Mr. Shea is unlike any Attorney I have ever dealt with, he truly cares about his clients, which is so hard to find in an Attorney, actually nearly impossible.

I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Shea, he really does set the bar when it comes to Attorney's, no pun intended...My initial visit was over an hour long he took so much time with me going over every detail, and no charge. We found a farm we wanted to buy and found out that it was hopelessly deadlocked in a bank foreclosure and probate situation. We hired Ms. Rauba to review our estate with a focus on security and protection of our assets. Clay was the right lawyer at the right time. I was rear ended and had to have two disc replacements. His manner was aggressive when that was needed but also one of the most compassionate people I’ve ever met. He truly cares about his clients. His staff always made sure that my calls were returned promptly. They were also extremely knowledgeable throughout the whole process. I'm an attorney in Northwest Florida and I hired Dot Sims to handle an expert witness (a psychiatrist) because he was related to a good friend of mine. Dot was amazing and by the time she was done, the defendant withdrew this expert from testifying at trial. A more evident example of her skills is hard to imagine. I had several legal issues involving a fraud case perpetrated against my elderly aunt. I have worked with many attorneys in several states & Gary was one of the top two in my life's experience. He was unique in that he responded very quickly to e-mails almost 24 hours a day. He is past president of the Ohio Bar which should tell you more than any rating service. He was thorough and accurate in his assessment and recommended actions and he had a common sense approach to a difficult legal problem. He was also very personable in dealing with my elderly and somewhat difficult aunt. I ended up using his services for an issue in Florida as well, which he also was able to settle for me, somewhat to my surprise, as I had been working on that for a couple of years with other legal counsel (he is licensed in Florida also). Fees were not cheap, but were very reasonable for the services provided. I can recommend this man without reservation, especially for cases requiring good interpersonal skills to resolve. I can only indicate one area below in type of cases, but he handled divorce settlement for my daughter and estate work for my aunt as well.

Money wasted. She was almost always late for court. Did the bare minimum with my kids father case. Had so much evidence showing he was innocent that she did not show the courts. Forced him to plead out to his case which got him 8 years in prison. Definitely wished we would have done more research before hiring her. The justice system is systemic and truly unfair.
