Attorney Steven Goldwyn and his team Attorney Margaret who has been handling my case. Literally had a Clerk Magistrate hearing twice this week. And she is quick on her feet. And will fight tooth and nail for you. That's why I am saying team. Iam going be honest I have a horrible record. We're 32 pages. When I was a full blown alcoholic and Drug addict. Been clean 4 years now. I thought I was going to jail. She legit understood what happened and was able to pursue both Clerk magistrate to give me a year to stay out of trouble and take care of business. She awesome she nows her stuff. And I truly believe if she wasn't my lawyer. I wouldn't be a free right now. Thank you Mr. Goldwyn. Perfect last name. Because he is always winning. Lol. No all jokes a side. I cannot put in enough words of appreciation for Steven and his wonderful team, his expertise and confidence with his area of practice is outstanding but expected, what’s beyond expectation is his instant response to any call at any time on his personal cell phone … even if he’s having a private moment when you call him, he’ll make it a point to call you immediately to let you know that he’s busy at that moment, but he’ll call back ASAP, which he always does. Can you imagine how much of a de stress this is for you when you’re under tremendous anxiety over any criminal citation no matter how frivolous it may be!
I would close my eyes and mind, and hire him if I ever had to hire an attorney under such circumstances.

After talking with Tim , I subsequently switched to Tim’s law group. Tim had to take on a WELL established Massachusetts law firm which could be intimidating; he was definitely up for this tough challenge. Other lawyers would not take this case after my previous lawyer’s handling and were afraid of losing this case. Tim was different, he wanted to help right a wrong as best as he could knowing what was being handed to him.
It was quickly apparent that Tim took his job to heart unlike my previous lawyer. Tim put the opposition law firm on notice that he was about the business of winning my case and not losing. Tim had a tough challenge because he had to rectify the mess made by previous lawyer who had my case on track to be a loss.
The best way to summarize how Tim handled my case could be explained by using terminology from the 1960s Batman TV series. In response to Tim’s introduction and demand letter to the opposition, Tim was hit with a response that was a BOOM. Tim responded and hit back with a KA-BOOM. Next time they hit Tim with a POW and Tim responded with a POW-POW; Tim did NOT back down. Tim worked hard and fought hard for my case. He kept me informed with every step of my case unlike my previous lawyer. He was honest with and didn’t sugarcoat what I needed to hear about my case. He did a hell of a good job with my case considering the mess he had to work with. I would absolutely recommend the Upper Charles Law Group as my experience was absolutely pleasurable with this law group. You will get a team of qualified lawyers who will fight for you and be honest with you, don’t hesitate to hire this law firm.

Many years ago I had chosen SS&B to help establish the first estate plan for my wife and I. Recently at the passing of my wife, I needed to update all of these plans. Obviously having just lost my wife of almost 40 years and having to pull out all of those documents that we had created together added a bit of stress to a difficult time, added to the stress we had all been facing during the COVID pandemic of 2020. Attorney Abbott and her entire team not only helped direct me through all of the steps need to make my transition to this new estate plan, but also worked with me to be sure all of the questions were asked and answered thoughtfully knowing that my brain had difficulty focusing on almost anything, no less the redoing of my estate plans. Her calm and supporting presence though this made a difficult time bearable. She was working to support me not only to complete this new plan, but also as a person. She would take the time just to talk and not just dive into the needed work on the documents. She was the person, and they were the team that was needed for me to get through this most necessary process. Attorney Abbott was a pleasure to work with during the estate planning process including establishment of a trust. She was very accommodating during this unique time of COVID offering to conduct meetings via Zoom, at her office, or at our home and ensured safety measures were in place when it came time to execute the documents. After putting it off longer than we should have, my husband and I finally decided to do our estate planning. We worked with Kate who did a fantastic job. She came to our home for the initial meeting and helped us think through all of the potential scenarios. She quickly sent us draft documents and a flow chart that made things easy to understand. After signing our wills and health care proxy forms, Kate’s office provided us with all of the necessary documents in an organized binder so that we or our loved ones could easily find the necessary information. She was so easy to work with and her advice gives me comfort that our assets are protected and our children will be well taken care of when the time comes. I can’t recommend Kate enough.

