I formally worked as a young professional in high-level management roles, the most recent being a combined role as a Senior Director of Operations and a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA). I contracted a severe, life altering illness (listeriosis) as a result of food poisoning. It caused permanent brain damage resulting in significant, lasting deficits that ended my former career. To be brutally honest, the effects have been utterly devastating. However, I am so thankful to Eric and his colleagues at PritzkerOlsen. He led the team that helped ensure some measure of accountability to those we believed responsible. Nothing can ever make right the injustice done, but his caring nature and his desire to doggedly pursue the case make him a hero in my eyes. I am now able to begin to think about what is ahead as I seek to find my way through a radically changed reality without constant financial worry. I also don't have to rely on my parents for financial security the remainder of my life. For an advocate like no other that believes in what he does and will work to hold those responsible accountable, you could not ask for anyone better than Eric Hageman.

Michael J Fay and associates know what they do and trust me you won't be disappointed. I had an accident on Feb 6, 2020 during which someone hit my vehicle from my back. Police came to the scene and I told them I was ok and continued to work that night. Few weeks later, i started feeling pain on my right knee. I made an appointment to see my doctor who referred me to an orthopedics doctor who recommended MRI on my right knee which showed a meniscus tear. My Insurance refused to pay the bills. I cannot recommend Mr. Bliss strongly enough! I was charged with a sex crime that I did not commit and no one would take my case except Tyler. I worked with him for one year and throughout my trial his professionalism and skill in understanding and defending me throughout was simply unmatched. You may find lawyers that speak well and lawyers that will promise outcomes but it just doesn't mean jack until you see them in action during a trial! Mr. Bliss absolutely spanked the pants off the D.A. in my case and put to shame a District Attorney who has been trying cases for at least 20 years longer than Mr. Bliss. I was found NOT GUILTY of all counts and I owe it to Tyler's undying devotion to my case.

I've know max for a number of years. Most of which were spent in a non professional manner as friends, and on stages as members of a band. When I came to a point where I needed some legal representation and advice, I naturally turned to Max. Although I expected his knowledge and service to be top notch, I was blown away by his professionalism and approach.
As working with people who have ties outside of any professional matter can sometimes lead to less comprehensive dialogue, and a more laid back style of communication and commitment, Max and I walked through the details of the work I needed done, laid out a time line of what was needed to complete my request and very quickly registered the final work.

This lawyer not only knows the law extremely well but she is a great human being. She helped me multiple times over the years with obtaining my green card, fighting false allegations and traffic tickets. Chelsea Anderson is a brilliant lawyer who has shown me great understanding and empathy during my challeging divorce and false criminal charges alleged by my husband's sister so he could easily get custody of our infant son. Ms. Gaborsky from the first phone call, to this day has been thorough, professional, and returned all calls. Has been informative and very productive. I retained Kelli in 2015 for a misdemeanor drug offense. She reached out to me before I found her listing, and kindly agreed to meet with me at a convenient location right away. When we met, she thoroughly explained to me the legalities of my case and what I could and could not expect going into the court room. My case was a wrongful termination. I had a medical condition which required surgery. Two weeks after surgery my employer terminated me, even though the previous month my annual review was all positive and indicated everything was fine. To add additional injury I was over 60 years old yet not old enough to retire.
Like most everyone in the year long process for justice, I was under enormous emotional stress. Kaarin did not get wraped up in my emotions but stayed focused on the case.
It was clear Kaarin and Halunen knew the aplicable laws, it was assuring to watch Kaarin in depositions asking the right questions to get to the underlying issues in order to prove my case.
Kaarin showed her expreience and skills in the mediation process with the defendant and mediator.
The case has come to a favrable end for me and much of the stress I've had has been relieved by obtaining justice.

I had some estate planning to take care of and wasn't sure how to go about it. Eric Miklasevics is an attorney in my neighborhood that was very easy to work with. I felt very comfortable asking questions and he was able to work with me in a style that made sense. I'm 40, so this stuff isn't exactly what I think about all the time. Eric brought up good questions when I was figuring out my Healthcare Directive.
What's great about Eric is that, while he's very knowledgable, he doesn't present himself in a way that is intimidating or stuffy. My perception would have been that this would be an uncomfortable process that would make me realize just how much stuff I didn't have. I'm not a rich person, so "estate planning" for me was about taking care of my partner and my dogs when I die. Pretty bare bones, but I didn't feel stupid for asking Eric to do it.

I will recommend Rhia to everyone I know without hesitation. Her knowledge , experience and understanding of the intricacies necessary to successfully navigate the legal process were head and shoulders above my expectations.
My dissoulution with child process took over a year and a half. Choosing a lawyer was tough because let's be honest, lawyers have a certain reputation when generalized as a whole(Not Rhia). I found a lawyer who fit all of those stereotypes (Not Rhia) and promptly fired her in exchange for Rhia's services.
Rhia was responsive , communicated clearly (without all that lawyer babble) and at no point did I ever feel like she wasn't paying attention. She even worked through her maternity leave when my family experienced a crisis .
Every step of the way Rhia ensured I was informed and comfortable with each choice we made together. She presented facts, options, advice and so much more.
In the long preparation for my case , I compiled a truckload of exhibits and information , all of which Rhia reviewed analyzed and utilized in my case. I was very impressed with the preparation process.
Then we went to trial. RHIA KICKED ASS.
Part of me feels like I should leave it at that but I will elaborate. Rhia is an expert in the courtroom. She was calm cool collected and calculated. Every Direct or Cross examination of a witness exemplified superior preparation and excellent skill in uncovering the truths of the situation. Wow.

I have been in turmoil for over a year now since deciding to file for my divorce/custody case.
