Stephen K. Tills was the last person on the list. I was glad I took the time to speak to his office staff. Consultation was free. Took a bit of the edge off. When meeting Stephen Tills, I could tell right away that he was genuinely concerned for me and knew the immigration law very well. He carefully stated the most likely outcome and was reciting the law with care to help me understand how it was going to go. Shortly after a construction company left (not completed) a huge remodeling project, I noticed some major issues in several areas. The company didn't seem to be very interested in my phone calls. Mr. Kossowski was such a great help with my speeding ticket. He not only got my ticket plead down to a lesser charge without any points on my license but he also kept me updated throughout the entire process as well as made himself available to answer any questions whenever I had them. He also made it possible to not have to appear in court which was extremely helpful because I'm located a two hour drive away from the county I was summonsed in. Highly recommend Mr. Kossowski.

I was told this woman was amazing and she let someone out of law school walk all over her . Someone dear to be used her as his attorney and she did nothing but take 8k from him she didn’t defend him when it came to false claims that were made. She let a cut and dry divorce get dragged out much longer than it should of she took nothing he told her into consideration. Unless you have a certain number in your
checking account and a firm believer in cancel culture don’t use her she is a joke and rip off!!!l

He did NOT represent me properly. He misled me and discouraged me from going to trial. He told me and several witnesses that I had an order of protection for six months and then says "YOU signed it for a year." He was my counsel. Then I ask for my file to have an attorney appeal secondary to poor representation and he doesn't send the complete file. I ask for it and then he tells me to stop corresponding with him. He has even accused me of lying to him. He did me an injustice and I pray he does this to no one else. I don't know how he can sleep at night. If you want fair representation, I would, look elsewhere.

I didn’t want to do this because I like him as a person. However, my husband and I both hired him for separate cases we each had with exes. Both of us were ill-advised. He lied to me about what I was signing, and basically convinced me to sign something I shouldn’t have just so he could be done with court. He did the same with my husband. In court, he didn’t represent either of us fairly or justly. The other lawyers were able to out talk him. He didn’t allow me (the child’s mother!) to talk to the law guardian, and my ex was able to so he ended up having a cordial relationship with the LG. He missed court dates and failed to tell us about others. I really like him as a person, so it hurts to write this.

This lawyer listed 4 cases for me in family court. My ex wife made several harassing phone and actions she didn't agree to custody to have visitation with our 2 children. Tesseyman adopted the behavior of others and let the other attorney speak and not defend his client and miss court dates and late

Lied to my face, Said he listened to the phone conversation a few times, When I requested a copy of the phone conversation he tells me there is none it's a he said / she said.. He made it clear he was was lazy There is no evidence in the case - it took place in TN not NY but I don't want to fight to clear your name I don't think I can represent you good enough to clear you so Im just going to plea deal and try and get you probation
Really the DA has no evidence the phone conversation took place in TN so NY has no jurisdiction because nothing occurred in ny and your not going to fight to have it tossed out they have nothing I said

David Sarkovics failed in a Big way to prepare for my custody case. In 2 years of trial we met 1 time, he constantly lied telling me we will get together to prepare. David would call me at 9- 10pm the nights BEFORE trial, his information was incorrect, he was late for court, couldn't remember my children's names or what happened with either of them. David did not go out of his way to obtain or submit any evidence that I gathered and prepared for him. The case went on for 2 years, he constantly (promised) to meet to prepare for the case and never did. I obtained school attendance records showing my children missed 20 days of school, Verizon phone records proving my ex did not give me phone contact with my children, I obtained a "drama" police report to prove a child exchange without incident .. all of which David would not submit " for some reason" During court breaks he sat and joked with opposing attorneys. ( attorneys are all friends) I watched in amazement as David kept asking the judge for (a few minutes) in court to try and think of what he was doing. He was Not prepared at all! I could go on... I'm sure you get the picture.

Marilyn Lew has been my kids law guardian for many of years not. since the beginning she has been on the other parties side. i understand while doing whats best for the child she cant please both parties but in my case its ridiculous. i truly believe that you should not be a law guardian if u have no kids. until u have a kid u dont know what that kind of love and meaning is. if this lady can make it so i cant see me kid for a months a time until the next court date without any reasoning is beyond me. i dont care if i even had to have supervised visitation downtown somewhere. anything is better than not seeing my kid. a substance abuse counselour can be very intelligent but unless he or she has ever been addicted to anything they can not fully understand what its like to go through that. same thing with these law guardians that have no kids. marilyn is cold hearted and i can not wait til the day she resigns.
