Ed helped me with my divorce case and still answers questions from me on legal matters years later, he is friendly, knowledgeable and will answer in layman's terms explaining until you understand. I would highly recommend him to everyone I know! His fees are reasonable and he doesn't charge the "extras" that the other reputable attorneys charge.

Betty is Very Nice but totally dropped ball on me. Worked with her for years on federal and state stuff. She recently filed about 11 trademarks for me paid in full then all of them got cancelled. she didn’t respond to trademarks office emails which she claims her sever went down and never got emails. In Which things happen she stated to me over year ago she would re file and has not. She doesn’t answer emails or respond to request that i sent her about 11 emails over 18 months. It’s very sad not sure what happen to her she is very brillant but over worked, under staffed and takes on way to much obviously. Big waste of money and time. She great if you have federal case and deep pockets if not try to find local person that will answer your emails …. It’s so crazy that I have to post review like this ….

Intellectulaw presents a multi-phase program which turns out to be an artfully crafted rip-off. Do not believe one word of B.S. the principal of this firm spews.
The first step of Intellectulaw is to entice an enthusiast innovator into a provisional patent contract. Intellectulaw makes representations that they work with resources to further your innovation. Their representations are very convincing. Intellectulaw represents a path to progress your innovation.
Upon contractually engaging Intellectulaw their misrepresentations unfold. Intellectulaw informs their client that a primary funding resource does not support the type of patent you are pursuing. Intellectulaw makes no effort to line up a replacement funding resource.
The next step is for Intellectulaw to advise their client to form an LLC Corporation with New York State. Intellectulaw states that an LLC is necessary to work with institutions they will be lining up. This step builds client enthusiasm with expectations of the innovator furthering their innovation. Forming the LLC is just another component providing a scam with the appearance of credibility.
After obtaining your provisional patent the next stage represented by this firm does not materialize. Intellectulaw advises you that the institutions they initially presented to advance your provisional patent are no longer available. Intellectulaw makes no effort to engage replacement resources. Your phone messages and emails are not returned by Intellectulaw.

Do not pay upfront. She submitted wrong pictures for a filing. She missed multiple deadlines which caused my applications to be abandoned and never even let me know. She was paid upfront for work only to learn nearly a year later that she never even paid the filing fees. Endless pattern of excuses and dodging including blaming employees, the mail, her server, etc on loop.

Filed in small claims court as this attorney has been dodging me and paying me money she admits to owing me for work she never did. Don’t pay her upfront that’s all I can tell you if you’re going to use her make her do and produce the work first ! And remade to see it as she lies about what she has done and filed. Oh and one patent she filed got bounced back - she didn’t do it correctly !

This lawyer was the worst experience I could imagine a lawyer to be. In 3 years they called me one time.
I called once every 3 months to keep myself informed and they treated me like a criminal. The receptionist is the rudest person in the professional world.
They never answered one question of mine directly. Worse than a politician!
It's my advise to stay away from this lawyer!!!!!!!!!
