I cannot express how grateful I am to Jim. My case seemed unendin since it had been dragging on for two years, by the fault of the court continuously pushing my hearing dates out. All the while Jim was very patient, helpful and attentive to me. I thought there was no hope for my situation but Jim fought for me whem we finally got our day in court. I had previously used two lawyers which were of no help, I was then referred Jim by a family friend. His fees are reasonable and he isn't out just to make a quick dollar. In today’s crazy world it is increasingly rare for me to encounter people I like, respect and trust…a process that normally requires years to fully develop. When I was referred to Michael Lieberman with the Law Offices of Lieberman, Taormina, LLP via Calguns.net, my skepticism was considerable given the stakes involved in my CCW-related case. It was 7:11am on a cold Saturday morning when I first reached out to Mr. Lieberman…shortly after 10am he had not only explained all my options but proposed an initial plan of attack for the following Monday.
On Monday morning I received a follow-up call from Michael wherein he advised me that, based on initial conversations he had placed to key officers involved in my case, he believed my situation was resolvable with a 95% chance of resolution in my favor and outlined the legal fees and timeline involved. Relief washed over me like a waterfall. We met later that same day in his office to go over all the details wherein he explained in detail all my options and we finalized our plan. Mr. Lieberman is a talented communicator, he doesn’t waste words and when he speaks there is nothing left to “interpretation”…you know exactly where you stand. His military background is visible by the manner in which he presents himself…thorough and commanding, it is clear his goal is serve you to his fullest ability and ya know what? That’s precisely what he did. Not only did he resolve my conflict completely…Steven got me the best possible outcome and he did it in the shortest, most affordable and easiest manner possible. It was an absolute win and I didn’t even have to appear…it was all resolved by submission of paperwork from his office and a direct appeal from this lawyer.
It is clear that Mr. Lieberman is a sagacious and gifted strategist with ample clout and is greatly respected by those in law enforcement and the Justice system. The officer handling my case said I had “a great attorney” when he called me with the wonderful news. If you (God forbid) ever need someone to represent you, this is your guy. I raised my daughter as a single parent and worked in corporate environments that challenged the nano cells of my body and mind. Specifically, the majority of my jobs have had a component of responsibility to individuals living with developmental or physical challenges in their lives. In today’s world, the complexities of life will lend one limp with frustration and stress due to an over abundance off competing factors. When my newly purchased car stopped (while still running) on the 210 freeway with my daughter in tow I believed all was lost. At that critical moment, I remember wishing for someone to turn to and say, “what do you think”? The bottom line was I had no one. The next day I sat at the computer and word searched, Lemon Law. First item that came up was the name, Timothy Frank Fatone. I was skeptical to say the least. My skepticism is based on the perceived notion that online Counsel are a mixed bag thieves third rate law school graduates. Note to self: you’re “judgegy”! After pushing past my own ego the voice over the phone spoke to me at length, gave me detailed instructions, sent me a contract and he moved forward with my case. Yet, despite the ease of initiating my lemon law case the exchange left me uncomfortable simply because it was too easy. The next occurrences may shock you! Mr. Fatone, answered every phone call, addressed every issue in this case himself, and never ended a call until he addressed and made sure I understood every detail of the matter at hand. Several months later, I received a call from that familiar faceless voice indicating that my case was resolved in my favor in the amount of thirty-five thousand dollars! The process was seamless.
