Nancy made the most difficult time in my life manageable with a balance of empathy, care, and realistically walking me through tough decisions and situations along the way. As a young Mother going through a custody battle and coming out of the trauma of domestic abuse, Nancy held my hand every step of the way. I immediately felt safe and understood as soon as I met her. I knew instantly she was the right person to help me through the process. Nancy is extremely smart. determined, efficient, ethical, and always ahead of the game. She was able to call some curveballs ahead of time and put me in a better position. Her team was wonderful to work with as well and very on top of paperwork, schedules, and answering questions. I was getting ready to file divorce preceedings and I got Rhett's name from another attorney friend of mine. I was instantly put at ease and even though divorce is a painfull and very emotional thing to go through, Rhett helped me look at things logically and make good decisions concerning the divorce, He also helped with another legal matter that popped up and helped me out of a bind. His services are reasonably priced and even though I know I'm not a big time client with money, he made me feel just as important.

Having someone go the extra mile, when I wasn’t able to, made me feel much better about my involvement and my responsibilities related to a foreclosure matter against a series of large banks I was handling for more than 5 years. Ms. Gaddy’s high standards and attention to detail made the process and result something I can look back on happy that I was involved. I felt lucky to find someone who wasn’t content with knowing more than me she wanted to know more than all the experts involved and the Judge’s order indicates that she did. It was a tremendous relief to know that we shared the same goal for the result of the case. I looked like a hero when it could have gone a very different way. I regularly conduct business with people and I try not to get upset when someone values their payment over their performance but I truly enjoy when someone values their performance above all. Ms. Gaddy took real concern for my situation from the initial consultation forward. She laid out what was needed, cost, possible outcomes, contingency plans and probable outcomes in a clear and concise manner.
I retained Ms. Gaddy late in the process as I was blindsided by a foreclosure hearing on my mother’s home. Ms. Gaddy dropped weekend plans writing answers, motions, and collecting information (all that legal stuff only lawyers know) to halt the proceedings. Her keen knowledge of South Carolina foreclosures and her experience with the complexities of the process were clearly evident as the tables turned after our first court hearing. I can't imagine going through it without Ms. Gaddy.

John Townsend Cooper is an exceptional Mari-Time attorney, which always had my best interest at the forefront of all things in my case. While I can't really speak of other cases but through the time we spent together, I can say that I feel I gained a friend through this experience that I was going through. John townsend cooper was very punctual, honest, well spoken even when situations were not so pleasent. John is also a very easy going, mild mannered man that showed me that that he's very tolerable with some unruly characters, even when I got a little outta hand, he has ways to shine a light of a calmer voice of compasion and very understanding that always seemed to bring a brighter side to what sometimes seemed difficult situations at the time. I consulted with Hal regarding several complex real estate matters. Hal had come highly recommended for the particular issues I was facing, and I was very pleased with how quickly he arrived at a feasible and straightforward solution to the matters at hand (in my experience, this typically does not happen during an initial consultation).
I was relieved upon leaving our consultation, as I was equipped with a new perspective as well as expert advice. It would later happen that Hal's recommendations were very well-received. I feel very confident in Hal's abilities and will move forward with him as future matters arise.
I should mention that Hal was the 4th attorney I have consulted with about this matter and was by far the quickest to offer a solution vs the "let me give this some thought" approach, which seems to always translate to a lot of back-and-forth as well as plentiful billed hours. Hal respected my time and I am appreciative of this.

Mr. Dill was very professional and approachable. When you are represented by Michael Dill, you have complete access to him. On the first day I met with him, he explained my case to me in a way that I could understand. He gave me his personal cell phone number and told me that I could call him any time I had a question.
He did a wonderful job on my case and got me much more money than I ever expected. He knew the law and how to fight the insurance company to get me what I deserved. For most people, a small capable law firm to handle our personal business is sufficient. But how difficult it is to find someone you can trust. Attorneys who actually do have your best interests and your back.
I was referred to Merritt at Farmer Law in Mount Pleasant from my title attorney. Being new to the state, a referral to someone I could trust was the only route.
Merritt took care of me. And I had need of follow thru with their staff after the case was closed and they were awesome. Efficient and with the answers I needed.
I typically don’t write reviews for law offices…in fact this is my first “legal services review!”

I can't say enough wonderful things about Suzanne and her paralegal Annie. Suzanne stood her ground about my pre-martial property, when my ex thought he was entitled to half. Long story short, my ex got nothing but a lot of wasted money spent on his attorney to fight for something she knew he wasn't entitled to. We contacted Mr. Milligan for assistance in a situation which occurred with our daughter at college. She was extremely reluctant to have assistance as most teens are, but after working with him, she confessed she was so glad he was there. I can't speak highly enough of Mr.Russo and Mr.Courtney. When you need a lawyer you are usually not in a very good position. These gentlemen and their staff provided me the support and outcome that was very necessary for both my personal and professional life. Instead of going to costly court, we were able to settle things in mediation and I am very pleased with the agreement we have in place. I would highly recommend her for your divorce, especially if children are involved. She has a real heart for people, yet a firm hand when necessary. My situation was very tricky and I believe Sally handled herself with class, strength and patience. I sincerely cannot say enough great things about Sally.
