All deception with this one.

These people lack competency and delayed our closing.
In the meantime, Kriss Law can't meet the one deadline they have. They blamed it on UPS not picking up the deed in time after it was mailed through a drop box...

With regard to real estate closings, in the pros column were cheap price and fast response. The cons column included that this was sort of a template mill representation. My attorney wasn't really willing to intervene to resolve issues or even flag them. She never even asked where my closing money should be sent. When closing was immi ent, I got another attorney to assist flagging and resolving the issues that she wasn't willing to do she kind of just up and quit leaving us perplexed as to why?!?. Still, she was friendly and professional, but the unresolved issues would have cost us a fortune without the other attorney.

divorce proceedings that involved many layers of financial discovery and ultimately went to trial. The judgment was very favorable to me, in a way that I did not anticipate when my now-former wife first petitioned for divorce.
When I first approached Jill to represent me, she upon initial consultation informed me of unforeseen favorable possibilities for settlement. Over years of discovery, depositions, motions,
and finally, a long trial, Jill brought to bear her expertise with
divorce law and the intricacies of financial settlement. Ever astute and sharp in her approach, her decisions as to what is
best to do proved right, and in fact, put my situation in a more and more favorable light. Although the entire process proved

We hired Stephen to help us get through the bankruptcy process. He was very knowledgeable and presented us with all of our options. What had become a very stressful time in our life, instantly turned to no stress at all! He contacted all of the creditors in a very timely manner. I hired Atty. Kaplan to represent me on a CH7 after speaking with several other attorneys. This was a very stressful decision for me but I knew It had to be done. Atty. Kaplan walked me through the process, was a super braniac on the process and also spoke to many of my creditors. I had felt like a failure and he reassured me that its ok, things will improve in your life when this is completed. He never treated me like the looser I felt like. Everything stopped! No more nasty letters and small claim notices. I got to stay in my home as Atty. Kaplan resolved the matter. He is a tough no nonsense I know the rules Attorney. As a result, my life is for the better. I wish I had not wasted time speaking with other attorney's and had hired Atty. Kaplan in the beginning.

I hired Stephen Kaplan to help me with some landlord issues in 2009. He did a great job and got the landlord to stop taking advantage of me and my college roommates for ridiculous charges he was trying to charge me/us for, upon moving out.
I was very satisfied with Mr. Kaplan and I would use him again if I ever had any legal issues. He has been practicing law longer than I have been alive.
I would recommend him if you are on a low to medium budget and can't afford a extremely high priced lawyer.

The Lawyer Markus Pino and Bernard Aaron from coldwell Bankers represented a fake seller selling my wife’s property in May 2024 relaying on on forged ID and Forged US passport in-spite of a clear warning from the city of Concord Mass in March 2024 that we did not sell or even thought our 22-B Mattison Dr lot in Concord MA. They neither searched the history of the deed nor the property tax that we own for 33 years and paid taxes for 33 years. The lot worth over a million dollars and was sold with their help (agent Bernard Aaron from Coldwell Bankers and lawyer pino) for $525000.00 ( while the City assessment was $578,000) to ID thieves in Texas while we reside in South Carolina for over 22 years and our address is everywhere on the records and on the net.
Now lawyer Pino threatens me with a lawsuit if I do not remove the review about him, so nobody knows what he did and what a level of competency and bussiness ethics he has. Seems its ok we loose our life investment so he can earn some legal fees.

I hired him to help me with a real estate issue. He seemed very impressive when I met him. Gave him a deposit to start working on a foreclosure for me. He took the money and never did anything. His excuse was he was always having family issues. I asked for my money back but he brushed me off. Sent him emails and he always had an excuse on them. I can't find the client or I am having personal issues or I am working on it, etc. Would give him no stars but the site will not allow me.

Please don’t waste your time and money with this office. Everyone in that office doesn’t know how to do their job. I tell everyone I know that this was the biggest mistake we ever made was hiring them as our legal counsel. We’ve spent over $15,000 and 4 years later we have nothing to show of it. They sent out wrong documentation, and didn’t do any research which caused our case to be denied. Then we had to gather everything again to reapply (also pay again), and we are the only ones who come in contact with them to move forward. They didn’t even realize the mistakes they made, and won’t admit it either. I have never even met Dr. Hanna Krispin and it’s been 4 years that I’ve been a client. Receptionist is very rude and doesn’t know how to pick up the phone.

I'm leaving this review for those potentially seeking employment. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Absolutely terrible. Management is so awful, disorganized, and unprofessional. Daily questions and heavy judgement about family plans, marital status, food diets, etc... that will all seem innocent ("we're all a family here"), until the manager gets mad and throws it all in your face. If you are looking for a job, take this review as your sign to not apply here and save yourself the daily emotional breakdowns during your commute. I do not understand how they are still in business. If I were Attorney Krispin, I would strongly consider investing some of the money they rob from their clients into some management and professionalism classes for her sister (the manager). Sadly, her sister can do no wrong, and all issues you have will go ignored until you quit. Turn around time for most of their staff is about 3-6 months because it is so toxic. The staff themselves are great, professional, and kind. They deserve much better than what they have as a manager.

Worked for his firm and used him as a closing attorney (paid full price) when I was purchasing a home across State. Many years later when I went to sell the home I was told he left $1,000.00 on the table that was due to me but would probably cost more to get it back. Someone I trusted and had put my all into his business, to find this out was shocking. Will never refer him to anyone.

Barry was my mother's estate attorney after my father died in 2010. My father wrote (yes, my father--not an attorney) a living trust and will for his estate (I was a trustee) and my father wrote a living trust and will for my mother's estate. Barry came on board and helped us navigate through ambiguities in my father's version of his trust and then rewrote (unambiguously) my mother's trust along with her will, POA, and living will and health proxy. Then when my mother died two years later, he helped considerably with selling the family home. His charges were very fair. Most of all, he was the kindest person to my mother and me and to my siblings. He did house calls! To this day (10 years later), I consider him to be a ray of sunshine in those dark days of losing my mother, father and family home of 50 years within a relatively short period of time.

I hired Barry to prepare legal documents to acquire a new property
I was purchasing. For 3 months I called him weekly to follow up why he hasn't prepared any paperwork for me. Barry used every possible childish excuse as to why I had not received any documents I hired tim to prepare. 2 times in those 3 months he even told me that he had mailed them out to me, which I did not receive. I was advised by another attorney to let him know that I had lost on collecting 3 months worth of rental income because of his incompetence. When I finally had enough, I informed Barry of all my rental loss because of his negligence, he miraculously produced all necessary documents I had hired him for that same afternoon. I also want to add that as you speak to Barry regarding your legal needs he has a habit of rolling his eyes back making you feel you are not of equal intelligence as him. I was not not impressed by his work ethics and will never recommend his services to anyone
