As a dad going into an uphill custody battle, I was terrified of what was to come. I had heard all the dad horror stories, of how they put up a fight but in the end the court system sided with mom and more child support was to be paid by the dad. The thought of coming out of this with a victory was a mear desire, and I was convinced that it would be like trying to find ET (only in the movies). But then this amazing person/lawyer was recommended by my wife. And everything changed after bringing her onboard with us to this uphill battle. Her incredible knowledge and attention to detail has been key to our outcome. For Karla there is no hour too late or task to daunting. In court she doesn’t back down from other lawyers while being attacked by them, and she stays a true professional at the same time. Out if court she has coached me, and helped me navigate the backlash that comes with these battles. Although I did not retain Marcos as council he was very helpful in regards to pointing me in the right direction and where to start in filing a case myself. I wouldn't hesitate to have Marcos as council if I had the money to hire attorney. Marcos gave me the impression that he cared more about his clients more so than money he would earn from taking on the case. He's more about turning a wrong into a right and standing up for the little guy.

I went to Trent Woods with a case that I was told was hopeless by several other attorneys. I wanted to get my firearms rights restored. Trent stayed solid on my case with almost weekly updates on the case status and never quit on me when the court denied my first two attempts. He fought hard for me and saw the case through! Walter Riveria helped me be successful after being in a car accident. Walter suggested an auto body repair shop, a chiropractor, and a medical doctor after the accident. Met Lionel through Fasttrackdivorce.com. Pure chance selection from a list of attorneys practicing non-adversarial family law. Lionel is a very approachable individual with a deferential personality. The collaborative process we started did not succeed in the end, but Lionel, during the course of the two years it lasted, warned and coached me, first with a view to success, then, when it became apparent that collaboration was failing, he spelled out approaches to take in order to proceed with as much success as would be possible. He seems unique in that he took the initative to treat us all to snacks/lunch. He was always prepared, friendly, very knowledgeable of the law, and in no way shied away from voicing his opinion. It was with some sadness that our professional relationship ended, my having to hire a litigator, but a personal friendship has evolved, which I am enjoying to the fullest.

My wife and I realized that our home somehow wasn't included in the name of our trust. The original work was done by Mr. halls law firm several years ago. As in most things, several laws had changed, making our trust somewhat ineffective. After consulting with Mr. Hall, we decided to completely update the document. We are now up to date with all of federal and state changes in relation to all of our needs. We want to especially thank Mr. Hall and all of his associates that worked on this project. Our home is now included on our property deed in the name of the trust. We highly recommend Mr. Hall and his firm. They also treat you like family, and take the time to discuss all issues in language we could understand. Five stars doesn't seem to be a high enough rating.

I was a client of a very well known reputable estate planning firm in town ( Phoenix) for 6+ years.
I sought to have my Trust reviewed after my Mothers passing as we had experienced a number of issues with her Trust. I researched many local attorneys and came across the firm of MHK. I am very happy with the decision to meet with Mr Hall.
Mr Hall was immediately able to review my then current Trust and point out major areas of concern!!! I found him to be very knowledgeable. A true blessing for me. I do not know how my family would have been able to overcome the issues they would have been facing if I had not had my Trust reviewed and revised!!!

I work with attorneys on a daily basis, so I feel I have a good understanding of how many of them act and function in their day to day operations. Financial hardships fell on my family, and I placed 3 calls to 3 separate attorneys. In all 3 calls, I was not able to get a hold of the attorney. Dwayne was the only attorney that returned my call. In fact, he returned my call that same day, after hours, even though I called his office after hours. He apologized for calling me back at a later time, but explained that he understood that this was a high priority for me. That was the first reason why I decided to work with him.
As we went through the process of getting my case outlined, and filed, Dwayne never missed a step. He was always honest, completely open to the possibilities of what we could expect to happen, and what we needed to do to make our case bullet proof (being completely honest and open about our situation; no shady stuff). He and his staff were always there for either me or my wife, and answered all of our questions explicitly. He worked with us at every step, and made it as stress-less as filing bankruptcy can be.
I don't think you can find a better bankruptcy attorney in Arizona. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I was recommended to Buescher Law Group through my sister’s friend at work and after hearing about his experience I knew I had to give them a call. Before coming to Buescher Law Group I was in the dark about the whole process of pursuing 50/50 custody for my son. With having done some research of my own online, one with little experience on the situation, it was easy to become overwhelmed. The next week I was in the office for my consultation. Right from the start I knew Jan Buescher was our lawyer. Her confident yet calm demeanor was refreshing. Her knowledge and past experience on the situation put my worries at ease. I had a very sticky situation. I feared for my safety and my daughters life because of the very unsteady history her father put us all through. From the moment I met Jan and began to work with her my fears were put to rest. I had the confidence that she and her team would do what was best for me and my innocent child. She reassured me of my rights as a wife and mother, my ability to parent alone and the fact that filing for divorce was the best decision for me. I met with Jan 2 months before I separated from my husband and she was so right when she said that I would "wake up one day and know that it was over". That was the day that I called her, ready for her to represent me and help me in this process. Divorce is not easy, it's sticky and heartbreaking.. But Jan and Alicia did everything they could to make it easy for me and the family that supported me. It was a long 15 months but it is over. October 2017, we were rear ended which forced us into the vehicle in front of us. After trying to deal with their insurance and ours, our son's father-in-law referred us to Clark Richter. Mr. Richter was professional, kind and understanding. He handled our daughters, my wife's and mine. My wife filed a petition for a green card for me. We thought that would be no problem as we were married for years and had so much to show, so much in common. Just like on TV movies right? Wrong! The USCIS denied our petitions. Accused my wife of entering into a shame marriage just to get me a green card.
We've found Matthew and he worked with us gathering all the facts and evidences, and he wrote a very well elaborate response to USCIS and delivered to them on time.. Today, 30 days from the date we were to respond to them, I've got an email from USCIS. The green card is approved and on its way to my mailbox.
This experience has proved to me that no matter how confident we think we are to handle a law issue, we should never underestimate the experienced a lawyer has, having gone through so many cases, and what they can do for you handling your case. Never go alone. Hire a lawyer. Hire Matt if he is available in your area.

Mr. Stapley is a knight in shining armor! Okay, that may be a bit dramatic, but at the time, I sure felt like he'd come to my rescue. I'm no princess, and the boss I was trying to figure out how to escape was no dragon. She was more like... Cinderella's evil step mother. I taught music at her school. Without an exhaustive retelling of my woeful tale, may it suffice to say my boss made my life completely miserable for about 2 years, and just about killed my love for music. Adding insult to injury, she tried to make it impossible for us to leave and find work elsewhere by forcing me and my fellow teachers there to sign a non-compete contract stating that if our employment at her school was ever terminated, we had to agree not to teach music anywhere in the area she claimed for a year from the day our employment with her was terminated. The contract threatened us with an expensive lawsuit if we were to try to teach anyway. So basically, if we didn't want to work for her anymore, or if she "terminated" our employment herself, we would not be able to work in our profession for a year unless we moved to a different city. (The area she claimed was better than 50 miles around!) Mr. Stapley consulted with me and reviewed her contract, confirming that her contract was not only ridiculous, it was not legally binding. He gave me the tools I needed to walk into her office and quit with confidence, knowing I'd be safe from her threats afterwards. Because of Mr. Stapley's assitance, I escaped! I am now very happily employed and rediscovering what I love at a different music school!

I was fortunate to have Ward Rasmussen handle my case. I was hit by a car as I walked into my fitness center. The woman, a distracted driver, never saw me.
