He's direct. I find myself relying on his information exclusively, He has navigated his way through a 2800 page loan closing with and invoice that was less then 20% of the other sides and frankly we got exactly what we needed. I'm impressed as well with the lesser tasks Justin has also managed. In addition his ability to manage the people in the process makes him a genuine team mate, where I'm glad to let him communicate with everyone in each project.

My immigration situation wasn’t easy.
In 2016 I gave my case to a “reputable” polish attorney.

I attempted to do business with Floss Law after discovering how knowledgeable Bob seemed to be with RE in general. No amount of knowledge, however, can equate to how valuable good service and respect is. And that should be honored and demonstrated no matter the circumstances as a business. Bob failed to do so and unprofessionally dropped the ball on a deal of mine, and I refuse to not let that be known. The lack of communication and effort in at least making sure my interests were protected was obvious, and I did not get a partnership sort of feeling while working with Floss Law whatsoever. It’s difficult enough as is to find trustworthy attorneys in this industry.. and this firm is not one that i would recommend to my colleagues based on my experiences. Do better.

I felt relaxed, which is good because you want to speak to someone over the phone that you feel comfortable and understand your complex situation. I felt like I had known him for a long time. I wish I knew about this site prior to hiring Mark. Everything I read was what I experienced and then some. At one point I couldn’t get ahold of him/his assistant for six months. Had to repeat things over and over all while being charged for it every time. He would write up things to put in my file regarding my ex wife not following the parental agreement and forget to send it to her lawyer. Ran up the bill and at the end pushed me
To settle for a lot less then he lead me to believe. And never really listened when I would talk to him. He left out a tax issue that I told him about at the beginning, middle and towards the end. He got pushed around by my ex-wife and her lawyer.
There’s more, but this should be enough. You can certainly find a better lawyer then Mark

I highly recommend Steve Glink. He was professional, direct and to the point. Steve has a wide breath of legal knowledge - on more than one occasion Steve referenced legalise to other lawyers which they were unaware of. I had a very complicated case that lasted almost three years, included a school district, the state attorney's office, the police, and DCFS. It also included interviewing witnesses, reviewing camera footage and writing several briefs. While I was anxious and confused, Steve was an oak in a tornado. I had about a 6K debt from a loan I defaulted on from a creditor because I was unable to keep up with the monthly payments as a single parent. The creditor sent a sheriff to my home to demand I show up for court and make the payment in full. I was embarrassed, saddened and extremely distraught. I reached out to Heather who was so kind and sympathetic to my situation. She was able to facilitate a monthly payment plan with the creditor which was great. As I was making monthly payments, I began to have some unforeseen circumstances and once again fell in the "no payment" trap. The creditor then sent wage garnishment paperwork to myself and my job. The creditor also noted that the garnishment would begin at the end of the month! I reached out to Heather again who was once again so sweet and understanding. She asked me how would I like to resolve this? I was in shock because no one ever asked me what I wanted to do! I was overcome with relief because I just knew from the beginning that she was on my side. I gave her an ordered list - starting with the best plan to the least favorite plan to get this debt resolved. Heather reached out to the attorney representing the creditor and worked tirelessly on my behalf. I am happy to say that my #1 resolution from my list was accepted and my wages will NOT be garnished!!! I cannot Thank Heather enough for her hard work and effort!!! Back in 2015 I lost my job of 15 years. I had two debts that I could not afford to make payments. I received court papers on one of the debts in the later part of 2017. I had stopped by my mailbox on the way to work on a Monday morning, and in there was a mailing for Heather Benveniste. I opened it at work and decided to contact Heather, and I am so glad that I did. I have never had to appear in court, and on the first debt, she was able to negotiate my debt down almost $700.00 and I received court papers 6 months later for the 2nd debt. I recently had surgery that was very successful. I did not hesitate to let friends, family and acquaintances know that I had the surgery, how excellent the surgery went, who the doctor was and how he had changed my life.
My wife and I recently went through Chapter 7 bankruptcy with David Feinartz. The entire process as orchestrated by David was superb. But, have I gone out to friends or acquaintance an tell them that we had just gone through "Bankruptcy," and that we were so fortunate, so blessed to find an attorney that changed our lives. Unfortunately the answer is no. Why, at the age of 71, I did not want to advertise that our financial condition was such that we required the expertise of David Feinartz. I was ashamed that we had to file for bankruptcy.

My immigration situation wasn’t easy.

I don’t have enough positive words for Marcia Cotler. She is so prompt you can barely get off the phone with the other party before she calls you back. My interaction with Marcia began with an initial phone consultation of my separation agreement.