WOW! After contacting a Webster MA Attorney regarding the administration or lack thereof and final settlement of my mother's estate by the Executor (my brother), Attorney Golden was not only able to provide insightful advice, specific information and even follow-up that my hired Attorney has been unable to provide, she did it in less than 1 hour versus his 3+ weeks to date.

When it came time for my decision to get a divorce I interviewed several lawyers and felt very comfortable with Tim and his Firm, which is especially important considering your about to go over every private detail of your married life. Tim has an incredible ability to absorb every detail that I reviewed with him to create a full understanding of the situation. As things progressed, the pressure increased with my ex attempting to attack our family business that I run and several other angles. Tim was able to take them all in stride, keep me calm and mount the necessary defense on my behalf. With out getting into to many details, my ex spent more than twice what I did and in the end was forced to settle without going to trial.
Moving forward Tim has become my company's council in legal matters and collections law firm. I would recommend him to anyone, and feel confident doing so.

Timothy Fallon, Esq. of Bolio & Company in Dedham, MA recently represented me in a complicated civil lawsuit against an unlicensed contractor who did work for me that was of of substandard quality and was ultimately deemed to be dangerous and illegal by the inspectors who I asked to examine it. This was a classic example of a man who presented himself as a licensed, bonded contractor who in fact has no license, no bond, no insurance, does not pull building permits, uses illegal workers and substandard building materials. And, this list represents just some but not all of the never-ending problems I experienced until finally I demanded my money back and that the work be undone.
Since the contractor ignored my demand, I sought legal counsel and was referred to Tim Fallon and Jason Bolio by an attorney I know who recommended them to me. From my first meeting with Tim and Jay, I knew I was in very good and talented legal hands. It was clear that they were interested in my situation and in knowing all the facts related to it, were eager to utilize my documentation to support the case they were building, and were patient and diligent throughout the process of preparing the case for presentation to the Court. The result was that Tim and Jay worked as a team both in and outside of the courtroom and complimented each other in every way. It was very clear to me that they were determined to put on the case in an organized, thorough and complete way for both my benefit and that of the various judges who presided over the hearings as well as the final judge who heard the case and determined the punitive damages he believed I was due as a result of the acts and activities, illegal and otherwise, that the contractor caused during the course of the work he did (and never finished) and the ultimate messes (legal and otherwise) that he left behind for me to address after he walked off the job. Tim Fallon is a very smart, well organized and thoughtful attorney who has one goal in mind - representing his client to the very best of his abilities. He more than succeeded on my behalf. He was always fully prepared for whatever the opposing counsel presented and without fail, could present evidence to correct the record and refute their claims. Tim was very respectful of the judges and was able to maintain his focus and the organized presentation of the facts despite the attempts made by opposing counsel to distort them and to denigrate the truth. Like Jay Bolio, Tim was confident of their strategic thinking and their combined abilities to present the case in a meaningful way thus enabling the presiding judges to follow it step by step and to ultimately determine punitive damages commensurate with the problems caused to me by an unscrupulous and unlicensed man.
I enjoyed working with both Tim Fallon and Jay Bolio throughout the planning and the presentations of the case and felt very confident that they knew exactly what the case required, how to present it and how to prove the serious wrongs that were done. Thus, a complex case was organized and simplified for the many judges who had to hear it and the ultimate outcome was a very successful one indeed. I very highly recommend both of these attorneys and will turn to them for advice and representation at any time in the future when I feel I need the expertise of two very talented and smart attorneys. I have complete and absolute confidence in both of them.

