"Justice was served Today"
This was the first text that Spencer sent me after he helped win a Jury Trial against my ex-wife in a wrongful allegation, DV charge in Livingston County.
I chose Spencer because he came highly recommended from a friend, whom he had also helped in a previous matter. He had plenty of positive reviews (which are all true), and he's young, hungry, ambitious and has a track record of winning.

Mine was a unique case and tremendously happy with the results. I was charged with OWVI by Milford Police Dept. in the 52-1 District Court. The police report had several deviations and after watching all all video from officers body cameras in discovery, Spencer Bondy, wrote and submitted 12-pages in a deviation letter to the prosecutor. Respectfully citing each and every one of the deviations made. Spencer communicated each step of the process to me and kept me in the loop at every turn and conversation with the prosecutor. Spencer didn't miss a beat, extremely organized, knows the law like no other, and answered to Judge Reed when he went on record stating this is a significant reduction and only warranted in extremely limited cases (obviously mine was one of these cases). As mentioned, I am tremendously happy with the result being a dismissal of the OWVI charge and a plea of responsible for the careless driving infraction instead. Spencer genuinely cares about his clients and as a defensive lawyer he is top notch!

Mrs. McCluskey prepared mine and my husband's first estate planning documents, including Wills, Powers of Attorneys and a Trust. She spent a lot of time with us discussing what we wanted as well as explaining in detail her recommendations and how they would help us achieve our goals. During the Will signing she was happy to answer any additional questions we had and was very clear on what we were signing. Finally, she also instructed us on how to fund the Trust and the importance of following through with those steps. It was a very informative and simple process, we sleep better knowing our children will not have to clean up any messes and our intentions are clear.

Being in a business that is referral based only would seem risky to put your name on the line when referring an expert to your client. I was looking for a great attorney to refer to my client's too.
In my search, I was personally recommended to Mitch when I needed legal advice. My calls were returned promptly. Mitch listened to every detail and answered all my questions. Mitch was very comforting and understanding of my situation. Mitch even called to see if there was anything else he could help me with after the fact. Once I personally experienced his services it was obvious that he would be the lawyer that I would highly recommend to my client's should they need legal adivce. Laura was very disappointing. Outside of her being late for court meetings, she or her office over-billed repeatedly so make sure to check your bill and ask questions.
There's way too many lawyer fish in the sea to have to settle on this one (no matter how cheap she seems to be in the beginning)!

Jack did a great job at handling my mother's medicaid application (and subsequent reviews/renewals). Very easy to communicate with via e-mail or phone, specific questions asked and answered. Dealt with other institutions (insurance, social security, etc) and got the info when I wasn't able to.

Attended one of his Medicaid seminars to learn more about preparing my parents estate to handle their financials down the road and qualify one of my parent's for Medicaid. He rewrote their estate plans twice and never positioned them for Medicaid qualification. Very arrogant and demeaning to talk to. Had to hire a new elder law attorney and rewrite parents estate plan again in order to separate their assets for qualification of Medicaid. He does the Medicaid seminars but has no clue. With new attorney, parents are positioned for the future and things are in place to protect them financially when nursing home needs are necessary.

Run and don’t hire. Their motto is over promise, severely under deliver and ILL advise you to run up their fees. They are great at over charging you for substandard service. If you are looking for an attorney whose says in court “I am sorry, I am confused” or “I get those confused” this is the place for you.
Below is owner response after I posted the above on google:
We are very sorry that you were unhappy with our services. We do wish you the best of luck with your future attorneys and would be happy to update who you hire next on the status of your file. Often what we hear at initial consultations and find out later in the case, changes our opinion of how the case will work out. In the end, you have more now in your case
Here is the reality:
After I posted the original review the response from the owner says she is willing to discuss "any charges". A month ago she would not take my phone calls and sent me an email stating she would not do any more work for me unless I paid my balance. I was in fact current on my balance and the next payment was not due until the end of December per her invoice, yet she demanded payment on Dec 6th. Previously I have given her a $4K retainer which was used up very quickly and I was double billed on my first invoice for the same day in court with one charge for 4 hours and another charge for 4.5 hours, I was over-billed right out of the gate on the very first invoice. I knew the $4K was used up or was going to be soon, so I gave her another check for $2K without an invoice or being prompted which in turn made me prepaid for another 2 months. Then towards the end I was being harassed by emails almost on a daily basis for the $ 660 that was not even due yet, payment was demanded before Thanksgiving over and over because "she was closing out her books" even though the invoice was dated to be due Nov 30th and her payment was scheduled to be paid on Nov 29th. I even received a payment email reminder on Christmas morning, shows how much they don't care about you and only $$$$. After all this is when she demanded payment or would not finish the motion. These attorneys obviously only care about money and I find it disgusting. In addition, I was told 1 thing by an associate and she had me sign a document that said different. That mistake in turn cost me another $ 6,000 I had to pay to opposing attorney, and when I asked how could this happen she said that is what opposing council wanted. Trust me you sure don't need a $300/hour note passer that is only going to do what the other side wants. Every move they recommended only cost me time and money to lose over and over again. She was 0 for 5 and I am $20K in the hole.

I got 3 different answers within 30 minutes on when my motion would be done.
On their description she says they are passionate, aggressive, and understanding of your legal needs. The reality is they are selfish, have delicate feelings when challenged and are complete push overs doing whatever opposing council wants. Either way they get a payday and that is their really their only focus, not your needs. Don’t be fooled by their description, it is so far from the truth and how they conduct their services your head will spin.
Please don’t hire. They will only make your legal issue worse and take all your money.

In communications with Larry Keef it was made clear he was not well versed in the use of title companies for he being recognized online as an estate attorney. He does not listen well, overtalked me on the phone,
And proceeded to use vulgar language when questioning his methods. I would not recommend him for anyone.
There is a leve of decorum expected from attorneys and this person needs to get with this century in how to talk to fellow educated women. He came off unbelievably rude.

Called the attorney that filed for my Trademark and was told that the practice had been sold to Mr Begin. Since they should have had my file I asked if I could fax a copy of a cancellation notice I received on my Trademark. After a few failed attempts I called to ask if they had received my fax. Mr. Begin answered the telephone and was absolutely rude, and said "why would you be faxing anything to me"? I tried to explain but was told in a very combative way that he was not going to do ANYTHING until his office was retained. I asked him if maybe he could look at the cancellation notice and tell me what I needed to do but again, he stated he "was not going to do anything until I am retained". So, I asked him specifically if he was refusing to look at my 1 page document and tell me how critical this cancellation notice was, and not knowing what, if anything needed to be done- without being retained? I abruptly thanked him and hung up. A few minutes later he called me back (I'm thinking to savage "a client") and things did not go any better. He is Rude! Condescending! and has totally lost my business. Further, in the cover letter asking to be advise the cancellation (this is a national Trademark!!) I indicated that I needed to file for another Trademark (more business!!) . So, Mr. Begin, maybe you should begin by brushing up your attitude because you have lost my business! I am a VERY loyal person and I am going to stay loyal to bad feeling I got from you!
