Although I received the “best possible outcome”, I would have chosen a different lawyer to fight a reckless driving charge in Northampton. I do not think my lawyer spoke on my circumstances well-enough to get me a true “best possible outcome” based on listening to other cases.
***Edit— This law firm holds high standards in servicing their customers and I am happy I chose them. I did not truly understand how the court system worked in Northampton and Attorney Huff spent his time to explaining how it worked and validated my concerns (now null and void). By far the absolute best Law firm I could have chosen. From the initial conversation to my first court date this morning, communication has been frequent and detailed and my mind has been put at as much ease as possible.
I was pulled over for an expired inspection sticker (missing), but was also driving on a suspended license, which can hold severe consequences.
I was able to walk away with the best possible outcome, which was dropped to "Failure to Carry/Exhibit a License", resulting in a $10 fine, plus court fines (that's a given).
My expired inspection was dismissed after showing proof of an updated inspection.
Many areas of my life would have been severely affected without proper representation. I feel despite my mistake, I was represented by someone who genuinely cared about my situation and was prepared to give their best (Attorney Woo Kim).
Coming from someone who overthinks a little too frequently and worries more than necessary, if you are on the fence about who to hire...I am writing this review in hopes to take the guesswork out of your decision.
100% worth it.

Couldn't ask for a better outcome. I felt like he fought for me and fought for what was best for my daughter. Went from nothing to full custody. It cost allot of money but you get what you pay for and more I would do it all over again even if he didn't get me the outcome he did. I really felt like he did everything possible.

I was recently involved in a hit and roll over auto accident in which I was charged and a citation was issued. I contacted Noah Weisberg to represent matter the matter. His professional skill and research provided information that proved that I should have never been charged as the law was vague and actually not understood by the officer. The charges were dismissed by the judge and to top it off, the officer actually apologized to me for citing me. Very professional representation. .

Mr. Sarfan was the best lawyer I've ever had! He always had my best interest. With all of his hard work he was able to get a non moving DUI brought down to a reckless driving ticket. Having a DUI on my record would have made my life extremely hard. But thanks to Mr. Sarfan I was able to walk out of the court room DUI free! 10/10 high recommended!

i used merna law for chapter 7, I was very embarrassed and felt like a failure, he explained everything well, and really fought for me. my credit was terrible i could not even get a car loan. he got my case discharged, explained how to build credit. 1 year later for approved for 1.4% car loan for five years. he is laid back, but knows his stuff. sadly i live in north carolina and they made a ruling after my case that we can no longer file in va, otherwise I would use the firm him 4 life

I would hire her again. Shannon brought her A game, through out my case she was understanding, clearly explained the process and my rights, and made me fell comfortable about going to court. Grandparent rights are difficult cases but Shannon hit this one out of the ball park. I was locked in a 5 year struggle to get my kids. I had two lawyers before Shannon and lost mostly because I am male. Shannon put together a solid case and never once blew smoke up my butt. She is going to give it straight the whole time. I will tell you she will rip a sole out in court, she smiles and takes care of you so get her before your wife does I don’t want to be sitting on the other side of this woman. She was well prepared every time and knew exactly how to maneuver the courts. This Dad now has custody of his kids because of two things 1) went to see Shannon early 2) took Shannon’s word as the gosiple. I will never use another lawyer, I hope I never have to. Attorney Lemm is like a Venus Fly trap. Pretty flower, but if you land in her trap she will chew you up and spit you out. I retained attorney Lemm a little over a year ago. I was going through a contested divorce and custody battle. I tried playing nice with my ex and attorney Lemm advised me not to, but I didn’t, I didn’t listen. After learning my lesson the hard way, I was drained and exhausted. Attorney Lemm said to me, are you going to let me do my job now? My ex was keeping the kids away from me, threatening my job and livelihood. She said we are going to “TAKE HER DOWN”! Our day in court came. I was blown away by her spark, attitude, and her ability to own the one person who made my life Hell for so long. A person who lied, manipulated, and was pure Evil in my life was getting owned on the stand. It was so bad that I couldn’t look up, because I was grinning so hard. My time, patience, and frustration was all being wiped away with pure satisfaction as she destroyed the person who tried to destroy me. In the end she got me every thing I wanted and needed, but to put the icing on the cake she had all my Court and legal fees paid for that day. I had no idea what she was aiming for, but I’ll say this I’m happy she was representing me. Cause I couldn’t imagine being drilled by her. It was so bad for my ex, that the following week I received an email that my ex wanted to move into finalizing the divorce. It was a win for my whole family. Attorney Lemm and her team are rockstars. I would recommend her every time to anyone in the Hampton roads area. I thank you again Ms. Lemm.

