It’s important which attorney you pick, because even their name could make a difference. In my case, I did not get any formal charges filed at the arraignment, and case was dismissed.
He had a great legal strategy and did a great job. His legal staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. But I truly believe the mere fact that I had him as an attorney was the deciding factor in dropping my charges, why bother moving when you know you have a hard hitter working with you?

Juliana is simply the best. She achieved a successful cancellation of deportation for a family member when every other attorney said it was impossible. I don’t even know where to begin – Marc, Alyssa, and their entire staff saved my fiancé’s life. I hired Dan to defend my small retail business from a bad person who was trying to inflict me with as many legal fees and headaches as possible, just because we asked him to please not return to our business as we have the right to do. I'm a faculty member at Miami's leading medical school, and was sued by the family of a child who died at our hospital. The university hired a team of lawyers to represent me, but much of what they said seemed to make little sense. I was referred to David by a colleague. He patiently explained everything to me, in non legalese, and then agreed to be a liason with the hired firm. He ended up directing them on how to best defend the case, and we won, on summary judgment. When I asked him to bill me, David refused -- he was happy to help. (He has done very well financially, and really doesn't need the money any more). I made a charitable donation in his honor, and can't thank him enough. Anyone who hires him to represent them joins a privileged club that I am now proud to be a part of.

My experience with Frye, Fortich & Garcia has been a very positive experience.
My husband and I did our trusts, but unfortunately, he passed away before we were able to implement changes. Ms. Garcia outlined everything that needed to be done for the estate. She guided me in the necessary paperwork and completed all the necessary court papers. In the process, Ms. Garcia also caught a big mistake the courts made by appointing the wrong executor. This was promptly corrected. I was advised of all the steps taken throughout these proceedings and told of all papers needed. If I did not have them, I was always provided with help. My questions were promptly and kindly answered.
