I recently had the privilege of working with McPherson and Thomas Firm after being involved in an auto accident. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the outstanding service and support I received from this firm. From the very beginning, they made the entire process much easier than I ever expected, and I would like to share my heartfelt review to help others in need of an auto accident injury attorney in Tampa Bay.
One year ago, I found myself in a stressful situation following the accident. However, McPherson and Thomas Firm quickly became my rock throughout the entire journey. I want to specifically mention my assigned attorney, Ian Thomas, and paralegal, Jennifer, who did a fantastic job with my case. From our first meeting, they took the time to truly understand my situation and provide the guidance and representation I needed. Their expertise and knowledge in auto accident injury cases were evident, and I felt confident that I was in good hands.
What truly stood out to me was the level of care and compassion I received from Ian, Jennifer, and the entire team at McPherson and Thomas Firm. They not only fought tirelessly for my rights and best interests but also provided the emotional support & medical guidance I needed during such a challenging time. I fell and broke my back because there were no warnings or proper instructions on the product I was using and it caused me to pass out and fall, I first contacted that “big” law firm you see on TV all the time. What a mistake!! After 2 months of promises and getting the run around when I would call, they said they couldn’t help me with my case. That’s when I called McPherson and Thomas and WOW! WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Attorney Thomas was happy to help, always kept me up to date and in the loop as things progressed. He was able to resolve my case and get me a settlement, when that “big” law firm said I didn’t have a case. Thank you to Attorney Thomas and his whole office staff for truly fighting for the people!

I had been contacting several lawyers about getting a divorce when I couldn't locate my spouse and they were tremendously expensive for this type of divorce. I contacted Mr. Marlowe about this and he was very reasonably priced so I hired him. His staff is the best and handled every detail swiftly andprofessionally. The communication was extraordinary an d they kept me advised at every step along the way. Finally the completed the process of trying to locate my ex with no luck and were able to get me a signed decree of divorce by the judge with no issues.
I couldn't recommend anyone more highly than Russell Marlowe and his staff. You can place you issue in their hands and relax because if they tell you they can get it done they will.
I almost wish I had another issue to hire them for, they were that efficient and handled it all from start to finish.

I hired Mr. Marlowe for a somewhat complex interstate family law matter. My issues were heard in Pasco County and Mr. Marlowe secured a favorable decision for me.
Mr. Marlowe’s staff are courteous and professional and there seems to be good continuity in communication between him and his employees. I never felt apprehensive about reaching out to him or his staff because they’d kindly receive any messages or phone calls. If they were, unavailable or needed to look into something, they would return my calls extremely fast and would have an answer for me.
In the Court Room:
Russ spoke clearly, concisely and accurately. Our Judge had no questions for my side because of how Russ prepared my documents. He clearly defined the issue and gave expert legal foundation for the arguments he presented.
Mr Marlowe’s most outstanding quality to me is his responsiveness and attitude towards me. He never seemed bothered or hurried in conversation, allowed me to speak and listened to my concerns. His fees were all reasonable and he was gracious with his time.

If you need a personal injury lawyer I can highly recommend Charles “Chuck” Philips. He just won a case for me and I was very impressed with his legal skills and his caring personality. He doesn’t advertise because he relies on satisfied clients, like me, to personally recommend him to others. My personal recommend is sincere. Advertisements are written by ad agencies and may have nothing to do with the truth.

I hired Mr Wheeley to help me with Social Security Disability. He was very helpful and fully explained everything to me before hand and was very patient. He offered to file the initial paperwork for because I was sick with cancer treatments. He assistants Ana and Sarah were great. They kept me in the loop and called to inform me of everything that happened and the progress being made and double checking to see if I completed paperwork that SSDI needed. Kelly is wonderful to speak with on the phone. I truely I wouldn't have been approved so quickly if it wasn't for this law team on my side. I had gotten into trouble with the law in 2000 and was sentenced to prison for eight years in 2001. My wife at the time divorced me and kept my two children from me my entire sentence and then used the fact that I was an ex-felon to continue to keep them from me. Right after my son turned 18 my ex wife tried to come after me for a lot of money. A friend of mine from church was an attorney and told me I need to speak with Mr. Ken Foote. I did and hired him right away. One of the best decisions I have made! Spencer and Ryan provided me with the guidance necessary to resolve an issue with Chase Bank at our initial 1-hour meeting. This information allowed me to resolve the issue without having to pay thousands of dollars that other attorneys wanted to help me.

Ok so I had a ticket (or two) a decade or so old. I cold called Mr. Bianco's office late one afternoon from South Georgia, where I owned a place and lived just 5 miles or so over the boarder [so I wasn't hiding], to my surprise Mr. Bianco answered the phone. I informed him of my "issues" and he was very helpful, full of knowledge reassuring and otherwise very attentive to my reason for calling and seeking the advice of counsel. I was on the FDLE website as a wanted fugitive for said ticket(s). Throughout the process of getting my earlier mistake corrected Mr. Bianco kept me fully informed. He was generally concerned, but most of all he was a man of HIS WORD. I am more or less from the streets of NY, a Service Connected Veteran and through it all Mr. Bianco was accepting of my shortcomings to which I was very appreciative; cause I am not the easiest person to get along with. He told me what he thought it would cost at the end of the day, both inclusive and exclusive of his fee and to that end his estimate was within the ballpark. Which again I was very thankful for. At the end of the day I bought a place in SWFL after securing my Safe Driving License (again), I already had my Motorcycle endorsement from GA, I didn't have to appear in any courtroom [a very brilliant thing cause my mouth causes me much concern/trouble as do my facial expressions] and to top it all off Mr. Bianco sent me a check back for the "overage" from the sums I had given to him as necessary funds to conquer my legal issues. I would not have any problem or concern with telling ANYONE whom needs the assistance of counsel to speak to Frank FIRST (as I was told by more then a couple of other legal counselors in that area, "Mr. Bianco is more then capable I suggest you stick with him he will do the right things and at the end of the day you'll be very satisfied" so now two years later I still from time to time get an email from Mr. Bianco wishing me well. Let us just say, again, I am very thankful for the Florida Bar' Referral I received to speak with Mr. Bianco. Mr Biancos professionalism, knowledge and general abilities as well as mannerism are all worth noting as each were indeed superb!

I have had several encounters over the last 10 years with Ken Misemer. He was my mothers attorney. When she passed I went to him and he has gone above and beyond my expectations. After using Ken for my mothers estate I went back a few years later for my grandmothers final affairs.