In December of 2016, on the way to my granddaughter’s Christmas recital at church, I was involved in an accident with a box truck that sideswiped me, spinning me around in the interstate at 60 mph, and caused me to hit the jersey wall, full side on, with my headlights pointing into on coming traffic. This resulted in me totaling my car, which was a 19th year wedding anniversary present to me from my husband. Besides the actual horror of the accident, which I am eternally grateful to God that I survived to be able to spend Christmas with my family; and the loss of my beloved car, that I had so enjoyed having; there was the added insult to injury (no pun intended) that the truck that hit me while trying to share the lane with me, never stopped but fled the scene leaving me injured, missing my entire family gathered at the church for my granddaughter’s pageant, and without a witness to identify the unmarked vehicle. But wait! There is more!!! To put the bow on top of this anonymous gift from the Grinch that almost stole all of my future Christmas’s; when all was said and done I was simultaneously unemployed, due to injuries affecting my ability to do my job, AND my insurance company of 30+ years denied my claim! I had injuries that I had to have physical therapy for, which lasted over 2 months, I had to have shots in my back, as well as injury that caused and/or aggravated some chronic conditions that I will have to deal with for the rest of my life. In what seemed like a comedy of errors things evolved into me needing to get a lawyer to make the insurance company do what they should have done in the first place. Mr Bradfield did just that. Since this experience had never happened to me before I was not knowledgeable as to how this would proceed, however, he very expertly explained everything and had a good sense of humor and tireless patience with me. This being the most traumatic thing that had ever happened to me made for some extensive conversations with me, which I am so thankful that he took the time to attend to. His assistant kept me informed of all appointments and progression of events. Their professionalism and courteous corespondence was refreshing in a very trying situation. All in all if I ever had to go through anything like this again, which I pray I never do, I would call Mr Bradfield in a heartbeat. Many thanks from myself and my family to Bradfield Injury Law Firm. They definitely “put the sword of justice on my side” when my insurance company was NOT on my side.

We may have lost a battle but we won the war, with that being said, Ms. Nace was very straight forward. She provided with her team, a family feeling from the team. She went above and beyond for my case with listening to everything I had to say. Every time I would call or send an email I would get a fast response and a honest one. The reason I choose this law firm was due to me speaking to someone a few years back at the firm and based on the phone conversation was the reasoning in reaching out again because I felt good vibes through a phone call that made me know they weren't here for anything other then the best for me. We went before the judge and presenting our case and reasons and even though the outcome wasn't what we expect, she didn't give up. Mr. Anderson zealously represented me in criminal court and ended it with a Not Guilty verdict on ALL counts (4 charges). As a black woman, that means more than this review can explain. Attorney Anderson is comprehensive, thorough, and communicates very well with you as his client. When he meets with you, it’s about YOU. He made sure I was on the same page, asked me about my concerns, and explained anything that I was unsure about. His office is organized, clean, welcoming, and accommodates privacy. Mr. Anderson’s ability to articulate his argument in my defense was sophisticated. Mr. Hankins has help myself with neurmous cases, all have turned out in my favor with cases being completely dropped or a minimal un-surpervised probation for a 1 year period to then after completion of probation the charges be dropped. These cases ranged from simple misdemeanors to serious charges which could have led myself to be labeled as a felon; although Tim's wittiness save myself from facing the ramifications of the courts. I highly recommend him and I still remember his number by heart for that un-foreseen instance I get another charge. He is a doer and doesn't poke around the subject and can make an officer even doubt himself/herself of what actually happened at the time of arrest. For example, I was 20 years old, 2 months away from being 21, and I caught an underage possession of alcohol charge while fishing, I blantely told the marine police officer I purchased the beer since he stated if no one owned up to it myself as well as my friends would all get a charge, in court the officer showed pictures of the beer in the rear of my truck bed and told the judge I had admitted to purchasing the beer, Mr. Hankins then went on to perceive the marine police officer to be a total num-nuts and cross-examine him in a way that made plenty of loopholes in the officers story. Then the judge ruled the case be dismissed and to the officer who wrote the citation as well as all of the other officers in the court at the moment were stunned at the verdict since I had admitted to purchasing the alcohol and it was in my possession.

Mrs Gardner took care of our bankruptcy. She was extremely knowledgable in both the chapter 7 and 13 and helped me to figure out which one was the best at helping our family. She was even able to get 2 mortgage liens stripped because my house was no longer worth the amount of the two equity loans. She was wonderful at making us feel comfortable and always quick at replying to our emails or calling us back when we had questions. I stopped in the office to get her help with out an appointment when I was panicked over my husband having his clearance taken because of our financial problems and she brought me right into her office and wrote a letter for us and made copies of paperwork for us and calmed me down as she worked with her scheduled clients in other offices. Mrs Gardner saved my husbands clearance and helped us save our home with our bankruptcy! She is wonderful!

I have know Mr. Frank for about 26 years and asked for his assistance in an wrongful termination matter. Mr. Frank obtain my full unemployment benefits and proved that the termination was improper. On another more recent matter Mr. Frank saved my life from a wrongful criminal charge. He advised me to terminate my current attorney and referred me to another attorney. I, Yolanda have known Attorney Steven Paul Frank for over 25 years and he is the first attorney I met when I got out of the military, when he represented me with my divorce proceedings. The lawyers at Huffman and Huffman were very methodical in their approach to my claim against the insurance companies after a car accident in which I was hit by another vehicle. The day after the accident, Richard Huffman came to my house to discuss the accident and assured me that everything will be good.
Over the next three years, I received regular updates as to what was going on - it took so long due to medical issues from the accident. When it looked like the case would go to court, Keith Leonard was assigned the case. He kept me up to date every time there was an update. He let me know what the insurance companies were doing and guided me through the deposition process.
Finally, when the insurance companies (including my uninsured motorist coverage) were ready to settle, he notified me that day.
Once the insurance companies sent the checks to Huffman and Huffman, I met with Brad Huffman who explained in detail how the expenses were calculated and the amount of money that I was to receive that same day.
I hope I never have to use an attorney again but if I do, it will definitely be "the Brothers in Law," otherwise known as Huffman & Huffman.
