Worst experience ever!!The only good thing was they stopped my garnishments other than that the trustee wants 7,500$ and my attorney's haven't filed anything to stop it.Ive called for 3 weeks trying to get help left messages and texts no response back at all!!I'm more financially screwed now than I was before I filed!!

I would not recommend using Koehler. They were great to work with up front. I had to file a Chapter 13. One of the creditors listed in the bankruptcy filed a lawsuit against me. I called and was told they’d look into it and get back with me. I never heard from Koehler’s but did receive a default judgment from the other attorney and the courts. I called and emailed several times. Finally someone I emailed said she forwarded my email to a person who would take care of the lawsuit. I now have a Chapter 13 coming out of my check and a garnishment summons that I have to attend. Instead of relying on Koehler I have contacted the creditor’s attorney to try to get this stopped. If not, I will have to miss a day of work to go to court, all of this after paying Koehler’s a lot of money to ensure I didn’t have my wages garnished. I’m very disappointed with this firm.

How do I begin to explain what Bart Betteau and his team did for me. He helped me through one of the most difficult experiences in my life. I had two attorneys prior to him and he made them look ridiculous. After I let my second attorney go I knew I was facing jail time and that was terrifying especially considering I had never been in trouble with the law. Me and my fiancee knew I needed not a great attorney but the best of the best. The only name we kept hearing was Bart Betteau. So we called and set an appointment. By the end of my first conversation with Bart and his team it felt like the world was lifted off my shoulders. There was not a single time where it took more than part of a day to hear back from the office when I contacted them. How many people can say that about their attorneys. And, it went beyond that! They contacted me on a regular basis to let me know what was going on.. I never had to hound them to get information about my cases. Every single time I went to court Bart stood out from everyone else in the courtroom. As I sat there watching and listening to him all I could think was am I watching a movie! I have never in my life been more impressed by any attorney including ones you see on the news. I think he may actually walk on water. At times he had his hands full with me because I didn't always make the best choices.. but, he fixed everything. Because of him and his team I didn't have a jail sentence and he even got me off probation early. Without them I know without a shadow of a doubt that I wouldn't be sitting here giving a review because I would be in jail. He certainly measured up to his reputation and then some! If you're reading this to figure out if you want them to represent you... Trust me it will be one of the best decisions you've made in your entire life. I will forever be grateful for everything they did for me including giving me my life back. They ended the nightmare I went through for almost 2 years.
P. S. He ran circles around everyone else in the court room. It was an honor to be witness to that.

Jennifer was hired 21/2 years ago to help me with my sons case. She always answered my calls or returned my calls when she wasn't there. Her husband also stepped in and helped when Jennifer wasn't available. She became a wonderful friend and I highly recommend her. I can't appreciate her and her husband more for their help. My son is out and at a halfway house doing wonderful . Thanks to them for all they did for our family.

Evan & Abbie are BEASTS at what they do. But more than anything he’s HONEST he never not once told me what I wanted to hear & that was very often times scary because he was truthful in what the potential outcomes could be. However, he still FOUGHT for the best outcome available & got it handled in a way I could’ve never imagined. A way that was MORE THAN FAIR to me but also appeased the courts so everybody won. After being in a car accident that wasn't my fault earlier this year, I contacted Nick Stein's office to represent me with my personal injury case. I was surprised that he personally met with me during my initial consultation, rather than having a junior lawyer do it. Afterwards, he coordinated with my medical care providers and collected all of the information on the costs of my care. When the time came he negotiated with both the insurance company and care providers to make sure I was taken care of. Once the settlement came his office was even kind enough to make sure all of the care providers were paid so I didn't have to run around paying everyone. All in all it was a great experience and took a lot of the stress out of the situation.

I would stay away. I wanted to go to trial right away as I know I didn’t do what I was accused of. Instead of getting surveillance footage and witness statements he starts to plea with the prosecutor. Then when I tell him no he acts all surprised as the offer removes all charges for a fine and some other things. Now the prosecutor has throw tripled the charges and we have none of the surveillance footage all because, he felt it was his job to ignore the client to save a week of his time going to trial. And I am getting another attorney once I get more money to go after this crook

Mr. Kraft is a very professional and knowledgeable attorney. He not only won our case but he also won the appeal. He is quick to respond and adheres to the law.
