Where to even start, Benjamin Larson is your guy if you’re looking for a bulldog who is aggressive, knowledgeable, honest and fights hard for your rights. He gets the work done, he isn’t someone who talks himself up, but he is someone who will be completely honest on what he can do. I was fighting a case against DCFS for neglect when I came across Troy as I was searching for an attorney to represent me. I met with several attorneys before choosing Troy, and the majority would not take on my case as it deals with DCFS. Troy was not hesitant, he let me know he could not guarantee what the outcome would be, but if we did not fight it, we would never know the outcome. I am not disappointed at all. He went above and beyond, he was well prepared at both hearings. He knew exactly what he was doing, and if he didn’t well he still pretended like he did. He was able to get my DCFS case overturned successfully. Sarah who he works with is also very good and kept me informed of every step of the way as they came aware of it. I got charged for verifying emails were received, for checking up on my slacker attorney, I got billed for time taken when I visited the office to pay in person. I got charged for more administrative garbage than actual case work. This is an absolute money grab while my attorney basically laid down and took a beating any time I needed her. When custody is at risk, a lazy dishonest attorney is the WORST team mate to have. I absolutely regret any and all involvement I had with KKG.
After getting the shaft for 6 months, getting charged at every turn, I fired my attorney and hired one from a different firm - that was the best decision I could have made.

I received a DUI in Lehi. What a horrible and demoralizing experience. I contacted Glen because of his good representation. I am glad I did. He went through every aspect of the case and challenged the probable cause to arrest me. Glen’s cross examination of the cop was excellent. He showed how the officer did everything wrong. If you want to sleep at night without any worry or concern about your case then you have to retain Jason Richards! If you are ok with being sick to your stomach and full of worry and doubt, then hire anybody else.
I left Utah in 2015 for personal reasons, leaving behind my little girl. I wound up in Long Island, NY. My daughter came to visit for the summer, we just bought our dream house, have great jobs, were about to get engaged, and were already planning a fall wedding. We had a lot on our plate. Then, my daughter informed me, that her living situation at home was less than ideal. Frankly, it was dangerous, neglectful, and irresponsible. I told her “they’ll have to throw me in jail before you ever go back there”.
A friend of mine who works for DCFS in Ogden gave me one recommendation. My wife’s uncle who is a big shot attorney in NYC did his research, also giving me one recommendation. That Jason Richards is the best of the best! I was told “he’s a bulldog in the courtroom”. So that’s what I did. I explained my situation, and knowing how challenging it would be for a father to gain custody across State lines, he gladly accepted the task.
From the get go I was expertly guided through the labyrinth of procedures that we would have to go through. He conveyed his opinions effectively, while ultimately allowing me autonomy to go in the direction I wish. I took all of his suggestions, the best thing I’ve possibly ever done. Ultimately it took us about 9 months, several flights from NY and back, and a lot of digging, but we won! We won in a landslide because Jason IS a bulldog in the courtroom! The way he prepared and executed was one of pinpoint precision. He was always steps ahead of the opposition, prepared to counter in ways that literally left them without a rebuttal. He was there to answer any questions I had at literally any time of day. He made a situation which could be extremely frustrating, exhausting, and at times overwhelming, as peaceful as a massage Oceanside while on vacation in the Bahamas! Jason not only was my representation, but at this point I consider him to be my friend. An extension of my family.
Again, I cannot stress enough, JASON IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST ATTORNEY YOU COULD POSSIBLY ASK FOR, stop questioning yourself and hire him. It’ll be the best decision you’ve ever made for you and your family.

I have never had an experience with an attorney who actually looked at me as a person. Mr. Black treated me with respect, and considering what I was up against, no one else would. I had been charged with several protective order violations, DV assault, theft, and vehicle burglary. I can already see whoever is reading this is thinking exactly what everyone else did. Mr. Black, however, listened to my story and handled my cases as though he were a seasoned professional. Anyway, Long story short, I was convicted of 1 protective order violation from sending a text message, and 1 class B attempted assault. The circumstances were completely against me and my civil rights were repeatedly violated. Mr Black, thank you for all you helped me with and for working so hard on my cases. I am in the Air Force and stationed overseas. Through some shady dealings my daughter was forced to stay behind in the states with my ex wife. A couple of months after i left the country my ex ended up in alcohol rehab. Because of my military status and living overseas I had a short window of time to gain custody of my daughter. Paul seemingly to me dropped everything and helped me out because of the compressed time frame. I ended up with custody of my daughter and still have her safe with me to this day. My 80 year old mother was in a battle with her step son over the estate that her deceased husband left to her. We had many consultations, emails, and letters back and forth with Frank and he was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. Lindy attorney handled my personal injury lawsuit where I was not at fault. When the car accident occurred, I contacted attorneys I knew through my line of work for a referral, and multiple attorneys referred me to Lindy and said she was a bulldog. That proved true. Don’t call someone from a sign, because they don’t have the experience and you’d only be a statistic to them. Lindy educates the client on their options, directs them correctly, and handles everything on the back end to relieve all the stress. The day I retained her, the insurance companies were no longer allowed to hassle me. She is the legal shield and knows what she is doing.
