lot of time and money. I consulted with Beth who listened to me and at the end of the consultation gave me advise on how to push back on the opposing side to have this wrapped up without litigation or discovery. This consultation and advice saved me thousands of dollars that Beth could have obtained but instead she is a compassionate attorney who is in the business for the right reason! I know at some point i will need to hire another attorney and it WILL be Beth! Thank you again!
