I was extremely satisfied with Stanislav's work. In February 2023, I hired Stanislav and we started preparing the EB-1A talent visa case. In the process of preparing the case, I was assigned a person from his team. The work and communication was extremely smooth and responsive, the guys always told me what documents and in what timeframe they needed to submit them. Everything was checked promptly and they gave me sensible feedback. As a result, we submitted the case in September and received an approval in October. After that, I was assigned a person from their embassy communications department who guided me all the way up to the interview in June 2024, helped with interview preparation, helped with fees. We ended up getting immigration visas for the whole family! I highly recommend attorney Stanislav Shamaev, he and his team have shown themselves as real experienced professionals, with them you are definitely in good hands!

My wife Cynthia and Me were frightened and devastated when our brokerage firm after having lost 1.5 million dollars of our retirement savings over the course of a year and a half phoned to say we should liquid our portfolio.

Sadly I do not have a positive experience to share with this firm. I hired them to help me with a retaliating landlord that refused to repair the no longer habitable unit I was renting along with my autistic son. After this attorney advised me to move out and save all my receipts and cost associated with my move he informed that they no longer can assist me. I lost my last month and security deposit along with other damages that I was left with.
To later find later out my landlord was stripped from Practicing law and has multiple arrest records and a long record of theft. Surely he stole my hard earnings as well.
Looking forward to hear their response here to why
they take my case and then drop me to let a slumlord with such long record of theft and misdemeanors steal my hard earnings and cause my family the pain and harassment.

To me personally.Safie wasn't a lawyer but a tenacious family member who would fight tooth and nail for me to get me what I wanted just to make me content with the outcome..
Even when I felt there was nothing else I could do Safie lifted me up and dusted me off and said " Straighten up soldier! The battle's just begun" or something to that affect.haha!
If we were in trench warfare I would want Safie by my side because I'd know I was with a true fighting spirit.. fighting for justice like a natural born Marvel Heroine. In a nutshell Safie is AWESOME!!

Investment property in foreclosure a couple of years and eventually Mr. Montalvo negotiated a release and waiver of deficiency.
Primary Home:
Defended the foreclosure tried to obtain a modification was denied 4 times ended up going to trial lost the trial. Entered a Chapter 13 Plan under the new loan modification programs was able to obtain a loan modification with forgiveness of principal and eventually got out of Bankruptcy as we accomplished our main mission of obtaining a modification.

I am a licensed attorney in the State of Florida. I began my practice in Key West, Florida in 1986. Soon thereafter I meet Ira Leesfield who’s firm did personal injury work. My field was limited to mostly real estate and real estate development and had no interest in pursuing personal injury law. Having said that, I think it is important for all attorneys to be able to provide various services to clients including trying to find the best attorney to represent the client’s interest in areas they have no experience. Even with a limited practice I would be asked about personal injury cases. Those clients of mine who hired Ira’s firm, without exception, got excellent results. From minor injuries to horrific injuries, I found, and still find, that Ira’s firm will evaluate the case fairly and provide the client with a reasonably expectation of the process involved and will avoid giving false hope where there is none. Also Ira’s firm consistently keeps in constant touch with the client as well as referring attorneys so each knows the progress of a case. Finally I can tell you that if I personally were injured, Ira Leesfield is the first person I would call.
