This is Werls Francois, couldn’t switch over to my Google account for some reason, but I’ll I had a massive $41,000 private student loan debt collector that was on my case and John Hilbert was able to get a fair and great deal for me because he was able to spot errors and inconsistencies in their documentation so thank you to John as always he really saved me a headache and now I have a more affordable payment that is also 100% completely interest-free. All the while, he kept me fully informed on what was happening and answered any questions I had about the process. Everything went smoothly and I am happy to report that my business is now up and running successfully. The entire experience was a pleasure! Ron is easy to talk to, personable and engaging. Spoke to a lady on the Phone who was Very RUDE TODAY 12/27/2024 @ 1625 hours. I called to speak to a Lawyer or someone For consultaion and she said oh you the one who hung up which I didnt & lost service while im currently still in the Hospital. She stated “ oh your the one who called and was VERY RUDE AND NASTY” and she hung up the phone on me.. not nice service at all.

If you’ve ever had any experience with getting arrested, spending time in jail till a judge hears your case and allows you to leave, following up with further court dates, as well as the implications of all these occurrences - it can be incredibly overwhelming and rather difficult to keep a straight head throughout.
That is ofcourse NOT the case if you’re able and/or fortunate enough to find yourself a lawyer who genuinely gives a damn about what might happen to you - and legitimately knows her way around the court room & the legal system.
And so, try as I may - but I simply struggle to adequately express how immensely grateful I am to Serena Townsend for how swift, professional, honest, and KIND she was with me throughout the entirety of my case.
I often would display very palpable stress in the face of this ordeal - but she kept me on the straight, and was very patient with me when she had plenty of reason not to necessarily be so patient…

The law office is fine, but Lorraine is a nasty employee who makes the entire experience unpleasant.
After paying for over 50% of the fees well before my meeting, I then had a $2,000 balance. I had one more meeting and asked to have $1,000 charged with a balance due of $1,000 at the final meeting.
Jennifer marched and demanded payment in full...leaving me wondering why would any firm demand full payment with more work to be completed and why would the firm approve of her strong arming me. A little compromise goes a long way Lorraine, with many of attorneys out there with lovely staff I'd rethink recommending this firm.
