Stephanie is very attentive to details and works hard for you. Lawsuits are never easy and always emotionally challenging, but Stephanie helps make you feel like everything is going to work out ok. I engaged Mr. Richards to help me with estate planning during a time of family uncertainty. I had no idea of what was needed, but Mr. Richards clearly rolled out the map and explained it to me in complete details what services he was able to offer, what exactly my options were, information needed from me, timetables, and costs. He handled my documents and information with care and was extremely efficient in the planning. At the time, we had a three hour time difference between my home location and his office location, but his professionalism did not allow the time difference to impact our meetings or his services. The entire process took approximately 4 weeks and it was a pleasant 4 weeks. He went above and beyond my expectations and I couldn't have been more satisfied.

I meet Will today while sitting in the EEOC office. I watched how he came to the office for 2 clients to get the EEOC papers for them, and overheard the brief conversation. I was very impressed.
It's been a long time since I've come across an attorney that takes the time and go the extra steps for their clients. I know because I am a Rule 31 listed mediator to work on Civil cases, Family cases, and specially trained for Domestic Violence cases.
I immediately asked for his name and number to handle my case. He took the time to talk to me without rushing. That's what you call a real go getter, serious about his work and clients.
First impressions is everything. He gave me eye to eye contact, a strong hand shake, and a good luck. Although I haven't got the chance to meet with Will as his client I can give him 5 stars right now. I will be calling him tomorrow.

I used the law firm of Joe Dughman in my personal injury case. It is rarely a pleasant time in one's life when an attorney is needed, and that was certainly true of my situation. I was injured when a driver, who had celebrated her 16th birthday just two weeks before the accident, hit my car while I was standing behind it to retrieve something from the trunk. It was a freak accident, and it changed my life forever.
The time that followed this incident was full of stress and ongoing medical problems. What should have been a simple broken leg has failed to heal, and the march to recovery has seen more pitfalls than progress. It would have been easy to despair if I had not had the support of Mr. Dughman.
The first aspect to his representation was the convenience. My daughter took me to see him in person one time, but that was probably more for me than for him. After that, all of our communication was electronic, phone, or regular mail, which made it much easier for me to navigate.
Secondly, this was not a case in which Mr. Dughman had hopes for a large financial recovery. To the contrary, I was distraught to learn I was grossly underinsured, and it is my understanding the young lady who hit me had minimum coverage as well. It was not my wish to sue her or her family, although I have questioned this decision many times. Mr. Dughman supported me and pressed on.
As the first year passed and I was not healed, I began to learn about subrugation. This is a process by which my health insurance companies demanded refund payments on the benefits they had paid out. They were entitled to this because the accident was not "my fault," and yet they had paid out thousands of dollars. With two weeks in the hospital, two major surgeries, weeks of home health care and physical therapy, the bills were astronomical. If Mr. Dughman had not negotiated on my behalf with these mammoth insurance companies, I would have owed them money in the end. Somehow he got them to accept partial repayment, a feat I would have never been able to do for myself.
The stress of owing that money and my body's unwillingness to heal took an emotional toll on me. I have never heard one word of apology from the young woman who hit me. Long after the Statute of Limitation on a possible lawsuit expired, I asked Mr. Dughman if I could write to her. He assured me it would make no difference in any "legal" sense, but he encouraged me to write her if it would make me feel better. In the end, I wrote to her parents, thinking they could decide it the letter was appropriate. Still, there has been no contact.
Through all of my dealings with Attorney Dughman, I was basically an emotional wreck. He was constant, professional, and very, very skilled in his work. It is my hope to never, never need him again, but if I do, it is my sincere wish that he will represent me again.

Mr. Kuhn's service, attention and knowledge far, far exceeded my expectations. He was referred to me for help with my divorce, and made what could have been a horrific process extremely tolerable and as low-stress as possible. A year and a half prior to finding Mr. Tayip, I had been rearended by an uninsured driver. My insurance company immediately became my enemy. The State of Alabama was entirely unconcerned with upholding laws. I had been treated poorly across the board.
I found Mr. Tayip on 'Thumbtack'. He was the first attorney (I had spoken to many & was repulsed) to explain things in layman's terms without being condescending or hurried. He listened to me, waded through my details, and explained my options & what each would entail.
In the time that we worked together, Mr. Tayip joined with another attorney & moved his office to another location. He never once forgot about me & kept me updated at all times.
In the end, I got the maximum settlement. Prior to hiring Mr. Tayip, I was being railroaded by my greedy, awful car insurance company (AAA Insurance is awful) and I had no hope of having my medical costs covered. Mr. Tayip not only evened the playing field, he won the game for me.

I am living in Phoenix and had a lingering issue in Nashville. I hired Jake VanAusdall while living in Phoenix and never returned to Nashville during the time. He was able to help me without issue with that distance and I never had to wait long for a response, even with a time difference. He made me feel confident about the case from day one!

Will was my attorney and Sarah was my paralegal, but not the entire time. I started out with a different set and wish communication between the transition was better. But besides that I appreciated their hard work towards my case. I had to get an attorney when my insurance was not taking into consideration my medical bills and injuries.