Our case dealt with facts spanning over 25 years. Attorney Saloman prepared so thoroughly, he didn't miss a thing. He was the right choice for our defense. He genuinely cared about our business and our families and was more than willing to try our case to clear our name rather than just negotiating a settlement. In court his honest, serious and direct approach, without any grandstanding or exaggeration made it easy for the jury to follow and understand his logic and believe his argument while he exposed the plaintiff's attempt to dodge and manipulate the facts. My review pertains to a recent, 2/17, Professional Liability lawsuit alleging negligence on our part. Attorney Saloman successfully defended our position. Attorney Saloman left no stone unturned in his preparation for our case. He worked diligently to educate and support us for everything from the deposition to the trial. His impressive low-key approach kept us calm so we could concentrate on the important issues and disregard confusing or unnecessary factors. I was faced with a number of issues involving an elderly parent that required immediate action. Atty. Levin immediately understood the critical nature of my needs and initiated an action plan that enabled me to quickly move through a number of legal obstacles. His empathy, professional advice and guidance, willingness to meet at a care facility and vast knowledge on maneuvering through the legal system was greatly appreciated. I did not feel rushed or without a full understanding of the cause/effect of every decision that was necessary. Atty. Levin kept be updated as to where we were every step of the way. He made excellent recommendations and continues to "check-in" to see exactly what obstacles (if any continue) to present themselves. There are still a number of unfinished issues that require attention and I will certainly turn to Atty. Levin with great confidence as these issues require action. I was referred to Jon by another attorney that I have known for years. Jon and I have never met personally but we communicated via the phone and emails as both of us reside in different states. I found Jon to be very easy to deal with. He always took the time to explain legal procedures and went over strategies as it related to my case. He assisted me with an Estate settlement involving real estate and probate of a very close relative that I contested. Lynda Furash handled my mother's estate in support of me, the Personal Representative, and my siblings. Lynda was assigned to our case at a very, hectic, demanding emotional time of adjustment that follows family loss. Lynda's work is excellent! Mr. Cohen was thorough, kept us informed of all the steps involved (and even asked us if we wanted to know all the steps!), good communication. From the moment I was able to spend/borrow money I managed to spend/borrow it as irresponsibly as I possibly could. This left me in a financial situation at 32 that I would have never been able to escape and a dream of just being able to start over!! With the foreseeable future looking increasingly grim A friend of a family member told me to reach out to Mr. Donald Lassman. I spoke with Donald over the phone first and explained my situation after which I was convinced he was going to tell me I was beyond help! This could not have been further from the truth!!! Not only did he assure me that this was manageable, after 30 mins he had me completely convinced that my dream of starting over could be a complete reality. Donald Lassman laid out a plan of action so concise and simple that a Monkey could follow it. He was upfront about the cost of the financial maneuver and was consistently available during the process with any questions that I had. Most of the time he was reaching out to me to check in and see how the process was going without me even asking him too. My wife and I worked with Scott at Aubrey Law to develop our estate plan. Tyler was a pleasure to work with throughout the prenup drafting process. When me and my future wife first spoke with Tyler, we had only a vague idea of what we wanted from a prenup and even less knowledge about the legal landscape and norms surrounding prenup agreements. Although we hadn't yet decided to hire him, Tyler patiently and comprehensively answered all of our questions.
Based on this favorable first impression, I hired Tyler to draft the initial agreement. We had a subsequent, private call to discuss my values and goals for the prenup. Tyler made helpful suggestions based on his legal experience while never being judgmental, such that I felt my goals were fully laid out, discussed, and incorporated. He then quickly created an initial draft that accurately reflected what we had discussed.
We then iterated this draft between Tyler and my future wife's lawyer, which involved additional video calls with Tyler. Throughout this back-and-forth process, I felt that Tyler was in my corner while also making sure that we would have a signed agreement at the end of the day. Tyler was always very responsive on email, so I never felt I was left hanging at any time during the process.
As someone in a quantitative profession, I was impressed by Tyler's ability (and willingness) to discuss the precise numbers and various options we could write in. At some point, this involved some algebra being done on the Zoom whiteboard...
When we started the process, it was important to us to not break the bank getting a prenup drafted, but it was difficult to find much information on legal costs. As a result, several "online" services for prenup drafting (advertising low prices) were enticing. Ultimately, we were lucky to find Tyler through a mutual friend's recommendation. Tyler's fee ended up being very competitive, and definitely more than worthwhile for the quality of his services and the assurances of a well-crafted agreement.
I would highly recommend Tyler to anyone needing a prenup agreement.
